Of course, the method is not limited to electronic devices, and can be applied to other devices requiring random textures.
A screen assembly, an audio playing method, and an electronic device provided according to embodiments of the present application are described below with reference to fig. 1 to 17.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the present embodiment provides a screen assembly 100, including a speaker housing 102 and a flexible screen 106, where the speaker housing 102 is used for playing audio through a built-in speaker 104, the flexible screen 106 can display an interface, specifically, the speaker housing 102 includes a first housing 1022 and a second housing 1024, the flexible screen 106 includes a fixed end 1062 and a movable end 1064, the fixed end 1062 is connected to the first housing 1022, the movable end 1064 is connected to the second housing 1024, and the flexible screen 106 separates the speaker 104 in the first housing 1022 from the speaker 104 in the second housing 1024 to a distance degree when in an extended state, so that the speakers 104 in the two housings can be controlled to play audio respectively, so as to play stereo, and greatly enhance the playing effect, and if the first housing 1022 and the second housing 1024 are close to each other, the flexible screen 106 is in a contracted state, the distance between the speakers 104 in the two housings is relatively close, in this case, the maximum volume of sound can be increased through playing of the dual speakers 104, which is also beneficial to users.
The first housing 1022 and the second housing 1024 may be detachably connected, or may even be a snap connection, a magnetic connection, or any connection manner in which the second housing 1024 is detached from the first housing 1022.
Further, the flexible screen is adopted, and when the relative position between the first shell and the second shell changes, particularly when the second shell moves towards the direction of the first shell, the flexible screen can be contained in the first shell.
Through the above scheme, because the position of the speaker 104 changes, when the flexible screen 106 moves, the position of the speaker 104 moves along with the movement, so that the specific stretching degree of the flexible screen 106 can be analyzed, and therefore, when the speaker 104 plays stereo, the positions of the two ends of the flexible screen 106 can be considered to be finely adjusted, and the playing effect of audio heard by a user is further improved.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the second housing 1024 may be housed within the first housing 1022.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the method further includes: a reel device 108 is disposed in the first housing 1022, and the flexible screen 106 is wound around the reel device 108.
By providing the spool arrangement 108 within the first housing 1022, the spool arrangement 108 is hidden within the first housing 1022, and the flexible screen 106 may be wound around the spool arrangement 108 such that the flexible screen 106 may be extended outwardly from the first housing 1022 or retracted into the first housing 1022 from the outside upon rotation of the spool arrangement 108 being driven.
It will be appreciated that the scroll means 108 itself has a shaft and a motor, the flexible screen 106 being wound around the scroll means 108, the motor being operable to drive the shaft in rotation to effect retraction of the flexible screen 106.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the method further includes: a first connection plate 1023 disposed in the first housing 1022, wherein a slot 1026 is formed in the first connection plate 1023 to adapt to the thickness of the flexible screen 106, and the flexible screen 106 in the first housing 1022 extends to the second housing 1024 through the slot 1026; second connection plate 1025 is disposed within second housing 1024, and movable end 1064 is coupled to second connection plate 1025.
First and second connection plates 1023 and 1025 are provided on the first and second housings 1022 and 1024, respectively, and a slot 1026 is provided on the first connection plate 1023 so that the flexible screen 106 can be extended or retracted under the action of the reel device 108, specifically, the slot width of the slot 1026 is adapted to the thickness of the flexible screen 106, which may be slightly greater than the thickness of the flexible screen 106, so as to reduce friction between the slot 1026 and the flexible screen 106. In addition, a second connection plate 1025 is disposed within second housing 1024 and connects second connection plate 1025 to movable end 1064 to facilitate an extension operation of flexible screen 106 when second housing 1024 is separated from first housing 1022.
It is further noted that the position between second connector plate 1025 and second housing 1024 is relatively fixed by connecting movable end 1064 to second connector plate 1025 to facilitate extension and retraction of screen assembly 100.
Further, in a direction perpendicular to the movement of the flexible screen 106, the speaker 104 is provided at least one end of the first housing 1022 and/or the speaker 104 is provided at least one end of the second housing 1024.
By disposing the speakers 104 at one or both ends of one or both of the first and second housings 1022 and 1024, specifically, disposing the speakers 104 at one or both ends perpendicular to the moving direction of the flexible screen 106, so that different sound fields can be generated in the contracted state or the expanded state of the flexible screen 106 according to different disposition positions as shown in fig. 4 and 5, of course, the greater the number of speakers 104 is disposed, the better the stereophonic effect.
It will be appreciated that if the speaker 104 is provided only on the first housing 1022, the sound field will not change when the flexible screen 106 is deployed.
If speaker 104 is provided only on second housing 1024, then the sound field will move with the movement of flexible screen 106 as flexible screen 106 expands.
If the speakers 104 are provided on both the first housing 1022 and the second housing 1024, stereo sound at different positions can be provided according to the degree of expansion.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the method further includes: and end cover plates 1032 provided at both ends of the first housing 1022 in a moving direction perpendicular to the flexible screen 106, wherein at least one of the end cover plates 1032 is provided with sound outlet holes 1033 provided corresponding to the speakers 104.
By providing the end cover plates 1032 at both ends of the first housing 1022 and providing the sound outlet 1033 on the end cover plates 1032, it is possible to make sound transmitted outward through the sound outlet 1033 when the speaker 104 sounds, and specifically, the sound outlet 1033 and the speaker 104 are provided correspondingly.
In a specific embodiment, if the speaker 104 is disposed at one end of the first housing 1022, the sound outlet 1033 is disposed on one of the end cap plates 1032 where the speaker 104 is disposed.
In another specific embodiment, if the speakers 104 are disposed at both ends of the first housing 1022, the sound outlet 1033 is disposed on the end cap plates 1032 at both ends.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the method further includes: a seal 1034 is provided between the corresponding speaker 104 and the sound outlet 1033 of the end cover plate 1032.
By providing the seal 1034 between the speaker 104 and the end cap plate 1032, the possibility of external impurities entering the speaker 104 through the sound outlet 1033 or through the gap between the end cap plate 1032 and the seal 1034 can be reduced, the influence on the playing of the speaker 104 can be further reduced, and the audio playing quality can be improved.
It should be appreciated that seal 1034 may be a seal film or a seal web.
Further, as shown in fig. 6 and 8, the method further includes: the first steel sheet 1035 is arranged on the first housing 1022, and the first steel sheet 1035 is arranged corresponding to the at least one loudspeaker 104 in the first housing 1022; the second steel sheet 1036 is disposed on the second housing 1024, and the second steel sheet 1036 is disposed corresponding to the at least one speaker 104 in the second housing 1024, wherein the first steel sheet 1035 and the second steel sheet 1036 can be magnetized to fix a relative position between the first housing 1022 and the second housing 1024 when the first housing 1022 and the second housing 1024 are abutted.
By providing the first and second steel plates 1035 and 1036 capable of magnetization on the first and second housings 1022 and 1024, respectively, when the first steel plate 1035 and the speaker 104 in the first housing 1022 are disposed in correspondence, the first steel plate 1035 can be magnetized if the speaker 104 in the first housing 1022 is sounded, and similarly, when the second steel plate 1036 and the speaker 104 in the second housing 1024 are disposed in correspondence, the second steel plate 1036 can be magnetized if the speaker 104 in the second housing 1024 is sounded, so that when the first housing 1022 and the second housing 1024 are abutted, the first steel plate 1035 and the second steel plate 1036 can generate different magnetic fields to fix the positional relationship of the first housing 1022 and the second housing 1024 under the action of the magnetic force.
The corresponding arrangement between the first steel sheet 1035 and the speaker 104 in the first housing 1022 may be that the first steel sheet 1035 is opposite to the speaker 104, or that the first steel sheet 1035 is located in the sound field range of the speaker 104, and similarly, the corresponding arrangement between the second steel sheet 1036 and the speaker 104 in the second housing 1024 may be that the second steel sheet 1036 is opposite to the speaker 104, or that the second steel sheet 1036 is located in the sound field range of the speaker 104, as long as magnetization can be achieved.
Further, when the flexible screen 106 is in the contracted state, the first housing 1022 and the second housing 1024 are abutted against each other, and the flexible screen 106 is housed in the first housing 1022.
By restricting the flexible screen 106 from being in the contracted state, the first housing 1022 and the second housing 1024 abut against each other, and at this time, the flexible screen 106 is accommodated in the first housing 1022, and the first housing 1022 and the second housing 1024 can together function to protect the flexible screen 106. It will be appreciated that the flexible screen 106 is housed within the first housing 1022 and that in the contracted state there is no exposed portion of the flexible screen 106, i.e., the entirety of the flexible screen 106 is fully housed.
Further, in another embodiment, as shown in fig. 9 to 13, another structure of a screen assembly is presented, further comprising: the support plate 1037 is disposed in the first housing 1022, and when the flexible screen 106 is in a contracted state, the first housing 1022 and the second housing 1024 are abutted against each other, and a part of the flexible screen 106 is accommodated in the first housing 1022 and a part of the flexible screen 106 is attached to the support plate 1037.
By providing the support plate 1037 in the first housing 1022, the flexible screen 106 is not fully received when the first housing 1022 and the second housing 1024 are abutted, and still partially exposed, the exposed portion is tiled under the action of the support plate 1037, and the interface is still displayed, it can be understood that the dimensions of the exposed flexible screen 106 are different between the contracted state and the expanded state of the flexible screen 106.
Further, the method further comprises the following steps: and a controller 110 electrically connected to the speaker 104, the controller 110 being configured to control the speaker 104 to play audio.
By providing the controller 110 electrically connected to the speaker 104, the speaker 104 can be controlled to play audio, and in particular, the controller 110 can control different speakers 104 to play audio according to different play modes according to different positions of the speaker 104.
Further, the present application also provides an audio playing method, including: judging whether a loudspeaker of the flexible screen plays audio or not, and generating a judging result; and when the judgment result is yes, controlling a loudspeaker in the first shell and/or a loudspeaker in the second shell to play audio according to the telescopic state of the flexible screen.
Specifically, when controlling the speaker 104 to play audio, it is first determined whether the speaker 104 is playing audio, if audio is being played, the telescopic state of the flexible screen 106 is obtained, and different speakers 104 are controlled to operate according to different telescopic states, where the telescopic state is not limited to two states, i.e. the contracted state and the expanded state, and the relative distance between the first housing 1022 and the second housing 1024 may be any distance.
Further, the method further comprises the following steps: determining a distance between the first housing and the second housing; and when the distance is greater than the distance threshold, controlling the loudspeaker to play the stereo audio, otherwise, controlling the loudspeaker to play the mixed audio.
Specifically, the distance between the first housing 1022 and the second housing 1024 can be detected by setting a distance sensor electrically connected to the controller 110, when the distance is larger, that is, the distance is determined, and when the distance is larger than the distance threshold, the distance between the speaker 104 in the first housing 1022 and the speaker 104 in the second housing 1024 can be considered larger, at this time, if a single audio mixing is played, the playing effect is poor, and the stereo audio can be directly played.
The distance threshold value can be determined according to a conventional distance setting generated by the stereo audio, and can also be determined according to a setting of a user or a manufacturer.
Further, the method further comprises the following steps: determining whether a dynamic sound field following enhancement instruction is received; if so, determining sound field enhancement parameters according to the distance to control the loudspeaker to play the audio, otherwise, judging whether sound field enhancement is carried out according to the final distance between the first shell and the second shell.
Because the space between the first housing 1022 and the second housing 1024 can be manually stretched and contracted by the user, when playing audio, the controller 110 can also determine whether to receive the dynamic sound field following enhancement command, if so, the sound field enhancement parameters need to be determined according to the real-time distance between the first housing 1022 and the second housing 1024, it can be understood that the position between the first housing 1022 and the second housing 1024 changes, the speaker 104 located on the two will also change accordingly, and for different users, each user has a size adapted to the palm shape or the use habit of the user, so that different sound field enhancement parameters can be determined according to different distances, so as to improve the audio-visual experience of the user.
If the dynamic sound field following enhancement instruction is not received, the default user does not need to experience the dynamic sound field in the telescopic process at this time, so that the type of the audio can be controlled to be stereo or mixed according to the distance between the first housing 1022 and the second housing 1024.
Further, judging whether sound field enhancement is performed according to a final distance between the first casing and the second casing specifically includes: when sound field enhancement is performed according to the final distance, determining final sound field enhancement parameters according to the final distance, and controlling the loudspeaker 104 to play audio according to the final sound field enhancement parameters; and when the sound field enhancement is not performed according to the final distance, the method is used for controlling the loudspeaker to play the audio according to the default stereo parameters.
When the sound field enhancement is performed according to the final distance, the controller 110 obtains the final distance, the second housing 1024 may be maintained at any position with respect to the first housing 1022, and when the distance between the second housing 1024 and the first housing 1022 does not change, the current distance may be considered as the final distance, so that the final sound field enhancement parameter may be obtained according to the final distance and the speaker 104 may be controlled to play. When the sound field enhancement is not needed, the speaker 104 is simply controlled to play the audio according to the default stereo parameters.
Further, in a direction perpendicular to the moving direction of the flexible screen 106, the speakers 104 are disposed at two ends of the first housing 1022, and the speakers 104 are disposed at two ends of the second housing 1024, and the audio playing method further includes: the display direction of the flexible screen 106 is determined, and when the display direction is the horizontal screen display, the speaker 104 for playing the audio is determined according to the horizontal screen direction of the flexible screen 106.
Speakers 104 are respectively disposed at two ends of the first housing 1022 and two ends of the second housing 1024, and different speakers 104 for playing audio can be determined according to different display directions of the flexible screen 106, and it can be understood that the flexible screen 106 can be divided into a horizontal screen and a vertical screen according to different usage habits, and when the flexible screen 106 is displayed by the horizontal screen, the corresponding speakers 104 can be determined to play audio.
In another embodiment, when the display direction is a portrait display, the controller 110 is configured to determine the speaker 104 that plays audio according to the telescopic state of the flexible screen 106.
As shown in fig. 14, the present application further provides an embodiment of an electronic device 200, including a housing 210 and a screen assembly, where the screen assembly is disposed on the housing 210 so as to implement basic functions of communication, display, etc. of the electronic device 200, and on this basis, the housing 210 may provide a certain protection effect for the screen assembly, and since the electronic device 200 includes the screen assembly, the embodiment has the beneficial effects of any one of the foregoing embodiments, which will not be described herein again.
The electronic device 200 may be a smart phone, tablet, smart watch, smart bracelet, or other device that may be used by a user.
The utility model also provides a specific telescopic curls screen, through utilizing the handle of fixed and tensile curls screen, as the space in speaker cavity, reaches single speaker sound enhancement when the screen does not pull open, the stereophonic effect when the screen pulls open.
The handle for fixing and stretching the curled screen is mainly used as a cavity of the loudspeaker, the space of the whole machine is utilized to the maximum extent, when the curled screen is not stretched, the two loudspeakers can simultaneously produce sound, and the effect of enhancing sound when the original single loudspeaker sounds is achieved; when the curled screen is stretched, two loudspeakers produce sound simultaneously, but the loudspeakers divide into two sound channels to provide better tone quality and sound field effect, along with the stretching distance change of the scroll screen, the sound field that two loudspeakers embody also changes relatively, provides better invasive sound for the user and experiences, utilizes the free magnet steel suction of two loudspeakers, accomplishes the stability when the scroll screen curls, prevents that the screen from freely deviating from.
The structure of the device under the condition of no stretching is shown in figure 1, the flexible screen is in a contracted state, the appearance openings of two speakers are formed in the device of the whole machine, and the two speakers are named as a first speaker and a second speaker respectively; the structure in the stretched condition is shown in fig. 2, with the flexible screen in the unfolded state. The structure in the device is composed of the following structural components, as shown in fig. 3, and the explanation and working mechanism are as follows:
The device mainly comprises: the device comprises a first loudspeaker and an acoustic cavity, a second loudspeaker and an acoustic cavity, a first loudspeaker opening (namely an acoustic hole of an upper end cover plate of a first shell), a second loudspeaker opening (namely an acoustic hole of an upper end cover plate of a second shell), a sealing material (namely a sealing element), a complete machine electronic component of a scroll screen (namely a flexible screen), a structural part and the like; defining that the first loudspeaker and the sound cavity are positioned on one side (namely a first shell) of the fixed scroll screen, and arranging main components such as a scroll (namely a scroll device) for winding the scroll screen, a battery, a circuit board, keys, the sound cavity of the loudspeaker and the like in the fixed shell; the second speaker and the sound cavity are defined to be located inside the handle housing of the scroll screen (i.e., the second housing), and main components such as a battery, a circuit board, a speaker sound cavity and the like are placed inside the housing.
The lower cover plate (namely the end cover plate) of the whole device is provided with a first loudspeaker sound outlet and a second loudspeaker sound outlet respectively, wherein the sound outlet channel of the first loudspeaker is unique, and the opening from the single body to the whole shell is sealed by a first sealing foam (namely a sealing piece).
The sound outlet of the second loudspeaker is divided into an inner sound outlet and an outer sound outlet, when the scroll screen is stretched, the inner sound outlet leaks outwards, and sound is emitted through the inner sound outlet; when the scroll screen is not stretched, the inner sound outlet hole coincides with the outer sound outlet hole, and sound passes through the inner sound outlet hole, passes through the outer sound outlet hole and then is emitted. The second loudspeaker unit is sealed with the sound outlet hole at the inner side through a second sealing foam. Soft silica gel is added at the periphery of the sound outlet hole at the inner side of the second loudspeaker, and the silica gel has the function of preventing the handle shell from friction collision with the fixed shell when the scroll screen is retracted; secondly, preventing gap dust entering from occurring; and thirdly, sealing the inner sound outlet and the outer sound outlet of the second loudspeaker.
Because the shape of the scroll screen is limited, the fixed shell and the handle shell are both curved surfaces, so that the shape of the sound cavity of the first loudspeaker and the shape of the sound cavity of the second loudspeaker are changeable, when the space is enough, the sound cavity can be in a normal three-dimensional shape, when the space is limited, one surface can be in a curved arc state as shown in fig. 3, the circular arc surface can be a front cavity or a rear cavity, and whether the sound cavity is used as the front cavity and the rear cavity is mainly distinguished in a stacked specific form.
The control logic of the controller for playing the audio to the device is as follows:
when the scroll screen is not stretched or the stretched distance is less than x (x is a stretched distance threshold set in advance, namely the stretched distance between the first loudspeaker and the second loudspeaker), at this time, because the distance between the first loudspeaker and the second loudspeaker is relatively short, the meaning of the two loudspeakers in the left and right sound channel playing is not great, and the advantage of stereo cannot be represented, so that the audio signal can be set, and then the audio signal is processed according to the mixing sound and is sent to the first loudspeaker and the second loudspeaker for playing at the same time, namely the sound of the first loudspeaker and the sound of the second loudspeaker are completely consistent, and the effect of increasing the loudness is achieved.
When the scroll screen is not stretched or the stretched distance is not less than x, audio signal flow is not subjected to mixing processing and is respectively transmitted to the first loudspeaker and the second loudspeaker according to the left channel and the right channel, so that the first loudspeaker plays left channel sound, and the second loudspeaker plays stereophonic effect of right channel sound.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 15, an embodiment of an audio playing method includes: step S101: playing music; step S102: judging the state of the whole machine; if the whole machine is in a stretched state, step S1048 is executed: playing the binaural signal, and executing step S1042 if the whole machine is in a motion state: maintaining the last play state, and executing step S1046 if the complete machine is in the default state: playing the mixed sound signal. In the process of stretching or retracting while playing music, the stretching or multi-session distance can pass through the x threshold, and at this time, in order to prevent abrupt change of signals, the playing mode can be set to maintain the output of the previous state, that is, if the mixed signal or the stereo signal is played, the mixed signal or the stereo signal is always played until the stretching and retracting state of the whole machine is stable and after the player pauses, the state judgment is performed again to judge whether to switch the playing mode.
As shown in fig. 16, the audio playing method includes: step S202: judging the music playing state of the whole machine; when the stretching distance of the scroll screen is more than or equal to x (x is a stretching distance threshold value set in advance, namely the stretching distance of the first loudspeaker and the second loudspeaker), along with the increasing distance of the two loudspeakers, the distance and the direction of the human ear relative to the loudspeakers are changed, and at the moment, if a set of stereo parameters are adopted, the distinguishing degree of the left and right channels is improved, but the sound field heard by the human ear is continuously weakened, so that a sound field adjusting function is needed, and a user can obtain better sound field surrounding experience under different stretching distance states.
When the play distance between two loudspeakers is more than or equal to x, starting a stereo mode and a sound field enhancement mode, setting the complete stretching distance as y, dividing the distance between x and y into n sections, and calling different sound field enhancement parameters for each section to ensure that good stereo can be provided for users in different stretching states.
a. Firstly, detecting the relation between the stretching state of the whole machine and x, and if the stretching state of the whole machine is smaller than x, executing step S203: playing the mixed sound signal; if not less than x, executing step S204: and playing the stereo signal.
b. If the stretching state of the whole machine is not less than x at this time, playing a stereo signal, and executing step S206 at this time: whether dynamic sound field enhancement following is turned on.
c. If not, step S208 is executed: if the sound field enhancement is needed according to the stretching final state of the whole machine, if the function is started, step S211 is executed: playing fixed-point sound field enhancement parameters according to a final screen stretching state, namely detecting a distance of a loudspeaker which is finally stretched and falls in which distance interval, calling which group of sound effect enhancement parameters, and detecting that the final stretching distance is fixed in an x+1 state, and using sound field enhancement parameters 2; if the sound field enhancement is not needed according to the final stretching state of the whole machine, the parameters of the sound field enhancement are not required to be started, and the step S213 is executed: default stereo effect is sufficient.
d. If dynamic sound field enhancement following is turned on at this time, step S210 is started: judging the screen state of the whole machine, namely the distance between the two speakers, and executing step S212: and determining different sound field enhancement parameters according to the distance, playing the audio according to the different sound field enhancement parameters, and dynamically switching the sound field enhancement parameters of the loudspeaker at the moment to provide a good stereophonic sound field effect for the user at any time.
