(6) And automatically matching corresponding card templates according to the type and the security level of sponsors, printing certificates by adopting a card printer, finishing certificate making through a card sender coating, binding with the sponsors, and issuing the certificates.
Preferably, in the present invention, the airport personnel communication certificate includes a long-term card, a short-term card, a temporary card, a guard security card, and an emergency pass card. The short-term card, the temporary card, the guard security card and the emergency access card are similar to the management flow of the long-term card.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, in an embodiment of the present invention, for airport vehicle pass management, the method includes the following steps:
(1) And (3) carrying out vehicle image information collection: the vehicle photo is provided by an application unit, the named format is license plate number jpg, and the license plate number jpg is uploaded to a pass management server, and a system automatically retrieves a background photo when personnel data is recorded, so that manual intervention is not needed;

(4) Preliminary auditing is carried out on the sponsored vehicle information, the image information, the passing area, the authority qualification and the like, if the auditing is passed, the final auditing is carried out, and if the auditing is not passed, the initial auditing is submitted again by the sponsor modifying material;
(5) The method comprises the steps of performing final examination on the information, image information, passing area, authority qualification and the like of the sponsor, feeding back to the sponsor to modify materials for re-submitting final examination if the examination fails, and transferring to a certificate making process if the examination passes;
(6) And automatically matching corresponding card templates according to the type and the security level of the sponsored vehicle, printing certificates by adopting a card printer, finishing the preparation of the certificates through the film coating of the card sender, binding with the sponsored vehicle, and issuing the certificates.
Preferably, in the present invention, the airport personnel communication certificate includes a long-term card, a short-term card and a temporary card. Wherein the short-term card and the temporary card are similar to the management flow of the long-term card.

Claims (8)

1. An airport pass information security management method, comprising
S100: according to the types of sponsors/vehicles, the types of passes and the information of the units, the corresponding bill of materials is automatically addressed in the comprehensive management database of airport passes, and sponsors submit sponsored materials according to the bill;
s200: performing audit approval on the sponsored material, if the audit approval is not passed, feeding back to the sponsor for modifying the material to submit the audit approval again, and if the audit approval is passed, turning to step S300;
s300: according to the type and the security level of the sponsor/vehicle, automatically matching the corresponding card template to finish the certificate making and certificate issuing;
s400: the pass information and the pass authority information are transmitted to an airport gate inhibition database and a front-end gate inhibition controller, so that linkage management of the pass and the airport gate inhibition is realized;
s500: the pass information and the pass authority information are transmitted to an airport crossing database, so that management of crossing personnel, vehicles, aviation food, aviation materials, bulk liquid state and knife tools is realized;
the personnel's pass management includes:
s101: collecting the sponsor image by using the image collecting terminal, and uploading the sponsor image to the pass management server after image processing;
s102: entering/modifying the name, type and location unit information of sponsor, storing the information to a license management server, and automatically calling the sponsor image;
s103: configuring a passing area according to sponsor information and image information, configuring authority qualification and submitting auditing;
s104: preliminary auditing is carried out on the sponsor information, the image information, the passing area and the authority qualification, if the auditing is passed, the final auditing is carried out, and if the auditing is not passed, the initial auditing is submitted again by the modification material fed back to the sponsor;
s105: the sponsor information, the image information, the passing area and the authority qualification are subjected to final examination, if the examination is not passed, the modified material is fed back to the sponsor for re-submitting the final examination, and if the examination is passed, the process is transferred to a certificate making process;
s106: automatically matching corresponding card templates according to the types and the security levels of sponsors, printing certificates by adopting a card printer, finishing the preparation of the certificates through the film coating of a card sender, binding with the sponsors, and issuing the certificates;
the vehicle pass management includes:
s101: providing an image of the sponsored vehicle and uploading the image to a pass management server;
s102: entering/modifying the type of the applied vehicle, the type of the pass and the unit information of the position, storing the information into a pass management server, and automatically calling the vehicle image;
s103: configuring a passing area according to the information of the vehicle to be declared and the image information, configuring authority qualification and submitting verification;
s104: preliminary auditing is carried out on the sponsored vehicle information, the image information, the passing area and the authority qualification, if the auditing is passed, the final auditing is carried out, and if the auditing is not passed, the modified material is fed back to sponsor to submit the initial auditing again;
s105: the method comprises the steps of performing final examination on the information, image information, passing area and authority qualification of the sponsor, feeding back to the sponsor to modify materials for re-submitting final examination if the examination is not passed, and transferring to a certificate making process if the examination is passed;
s106: and automatically matching corresponding card templates according to the type and the security level of the sponsored vehicle, printing certificates by adopting a card printer, finishing the preparation of the certificates through the film coating of the card sender, binding with the sponsored vehicle, and issuing the certificates.
2. The airport pass information security management system is characterized by comprising a security central network pipeline (4), wherein an external network (6) is paved in the security central network pipeline (4) after passing through a security firewall (5);
the system comprises a pass management unit (1) in communication connection with the security center network pipeline (4), wherein the pass management unit (1) comprises a pass management card making terminal (13), a pass management inquiry terminal (14) and a pass management approval terminal (15);
the access control management unit (2) is in communication connection with the security center network pipeline (4) and is used for automatically downloading the information of the pass related information and the pass authority information to the access control management unit database and the front-end access controller after the completion of the certificate making; and
and the crossing management unit (3) is in communication connection with the security center network pipeline (4) and is used for automatically downloading the information of the pass related information and the pass authority information into the crossing management unit after the pass is completed, so that the integrated management with the crossing management unit is realized.
3. An airport pass information security management system according to claim 2, wherein the pass management card making terminal (13) comprises in particular a card printer (131), a card issuer (132) and a figure acquisition terminal (133).
4. An airport pass information security management system according to claim 3, wherein the gate inhibition management unit (2) comprises a gate inhibition main server (21) and a gate inhibition standby server (22) which are mutually standby.
5. An airport pass information security management system according to claim 2 or 4, wherein the access management unit (2) comprises an access configuration terminal (23).
6. An airport pass information security management system according to claim 2, wherein the crossing management unit (3) adopts a redundant design, including a crossing management main server (31) and a crossing management standby server (32).
7. An airport pass information security management system according to claim 2 or 6, wherein said crossing management unit (3) further comprises a crossing management inquiry terminal (33).
8. An airport pass information security management system according to any of claims 2-4 comprising data exchange means for effecting automatic download of pass related profile information and pass rights information.
