本发明公开了一种耐油防紫外线B1级直流电力电缆,包括导体、绝缘层、防水层、阻隔层及护套层,所述绝缘层包覆所述导体,所述防水层包覆所述绝缘层,所述阻隔层包覆所述防水层,所述护套层包覆所述阻隔层,其中,所述护套层采用无卤低烟阻燃聚烯烃材料制成,以使电缆具有耐油的特性,可长期放置于水中,可在有日光照射的地方长期使用,可防老鼠啃咬和白蚁蛀蚀,电缆燃烧时不会产生有害气体、不会产生滴落物,可达到ROHS的要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电缆,尤其是涉及一种耐油防紫外线B1级直流电力电缆。
背景技术
目前国内地铁建设规模呈现稳步上升趋势,对电缆的需求量也逐步增加,由于外界的鼠蚁、紫外线、或油污等对电缆有侵蚀的危害,因此,对电缆的质量要求也逐步提高,电缆需要适当绝缘和防护,防止电缆径向从导体流到周围地面或水,这种漏电流造成显著电力损失。
为了避免电缆的外部侵蚀,需要对电缆的外部保护绝缘进行改善,达到质量安全的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述技术不足,提出一种耐油防紫外线B1级直流电力电缆,解决现有技术中电缆外部绝缘抗侵蚀性能的技术问题。
为达到上述技术目的,本发明的技术方案提供一种耐油防紫外线B1级直流电力电缆,包括导体、绝缘层、防水层、阻隔层及护套层,所述绝缘层包覆所述导体,所述防水层包覆所述绝缘层,所述阻隔层包覆所述防水层,所述护套层包覆所述阻隔层,其中,所述护套层采用无卤低烟阻燃聚烯烃材料制成。
优选的,所述防水层包括纵向阻水层与径向防水层,所述径向防水层包覆所述纵向阻水层。
优选的,所述阻隔层包括隔氧层与阻燃包带层,所述阻燃包带层包覆所述隔氧层。
优选的,所述导体为退火铜线。
优选的,所述绝缘层采用辐照型交联聚乙烯制成。
优选的,所述纵向阻水层为双面阻水带。
优选的,所述径向防水层为双面铝塑复合带。
优选的,所述隔氧层采用聚烯烃材料制成。
优选的,所述阻燃包带层为低烟无卤阻燃玻纤带。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果包括:耐油防紫外线B1级直流电力电缆包括导体、绝缘层、防水层、阻隔层及护套层,绝缘层包覆导体,起到绝缘的作用,防止导体电流流出电缆;防水层可以防止电缆外的水分进入腐蚀导体;阻隔层可以阻隔氧气并且可以起到阻燃的作用;护套层采用无卤低烟阻燃聚烯烃材料制成,在此材料中加入了炭黑可起到防紫外线的作用,氧指数高于40,可满足GB31247-2014中燃烧性能B1级的要求;在此护套材料中无卤元素和重金属,燃烧不会产生有害气体,无滴落物的产生,可达到ROHS的要求。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明提供了一种耐油防紫外线B1级直流电力电缆100,如图1所示,该耐油防紫外线B1级直流电力电缆100包括导体1、绝缘层2、防水层3、阻隔层4及护套层5,所述绝缘层2包覆所述导体1,所述防水层3包覆所述绝缘层2,所述阻隔层4包覆所述防水层3,所述护套层5包覆所述阻隔层4,其中,所述护套层5采用无卤低烟阻燃聚烯烃材料制成。
耐油防紫外线B1级直流电力电缆100包括导体1、绝缘层2、防水层3、阻隔层4及护套层5,绝缘层2包覆导体1,起到绝缘的作用,防止导体1电流流出电缆;防水层3可以防止电缆外的水分进入腐蚀导体1;阻隔层4可以阻隔氧气并且可以起到阻燃的作用;护套层5采用无卤低烟阻燃聚烯烃材料制成,在此材料中加入了炭黑可起到防紫外线的作用,氧指数高于40,可满足GB31247-2014中燃烧性能B1级的要求;在此护套材料中无卤元素和重金属,燃烧不会产生有害气体,无滴落物的产生,可达到ROHS的要求。
其中,所述防水层3包括纵向阻水层31与径向防水层32,所述径向防水层32包覆所述纵向阻水层31。本发明的防水层3包括两层,径向防水层32从电缆的径向防水,纵向防水层31从电缆的纵向进行防水,两个方向同时进行防水,有效的将外部水分隔离在外,有效的保护导体1,纵向阻水层31为双面阻水带,双面阻水带材料具有很好的纵向性能,遇水之后迅速吸水膨胀,可起到纵向阻水作用;所述径向防水层32为双面铝塑复合带,径向防水层采用双面铝塑复合带,纵包焊接的方式,重叠率大于20%,可起到径向阻水作用。优选的,本实施例中纵向防水层31和径向防水层32可以交换位置,两个防水层可以任意设置,适合即可。
所述阻隔层4包括隔氧层41与阻燃包带层42,所述阻燃包带层42包覆所述隔氧层41。本发明阻隔层4设置有两层,隔氧层41阻燃包袋层42,所述隔氧层41采用聚烯烃材料制成;所述阻燃包带42为低烟无卤阻燃玻纤带,低烟无卤阻燃玻纤带,重叠绕包2层,重叠率大于30%;可起到很好的隔火和阻燃作用。本实施例中隔氧层41和阻燃包带层42可以交换位置,两个阻隔层可以任意设置,适合即可。
所述导体1为退火铜线,采用符合GB/T3956-2008当中的第5种铜导体制成。第5种铜导体具有非常好的电能传输的特性,可提高电缆的软度;绝缘层采用辐照型交联聚乙烯,其绝缘电阻高,耐老化性能优异,从而可提高电缆的使用寿命。
本实施例的绝缘层2采用辐照型交联聚乙烯制成,其绝缘电阻高,耐老化性能优异,从而可提高电缆的使用寿命。
综上所述,本发明的耐油防紫外线B1级直流电力电缆可以使电缆具有耐油的特性,可长期放置于水中,可在有日光照射的地方长期使用,可防老鼠啃咬和白蚁蛀蚀,电缆燃烧时不会产生有害气体、不会产生滴落物,可达到ROHS的要求。

1.一种耐油防紫外线B1级直流电力电缆,其特征在于,包括导体、绝缘层、防水层、阻隔层及护套层,所述绝缘层包覆所述导体,所述防水层包覆所述绝缘层,所述阻隔层包覆所述防水层,所述护套层包覆所述阻隔层,其中,所述护套层采用无卤低烟阻燃聚烯烃材料制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐油防紫外线B1级直流电力电缆,其特征在于,所述防水层包括纵向阻水层与径向防水层,所述径向防水层包覆所述纵向阻水层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐油防紫外线B1级直流电力电缆,其特征在于,所述阻隔层包括隔氧层与阻燃包带层,所述阻燃包带层包覆所述隔氧层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐油防紫外线B1级直流电力电缆,其特征在于,所述导体为退火铜线。
5.根据权利要求1所述的耐油防紫外线B1级直流电力电缆,其特征在于,所述绝缘层采用辐照型交联聚乙烯制成。

8.根据权利要求3所述的耐油防紫外线B1级直流电力电缆,其特征在于,所述隔氧层采用聚烯烃材料制成。
