(1) automatically addressing a corresponding material list in an airport pass comprehensive management database according to the types of the applying personnel/vehicles, the types of the passes and the information of the units where the applying personnel/vehicles are located, and submitting the applying materials for examination and approval by the applying personnel according to the list;
(2) if the examination and approval is passed, automatically matching a corresponding certificate card template according to the type and the security level of the application personnel to finish certificate making and certificate issuing; if the examination and approval is not passed, the modified materials are fed back to the sponsor to be re-submitted for examination and approval;
(3) the pass information and the pass authority information are transmitted to an airport access database and a front-end access controller, so that the linkage management of the pass and the airport access is realized;
(4) and the pass information and the pass authority information are transmitted to an airport crossing database, so that the management of crossing personnel, vehicles, food, navigation materials, bulk liquid and tools is realized.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, in the embodiment of the present invention, for airport personnel pass management, the method includes the following steps:
(1) acquiring image information of a sponsor: and acquiring the image of the sponsor by using the image acquisition terminal, and processing the image by image processing software, wherein the naming format of the long-term card is 'personnel number.jpg', and the naming format of other types of cards is 'personnel name.jpg'. The system provides a photo uploading function, the established photo is uploaded to the pass management server, and the system automatically calls the background photo when personnel data are recorded without manual intervention.
(2) Inputting/modifying information such as name, type, pass type and unit of the applying personnel, and storing the information to a pass management server;
(3) configuring the passing area according to the information of the sponsor and the image information, configuring the authority qualification of the sponsor, such as driving, leading, escort, contact and the like, and submitting for auditing;
(4) performing preliminary examination on the information, image information, passing areas, authority qualification and the like of the sponsor, entering final examination if the examination is passed, and feeding back to the sponsor to re-submit the initial examination for modifying materials if the examination is not passed;
(5) performing final inspection on the information, image information, passing areas, authority qualification and the like of the sponsor, if the inspection is not passed, feeding back to the sponsor to modify materials to resubmit the final inspection, and if the inspection is passed, transferring to a certificate making process;
(6) and automatically matching corresponding card templates according to the types and security levels of the sponsors, printing certificates by using a card printer, finishing certificate making through film coating of a card sender, and binding the certificates with the sponsors for issuing certificates.
Preferably, in the present invention, the airport personnel communication card includes a long-term card, a short-term card, a temporary card, a guard security card and an emergency pass card. The management flow of the short-term card, the temporary card, the guard guarantee card and the emergency pass card is similar to that of the long-term card.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, in the embodiment of the present invention, for airport vehicle pass management, the method includes the following steps:
(1) applying vehicle image information acquisition: the vehicle photos are provided by an application unit, the naming format is 'license plate number.jpg', the photos are uploaded to a pass management server, and the system automatically calls background photos when personnel data are recorded without manual intervention;
(2) inputting/modifying information of the type of the applied vehicle, the type of the pass, the unit where the pass is located and the like, and storing the information to a pass management server;
(3) configuring a passing area of the sponsor according to the sponsor information and the image information, configuring authority qualification of the sponsor, and submitting the authority qualification to audit;
(4) performing preliminary examination on the information, image information, passing areas, authority qualification and the like of the application vehicle, entering final examination if the examination is passed, and feeding back to the application person to modify materials to resubmit the initial examination if the examination is not passed;
(5) performing final inspection on the information of the applied vehicles, the image information, the passing areas, the authority qualification and the like, if the inspection is not passed, feeding back to the applied person to modify the materials to resubmit the final inspection, and if the inspection is passed, transferring to a certificate making process;
(6) and automatically matching corresponding certificate card templates according to the types and the security levels of the vehicles to be submitted, printing certificates by using a certificate card printer, finishing certificate making by coating a film on a card sender, and binding and issuing the certificates with the vehicles to be submitted.
Preferably, in the present invention, the airport personnel communication certificate includes a long-term card, a short-term card and a temporary card. Wherein, the management flow of the short-term card and the temporary card is similar to that of the long-term card.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the invention, and that any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. An airport pass information security management method is characterized by comprising
S100: automatically addressing a corresponding material list in an airport passage comprehensive management database according to the types of the sponsors/vehicles, the types of the passages and the information of the units where the passages are located, and submitting sponsors to materials according to the list;
s200: performing examination and approval on the application material, if the examination and approval is not passed, feeding back to the applicant to modify the material and submit the examination and approval again, and if the examination and approval is passed, turning to the step S300;
s300: automatically matching corresponding certificate card templates according to the types and security levels of the applied personnel/vehicles to complete certificate making and certificate issuing;
s400: the pass information and the pass authority information are transmitted to an airport access database and a front-end access controller, so that the linkage management of the pass and the airport access is realized;
s500: and the pass information and the pass authority information are transmitted to an airport crossing database, so that the management of crossing personnel, vehicles, food, navigation materials, bulk liquid and tools is realized.
2. The security management method for airport pass information as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pass management of personnel comprises:
s101: acquiring an applicant image by using a portrait acquisition terminal, and uploading the acquired applicant image to a pass management server after image processing;
s102: inputting/modifying the name, type, pass type and unit information of the sponsor, storing the name, type, pass type and unit information in the pass management server, and automatically calling the sponsor image;
s103: configuring a passing area of the sponsor according to the sponsor information and the image information, configuring the authority qualification of the sponsor, and submitting the authority qualification to audit;
s104: performing preliminary examination on the information, the image information, the passing area and the authority qualification of the sponsor, entering final examination if the examination is passed, and feeding back to the sponsor to re-submit the initial examination if the examination is not passed;
s105: performing final inspection on the information of the sponsor, the image information, the passing area and the authority qualification, if the inspection is not passed, feeding back to the sponsor to modify the material for re-submitting the final inspection, and if the inspection is passed, transferring to a certificate making process;
s106: and automatically matching corresponding card templates according to the types and security levels of the sponsors, printing certificates by using a card printer, finishing certificate making through film coating of a card sender, and binding the certificates with the sponsors for issuing certificates.
3. The security management method for airport pass information according to claim 1, wherein the pass management of the vehicle comprises:
s101: providing an image of a vehicle to be applied, and uploading the image to a pass management server;
s102: inputting/modifying the type of the applied vehicle, the type of the pass and the information of the unit where the applied vehicle is located, storing the information to a pass management server, and automatically calling the vehicle image;
s103: configuring a passing area according to the information of the applied vehicles and the image information, configuring authority qualification and submitting the authority qualification;
s104: performing preliminary examination on the information of the application vehicle, the image information, the passing area and the authority qualification, entering final examination if the examination is passed, and feeding back to the application person to modify the material to resubmit the initial examination if the examination is not passed;
s105: performing final inspection on the information of the applied vehicles, the image information, the passing areas and the authority qualification, if the inspection is not passed, feeding back to the applied person to modify the materials to resubmit the final inspection, and if the inspection is passed, transferring to a certification making process;
s106: and automatically matching corresponding certificate card templates according to the types and the security levels of the vehicles to be submitted, printing certificates by using a certificate card printer, finishing certificate making by coating a film on a card sender, and binding and issuing the certificates with the vehicles to be submitted.
4. An airport pass information security management system is characterized by comprising a security center network pipeline (4), wherein an external network (6) is laid in the security center network pipeline (4) after passing through a security firewall (5);
the pass management unit (1) is in communication connection with the security center network pipeline (4), and the pass management unit (1) comprises a pass management card making terminal (13), a pass management inquiry terminal (14) and a pass management approval terminal (15);
the entrance guard management unit (2) is in communication connection with the security center network pipeline (4) and is used for automatically downloading the information of the related pass data and the pass authority information to the entrance guard management unit database and the front-end entrance guard controller after the pass making is finished; and
and the crossing management unit (3) is in communication connection with the security center network pipeline (4) and is used for automatically downloading the relevant data information and the right of passage information of the passage after the completion of the certificate making, so that the integrated management of the crossing management unit is realized.
5. An airport passport information security management system as claimed in claim 4, wherein the passport management card-making terminal (13) includes a passport printer (131), a card sender (132) and a portrait collection terminal (133).
6. The airport traffic information security management system of claim 4, wherein said entrance guard management unit (2) comprises an entrance guard main server (21) and an entrance guard standby server (22), which are standby for each other.
7. An airport passport information security management system as claimed in claim 4 or 6, wherein the entrance guard management unit (2) includes an entrance guard configuration terminal (23).
8. The airport traffic information security management system of claim 4, wherein the crossing management unit (3) is of a redundant design and comprises a crossing management main server (31) and a crossing management standby server (32).
9. The airport passphrase information security management system of claim 4 or 8, wherein the crossing management unit (3) further comprises a crossing management inquiry terminal (33).
10. An airport passport information security management system as claimed in any one of claims 4 to 6, comprising a data exchange component for enabling automatic download of passport-related information and passport authority information.
