Abstract
The invention relates to a method, a device and equipment for backing up information of a physical parcel, which are characterized in that a waybill number carried in a waybill identification code is acquired by scanning the waybill identification code of the physical parcel, and a waybill image of the physical parcel is acquired; and (4) associating the bill image with the waybill number, and finally storing the associated bill image. By adopting the technical scheme of the invention, when the express waybill information on the physical parcel is wrong but the information uploaded by the e-commerce platform is correct, so that the physical parcel cannot be dispatched to a correct address by a logistics company and the complaint of a customer to the logistics company is caused, the related waybill image can be inquired through the waybill number, whether the waybill information on the physical parcel is consistent with the information uploaded by the e-commerce platform or not is verified, unnecessary loss to the logistics company is avoided, and the normal operation of the logistics company is ensured.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of logistics, in particular to a method, a device and equipment for backing up information of physical packages.
Background
The online shopping is a very common shopping mode at present, and people browse commodities through terminal equipment and input a receiving address to purchase. After receiving the order, the seller of the e-commerce platform pastes an express bill for recording information such as name, telephone and address of the buyer on the outer package of the commodity, so that the commodity can be sent out as express, and in order to simplify the distribution process, the e-commerce platform can upload the information to a system of a logistics company.
However, the express waybill information on the physical parcel may be wrong, but the information uploaded by the e-commerce platform is correct, so that the logistics company cannot dispatch the physical parcel to a correct address, the logistics time is prolonged, and the situation of missing pieces is possible, and the logistics company is required to pay for losses.
