The service management system of an electricity-selling company of claim 1, further comprising an electricity-quantity mutual insurance company management module for establishing an electricity-quantity transfer service, wherein the electricity-quantity mutual insurance company management module is configured to obtain, update in real time all co-operating electricity-selling company electricity-consumption deviations qualified as the current electricity-selling company electricity-quantity mutual insurance, and find an optimal transfer electricity-selling company for transferring the deviation electricity-quantity to minimize the economic loss of the current electricity-selling company electricity-consumption deviation according to the electricity-consumption deviation generated by the current electricity-selling company.
5. The business management system of claim 4, wherein the central control module sends a cooperation request to the best ported power selling company according to the feedback result of the power mutually-protecting company management module, the contract management module further stores and manages a cooperation contract of the power selling company, and the central control module automatically establishes a power transfer contract with the best ported power selling company according to the generated power consumption deviation and the power consumption deviation data of the best ported power selling company by using the contract management module.

The business management system of an electricity selling company of claim 1, wherein the electricity consumption management module monitors the electricity consumption of the customer to obtain at least the competitive electricity amount, the long-term electricity consumption amount and the actual electricity consumption amount of the customer.

The business management system of an electricity selling company of claim 1, wherein the central control module is provided with a load prediction unit and an electricity consumption deviation prediction unit, the load prediction unit is used for predicting electricity consumption load, the electricity consumption deviation prediction unit is used for predicting electricity consumption deviation of customers according to load prediction electricity quantity fed back by the load prediction unit and historical electricity consumption and electricity consumption data fed back by the electricity consumption management module, and the central control module is used for adjusting power supply of power supply equipment in real time by the electricity consumption management module according to signed contracts stored by the contract management module and the prediction result of the electricity consumption deviation of the customers so as to reduce the predicted electricity consumption deviation.

The business management system of an electricity selling company of claim 7, wherein the electricity consumption deviation predicting unit obtains the predicted customer electricity consumption deviation by subtracting the sum of the competitive electricity quantity and the long term electricity quantity from the predicted load electricity quantity; and a power utilization deviation threshold value is preset in the central control module, and warning information is sent to the power selling company and the customer after the predicted customer power utilization deviation exceeds the threshold value.

The business management system of an electricity selling company according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the central control module further comprises a data statistics unit and a transaction management unit, wherein the data statistics unit is used for analyzing and counting a plurality of items of business information, including annual and monthly comprehensive electricity utilization statistics, electricity selling profit and loss statistics, electricity utilization deviation statistics, annual and monthly contract statistics; the transaction management unit is used for recording monthly bidding winning results, annual centralized transaction data statistics and client settlement statistics.
10. The electricity selling business management system as recited in any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the central control module is further provided with an external interface, the external interface randomly generates a private user key for the electricity purchasing party to log in, and is used for the electricity purchasing party to log in and check, mark electricity consumption data, contract data, settlement data and transaction data, and store the marked data as an electronic file copy to the electricity purchasing party log-in terminal.
