Referring to fig. 1, an electronic device 100 provided in the embodiment of the present application may be a mobile phone or a tablet computer, which is not limited herein.
For convenience of understanding, the structure of the electronic device 100 is described below by taking a mobile phone as an example.
The electronic device 100 includes a first body 10, a second body 20, and a screen 30.
Wherein, the first body 10 and the second body 20 are rotatably connected such that the electronic device 100 has an unfolded state and a folded state. There are many possibilities for the way the first body 10 and the second body 20 are rotatably connected.
For example, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the first body 10 and the second body 20 may be connected by a hinge 101, or the first body 10 and the second body 20 may be connected by a housing that can be bent and deformed to be folded. The rotational connection between the first body 10 and the second body 20 is not limited herein.
Each of the first body 10 and the second body 20 has a side frame 100a and a rear case 100b, and a cavity having an open side is defined by the side frame 100a and the rear case 100b, so that the cavity accommodates devices such as a control chip and a battery of the electronic apparatus 100.
In some embodiments, the screen 30 is disposed on the same side of the first body 10 and the second body 20, and when the electronic device 100 is in the folded state, the screen 30 is disposed on the outside of the electronic device 100, specifically, in the folded state, the displayable surface 30a of the screen 30 is exposed on the outside of the electronic device 100.
It should be noted that the screen 30 is a flexible screen 30, so that the screen 30 can be folded or unfolded by the relative rotation of the first body 10 and the second body 20. For example, as shown in fig. 1, when the electronic device 100 is in the unfolded state, the first body 10 and the second body 20 are horizontally unfolded side by side, and the screen 30 presents the maximum display screen. Accordingly, when the electronic device 100 is in the folded state, the screen 30 is folded in half as the first body 10 and the second body 20 are folded.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the speaker unit and the passive radiating unit are respectively disposed in the first body 10 and the second body 20. The speaker unit may be disposed in the first body 10, or may be disposed in the second body 20, as long as one of the speaker unit and the passive radiating unit disposed in pair is disposed in the first body 10, and the other is disposed in the second body 20, so as to achieve corresponding disposition. It should be noted that the passive radiating element itself has no power source, and specifically, the passive radiating element is not provided with a driving magnet and a voice coil like a speaker unit. In the electronic device of the present application, the electronic device 100 is utilized in the folded state, so that the speaker unit can generate sound under the pushing of the air inside the sound cavity by pushing the air inside the sound cavity.
The number of the speaker units and the passive radiation units may be 1, and for example, the first body 10 and the second body 20 are respectively provided with the first speaker unit 11 and the first passive radiation unit 21. In other embodiments, the number of the speaker units and the passive radiating units may also be 2 or more than 2, as long as the two are respectively and correspondingly disposed in the first body 10 and the second body 20, and the first body 10 and the second body 20 are in the folded state, so that the speaker units and the passive radiating units disposed corresponding thereto are in a common sound cavity, and thus when the speaker units operate, the passive radiating units are influenced by the airflow generated by the air pushed by the speaker units to generate the resonant sound.
The structure of the electronic device 100 will be further described below by taking as an example only that the first body 10 and the second body 20 are respectively provided with a speaker unit and a passive radiation unit which are arranged in pairs of 2.
The first body 10 is provided therein with a first speaker unit 11 and a second speaker unit 12, and the second body 20 is provided therein with a first passive radiation unit 21 and a second passive radiation unit 22. The first speaker unit 11 corresponds to the arrangement position of the first passive radiation unit 21, and the second speaker unit 12 corresponds to the arrangement position of the second passive radiation unit 22. As shown in fig. 6, when the electronic device 100 is in the folded state, the sound cavity 11a of the first speaker unit 11 is communicated with the sound cavity 21a of the first passive radiation unit 21, so as to form a passive radiation speaker. The sound cavity 12a of the second speaker unit 12 communicates with the sound cavity 22a of the second passive radiating unit 22 to constitute a passive radiating speaker. Therefore, the passive radiation speaker is used to realize a good bass sound effect, for example, when the electronic device 100 is in a folded state, the sound cavity 11a of the first speaker unit 11 is communicated with the sound cavity 21a of the first passive radiation unit 21, because the sound cavity 11a of the first speaker unit 11 is communicated with the sound cavity 21a of the first passive radiation unit 21, the first speaker unit 11 and the sound cavity 21a are located in a sealed cavity formed by the sound cavity 11a and the sound cavity 21a, and the first passive radiation unit 21 can passively sound under the driving of the first speaker 11 to the air in the sealed cavity.
Accordingly, in the folded state of the electronic device 100, since the sound cavity 12a of the second speaker unit 12 communicates with the sound cavity 22a of the second passive radiating unit 22, the second passive radiating unit 22 can also passively sound when the second speaker unit 12 is operated.
In some embodiments, when the electronic device 100 is in the folded state, the sound cavity 11a of the first speaker unit 11 is in communication with the sound cavity 21a of the first passive radiating unit 21, and may be used for playing one side channel signal of the two-channel signal, and the sound cavity 12a of the second speaker unit 12 is in communication with the sound cavity 22a of the second passive radiating unit 22, and may be used for playing the other side channel signal of the two-channel signal, so as to achieve the stereo effect of the two channels as a whole.
When the electronic device 100 is in the unfolded state, since the first body 10 and the second body 20 are in the state of being flattened, the sound cavity 11a of the first speaker unit 11 is not communicated with the sound cavity 21a of the first passive radiating unit 21, and the sound cavity 12a of the second speaker unit 12 is not communicated with the sound cavity 22a of the second passive radiating unit 22. So that two channels can be constructed using the first speaker unit 11 and the second speaker unit 12, respectively.
In connection with fig. 8, curve a shows the frequency response of a closed loudspeaker without a passive radiating element, wherein the cut-off frequency is 75Hz at-3 dB attenuation. The frequency response curve B shows the frequency response characteristic of the electronic device 100 in the folded state, the passive radiating element can achieve better ductility at low frequency, the THD (total harmonic distortion) value is also good, and when attenuated by-3 dB, the cutoff frequency is 52Hz, and the lower cutoff frequency means that the passive radiating element can attenuate at lower frequency, that is, the low frequency can have better performance.
It should be noted that the structure of the passive radiating element has many possibilities, as long as it can be adapted to passively sound under the driving of the air pushed by the corresponding speaker when the speaker is sounding. For example, as shown in fig. 7, in some embodiments, the first passive radiating unit 21 includes a passive diaphragm 201, a support 202 and a weight 203, the support 202 is used to support the passive diaphragm 201, and when the electronic device 100 is in a folded state, the passive diaphragm 201 passively sounds under the airflow of air pushed by the corresponding speaker unit because the first passive radiating unit 21 and the first speaker unit 11 are in a common cavity. In this embodiment, the weight of the weight member 203 is adjusted to adjust the resonance frequency, so that the passive diaphragm 201 and the diaphragms of the first speaker unit 11 are in the same phase, thereby realizing sound superposition and enhancing sound effect. The amplitude is maximized at the frequency resonance point of the first passive radiating element 21, and at this time, the amplitude of the first speaker unit 11 to which the low-frequency audio signal is inputted is minimized, so that a better low-frequency response can be provided.
The first passive radiating element 21 further includes a dust cover 204, and the dust cover 204 is connected to the middle of the passive diaphragm 201 to prevent dust.
In some embodiments, the electronic device 100 includes a first sealing component to selectively close or communicate the sound cavity 11a of the first speaker unit 11 and the sound cavity 21a of the first passive radiation unit 21 when the electronic device 100 is switched between the unfolded state or the folded state.
In this embodiment, the connectivity between the sound cavity 11a of the first speaker unit 11 and the sound cavity 21a of the first passive radiating unit 21 corresponds to the state of the electronic device 100, so that the electronic device 100 can form a dual-channel sound emitting system and a passive radiating sound emitting system in the unfolded state and the folded state, respectively, thereby obtaining a good use experience.
The electronic device 100 includes a second sealing component to selectively close or communicate the acoustic cavity 21a of the first passive radiating element 21 and the acoustic cavity 22a of the second passive radiating element 22 when the electronic device 100 is switched between the unfolded state and the folded state.
The first seal assembly and the second seal assembly may take the same configuration.
The structure of the electronic device 100 will be further described below by taking the structure of the first sealing member as an example.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the first sealing assembly includes a first sealing cover 111 and a first abutting member 112 which are arranged in pair. The first sealing cover 111 is elastically disposed on the first body 10, the first abutting member 112 is disposed on the second body 20, and when the electronic device 100 is in the unfolded state, the first sealing cover 111 seals the sound cavity 11a of the first speaker unit 11. As shown in fig. 6, when the electronic device 100 is in the folded state, the first abutting piece 112 abuts against the first sealing cover 111, and the first sealing cover 111 is located in the sound cavity 11a of the first speaker unit 11, so as to communicate the sound cavity 11a of the first speaker unit 11 with the sound cavity 21a of the first passive radiating unit 21.
It should be noted that the first sealing cover 111 may be supported in the first body 10 by an elastic member 113 such as a spring, an elastic rod or an elastic rod, and the elastic member 113 keeps the first sealing cover 111 at the opening 11b sealing the sound cavity 11a of the first speaker unit 11 under the action of no external force, so that the first sealing cover 111 seals the sound cavity 11a of the first speaker unit 11, so that the sound cavity 11a of the first speaker unit 11 has good sealing performance when the electronic device 100 is in the unfolded state, and audio playing is performed. Wherein, the opening 11b of the sound cavity 11a of the first speaker unit 11 is located at the rear case 100b of the first body 100.
In the folded state of the electronic device 100, the first abutting member 112 drives the first sealing cover 111 to compress the elastic member 113, so that the first sealing cover 111 releases the sealing of the sound cavity 11a of the first speaker unit 11. It can be understood that, since the first abutting member 112 is disposed in the second body 20, when the electronic device 100 is folded, the first abutting member 112 can extend out of the second body 20 to press the first sealing cover 111. In the process that the first abutting piece 112 extends out of the second body 20, the sound cavity 21a of the first passive radiating unit 21 is opened, so that the sound cavity 21a of the first passive radiating unit 21 is communicated with the sound cavity 11a of the first speaker unit 11. For example, the cover plate 211 is disposed on the first supporting member 112, when the electronic device 100 is in the unfolded state, the cover plate 211 seals the opening 21b of the sound cavity 21a of the first passive radiating unit 21, so as to achieve the effect of sealing the sound cavity 21a of the first passive radiating unit 21, when the electronic device 100 is in the folded state, in the process that the first supporting member 112 extends out from the second body 20, the cover plate 211 and the first sealing cover 111 abut against each other and enter the sound cavity 11a of the first speaker unit 11 together, so that the sound cavity 11a of the first speaker unit 11 and the sound cavity 21a of the first passive radiating unit 21 are communicated.
As shown in fig. 5 and fig. 6, a linkage mechanism 40 is disposed in the second body 20, and in the process of relative rotation between the first body 10 and the second body 20, the linkage mechanism 40 drives the first abutting member 112 to extend out of the second body 20 or to be accommodated in the second body 20, so that when the electronic device 100 is in the folded state, the first abutting member 112 is driven by the linkage mechanism 40 to press the cover plate 211 and the first sealing cover 111, so that the sound cavity 11a of the first speaker unit 11 and the sound cavity 21a of the first passive radiation unit 21 are communicated with each other.
The power source of the linkage mechanism 40 may be provided by the acting force when the first body 10 and the second body 20 rotate with each other, or may be provided by an electric device such as a motor or a cylinder provided in the electronic device 100, which is not limited herein.
In some embodiments, the first retaining member 112 may be a rack and the linkage 40 includes a drive gear 41, a belt 42, and a drive gear 43. The driving gear 41 is engaged with the first abutting part 112, the driving gear 43 is in transmission connection with the driving gear 41 through the belt 42, that is, when the driving gear 43 rotates, the driving gear 41 can be linked through the belt 42 to rotate, so that the first abutting part 112 can move telescopically relative to the second body 20 under the driving of the driving gear 41, and further the cover plate 211 and the first sealing cover 111 are opened, thereby the communication between the sound cavity 11a of the first speaker unit 11 and the sound cavity 21a of the first passive radiation unit 21 is realized.
Accordingly, when the first abutting member 112 is received in the second body 20, the cover plate 211 is driven to reseal the opening 21b of the sound cavity 21a of the first passive radiating unit 21, and at the same time, the first sealing cover 111 is driven by the elastic member 113 to be reset to the opening 11b of the sound cavity 11a of the first speaker unit 11, so as to ensure the sealing performance of the sound cavity 11a of the first speaker unit 11.
A driving motor (not shown) is disposed in the electronic device 100, and the driving motor drives the driving teeth 43 to rotate during the folding or unfolding process of the electronic device 100.
In the embodiment where the first body 10 and the second body 20 are provided with the rotating shaft 101, when the first body 10 and the second body 20 rotate relatively, the rotating shaft 101 can drive the driving teeth 43 to rotate. For example, the rotating shaft 101 is provided with a gear set or a turbine engaged with the driving tooth 43, so that during the relative rotation of the first body 10 and the second body 20, the rotating shaft 101 drives the driving tooth 43 to rotate, so that the driving tooth 43 drives the first abutting member 112 to extend out of the second body 20 or retract into the second body 20 through the linkage mechanism 40, thereby satisfying the requirement of communication and sealing of the corresponding sound cavity.
The position where the first sealing member is disposed in the electronic apparatus 100 is not limited to the above-described case. For example, in some embodiments, the first sealing component includes a pair of a second sealing cover and a second abutting member, the second sealing cover is elastically disposed on the second body 20, the second abutting member is disposed on the first body 10, and when the electronic device 100 is in the unfolded state, the second sealing cover seals the sound cavity 21a of the first passive radiating unit 21, and when the electronic device 100 is in the folded state, the second abutting member abuts against the second sealing cover, and the second sealing cover is located in the sound cavity 21a of the first passive radiating unit 21, so as to communicate the sound cavity 21a of the first passive radiating unit 21 with the sound cavity 11a of the first speaker unit 11. The structural principles of the second sealing cover and the second abutting member can refer to the structural principles of the first sealing cover 111 and the first abutting member 112, and are not described in detail herein.
In other embodiments, the first seal assembly includes an electrically controlled drive member and a slide cover. The electrically controlled driving member is used for driving the sliding cover to move when the electronic device 100 is switched between the unfolded state and the folded state, wherein when the electronic device 100 is in the unfolded state, the sliding cover seals the sound cavity 11a of the first speaker unit 11 or the sound cavity 21a of the first passive radiation unit 21, so that the sliding cover can seal the corresponding sound cavity. When the electronic device 100 is in the folded state, the sliding cover is driven by the electrically controlled driving member to move away from between the first speaker unit 11 and the first passive radiating unit 21, and the sound cavity 11a of the first speaker unit 11 is communicated with the sound cavity 21a of the first passive radiating unit 21. The electric control driving part can be a telescopic cylinder, or the electric control driving part can be other structural parts which can drive the sliding cover to move so as to open or seal the corresponding sound cavity in time.
It should be noted that, when the electronic device 100 is in the folded state, the sliding cover may drive the sealing cover sealing the first passive radiating unit 21 to move away while releasing the sealing of the first speaker unit 11, so as to enable the sound cavity 11a of the first speaker unit 11 to communicate with the sound cavity 21a of the first passive radiating unit 21.
In some embodiments, the first speaker unit 11 and the first passive radiating unit 21 are configured with corresponding first sealing assemblies, so that the sound cavity 11a of the first speaker unit 11 and the sound cavity 21a of the first passive radiating unit 21 can be respectively sealed by corresponding sliding covers, and when the electronic device 100 is in the folded state, the electrically controlled driving members in the corresponding first sealing assemblies respectively drive the sliding covers to move, so that the sound cavities 21a of the first speaker unit 11 and the first passive radiating unit 21 are both opened, and since the positions of the first speaker unit 11 and the first passive radiating unit 21 are opposite to each other when the electronic device 100 is in the folded state, the sliding covers of the first speaker unit 11 and the first passive radiating unit 21 are moved away from each other, and the sound cavities of the first speaker unit 11 and the first passive radiating unit 21 are communicated with each other.
It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, one of the first body 10 and the second body 20 is provided with a sealing member 103, and when the electronic device 100 is in a folded state, the sealing member 103 is clamped between the first body 10 and the second body 20, specifically, the sealing member 103 is clamped between the back shells 100b of the first body 10 and the second body 20. The sealing member 103 performs a sealing function on the peripheral side of the position where the sound chamber 21a of the first speaker unit 11 and the first passive radiating unit 21 communicate with each other, so that the sound chamber 11a of the first speaker unit 11 and the sound chamber 21a of the first passive radiating unit 21 communicate with each other, and the whole has a good sealing property, so that a good sound effect is obtained.
Accordingly, a sealing member 103 is also provided at the corresponding positions of the second speaker unit 12 and the second passive radiating unit 22 to improve the sealing property of the peripheral side of the position where the sound cavity 12a of the second speaker unit 12 and the sound cavity 22a of the second passive radiating unit 22 communicate.
The seal 103 may be an annular structure made of a sealing material.
