The above operations can be implemented in the foregoing embodiments, and are not described in detail herein.
After the historical display information of the terminal is collected, the historical browsing information comprises time information of displaying each historical popularization information by the terminal, the historical popularization information is the popularization information displayed by the terminal in a past preset time period on the basis of the current time, the probability of displaying the popularization information by the terminal in a plurality of future time periods is calculated according to the historical display information, then the off-air time corresponding to the plurality of popularization information in the database is predicted, at least one popularization information with the highest benefit in each future time period is determined as candidate popularization information in the database according to the predicted off-air time, then expected benefits corresponding to each future time period are generated on the basis of the probability of displaying the popularization information in each future time period and the benefits of the candidate popularization information, and finally at least one popularization information with the highest expected benefit in the plurality of future time periods is selected, and sending the selected at least one promotion information to the terminal so that the terminal presents the selected at least one promotion information to the user when triggering a promotion information presentation request, compared with the existing promotion information presentation scheme, the embodiment determines at least one promotion information with the highest benefit in each future time period in the database according to the predicted off-air time, and finally generates expected benefits corresponding to each future time period based on the probability of presenting the promotion information in each future time period and the benefits of the candidate promotion information, thereby avoiding the problem that the screen-open advertisement presented to the user by the terminal is not the preloaded promotion information because the total delivery amount of the preloaded promotion information is consumed, not only avoiding the waste of network resources, but also improving the accuracy of the promotion information presentation, and simultaneously presenting the promotion information with the largest expected benefits to the user, the utilization rate of the promotion information inventory can be improved.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps of the methods of the above embodiments may be performed by instructions or by associated hardware controlled by the instructions, which may be stored in a computer readable storage medium and loaded and executed by a processor.
To this end, the present invention provides a storage medium, in which a plurality of instructions are stored, where the instructions can be loaded by a processor to execute the steps in any one of the methods for displaying promotional information provided by the embodiments of the present invention. For example, the instructions may perform the steps of:

The above operations can be implemented in the foregoing embodiments, and are not described in detail herein.

Claims (13)

1. A promotion information display method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring historical display information of a terminal, wherein the historical display information comprises time information of displaying historical popularization information by the terminal, and the historical popularization information is popularization information displayed by the terminal in a past time period by taking the current time as a reference;
calculating the probability of the terminal displaying the popularization information in a plurality of future time periods according to the historical display information;
predicting off-air time corresponding to a plurality of promotion information in a database, and determining at least one promotion information which benefits the highest in each future time period in the database as candidate promotion information according to the predicted off-air time, wherein the off-air time of the candidate promotion information is later than the corresponding future time period;
generating expected revenue corresponding to each future time period based on the probability of showing the promotion information in each future time period and the revenue of the candidate promotion information;
and selecting at least one piece of popularization information with highest expected income in a plurality of future time periods, and sending the selected at least one piece of popularization information to the terminal, so that the terminal can display the selected at least one piece of popularization information to the user when a popularization information display request is triggered.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein predicting off-air times corresponding to the plurality of promotional messages in the database comprises:
acquiring a release strategy and a release total amount corresponding to a plurality of promotion information in a database;
and predicting the off-air time corresponding to the plurality of promotion information in the database based on the obtained delivery strategy and the delivery total amount.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the predicting, based on the obtained delivery strategy and the total delivery amount, off-air time corresponding to the plurality of promotion information in the database comprises:
calculating the consumption speed of each promotion message based on the obtained release strategy and release total amount;
and predicting the off-air time corresponding to the plurality of promotion information in the database according to the consumption speed of each promotion information.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein calculating the consumption rate of each promotion information based on the obtained delivery strategy and the delivery total amount comprises:
adding promotion information with the display amount larger than the preset display amount into the same set to obtain a first promotion information set;
and calculating the consumption speed of each promotion information in the first promotion information set according to the total delivery amount and the delivery strategy of each promotion information in the first promotion information set.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein calculating the consumption rate of each promotion information in the first promotion information set according to the total delivery amount and the delivery policy of each promotion information in the first promotion information set comprises:
acquiring the corresponding display times of each promotion information in the first promotion information set in each historical time period;
determining a display weight corresponding to each promotion information in the first promotion information set in each historical time period based on the acquired display times;
and calculating the consumption speed of each promotion information in the first promotion information set according to the determined display weight, the release total amount of each promotion information in the first promotion information set and the release strategy.
6. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
adding promotion information with the display amount less than or equal to a preset display amount into the same set to obtain a second promotion information set;
removing the second promotion information set from the database to obtain a reserved promotion information set;
and calculating the average consumption speed corresponding to the reserved popularization information set, and determining the average consumption speed as the consumption speed of each popularization information in the second popularization information set.
7. The method according to claim 3, wherein the predicting off-air time corresponding to the plurality of promotion information in the database according to the consumption speed of each promotion information comprises:
predicting the total consumption amount of each promotion information in each future time period according to the consumption speed of each promotion information;
and determining the off-air time corresponding to the plurality of promotion information based on the total consumption.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein predicting off-air times corresponding to the plurality of promotional messages in the database comprises:
determining the promotion information of which the release time length is less than or equal to a first preset release time length in the plurality of promotion information as third promotion information;
acquiring promotion information on the same promotion position as the third promotion information to obtain fourth promotion information, wherein the release time of the fourth promotion information is longer than a second preset release time;
acquiring the consumption speed of the fourth popularization information;
and calculating the off-air time of the third promotion information according to the consumption speed of the fourth promotion information and the total delivery amount of the third promotion information.
9. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the calculating, according to the historical presentation information, the probability that the terminal presents the promotion information in a plurality of future time periods comprises:
acquiring the display times of the terminal for displaying the historical popularization information in a plurality of historical time periods according to the time information of the terminal for displaying the historical popularization information;
and determining the probability of the terminal displaying the promotion information in a future preset time period according to the display times of the terminal displaying the historical promotion information in a plurality of historical time periods.
10. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein generating expected revenue corresponding to each future time period based on the probability of presenting the promotion information in each future time period and the revenue of the candidate promotion information comprises:
determining the probability of displaying the candidate popularization information in the corresponding future time period based on the probability of displaying the popularization information in each future time period;
and calculating the product of the probability of the candidate promotion information displayed in the corresponding future time period and the income of the candidate promotion information, and generating the expected income corresponding to each future time period.
