Therefore, in order to ensure that the wind equipment on the motor train unit works normally, the total wind pressure leakage condition of the motor train unit can be tested regularly (namely, the total wind pressure maintaining of the motor train unit is detected) so as to ensure that no obvious leakage exists on an air pipeline and the wind equipment on the motor train unit.
At present, the total wind pressure maintaining detection is usually performed manually by technicians of the motor train unit, and the detection process specifically includes: manually cutting off wind equipment by a technician, manually recording and observing the total wind pressure reduction condition of a wind pressure meter within 5 minutes by the technician after the technician manually controls the air compressor to blow wind to the highest wind pressure, and if the technician determines that the reduction value of the total wind pressure is lower than or equal to 30kPa within 5 minutes, considering that the pressure maintaining test is successful; and if the technician determines that the drop value of the total wind pressure is higher than 30kPa within 5 minutes, the pressure maintaining test is considered to fail, so that the existence of an obvious leakage point in the total wind of the motor train unit can be determined. The technical personnel are easy to generate judgment errors when manually determining the detection result of the total wind pressure maintaining, so that the detection result of the total wind pressure maintaining is inaccurate, and the reliability of the detection result of the total wind pressure maintaining is low.

Detailed Description
In order to make the technical solutions of the present application better understood, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
In order to facilitate understanding and explanation of the method for detecting the total wind pressure of the motor train unit provided in the embodiment of the application, a system for detecting the total wind pressure of the motor train unit is described below with reference to fig. 1. Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a detection system for total wind pressure maintaining of a motor train unit according to an embodiment of the application.
As shown in fig. 1, the detection system for the total wind pressure maintaining of the motor train unit includes a control unit and a Human Machine Interface (HMI). The Control Unit may include a Brake Control Unit (BCU) and a Central Control Unit (CCU).
The HMI is used to display the relevant content of the total wind pressure holding test to the user. For example, the HMI may be used to display a start button of the total wind pressure holding test (i.e., a trigger button of the total wind pressure holding detection request), may be used to display an end button of the total wind pressure holding test (i.e., a trigger button of the total wind pressure holding end request), and may be used to display a detection result of the total wind pressure holding.
The control unit is used for controlling the motor train unit to perform a total wind pressure maintaining test according to a total wind pressure maintaining detection request triggered by the HMI.
The BCU is used for controlling the motor train unit to execute most steps in the total wind pressure maintaining test according to the total wind pressure maintaining detection request triggered by the HMI. For example, the BCU is used for controlling the stop or start of a sanding drying device on the motor train unit, also used for controlling the start or stop of an air compressor of the motor train unit, and also used for determining a test result of a total wind pressure holding test according to the total wind pressure of the motor train unit.
The CCU is mainly used for transferring communication information between the HMI and the BCU. For example, the CCU may be configured to forward the total wind pressure maintaining detection request sent by the HMI to the BCU, and may also be configured to forward the total wind pressure maintaining detection result obtained by the BCU to the HMI for display. In addition, the CCU is also used for controlling the stop or the start of part of wind equipment in the motor train unit. For example, the CCU may be used to control the stopping or starting of a train air conditioning, waste air, high pressure tank air blast, etc. equipment on a motor train unit.
The above is related content of the system for detecting total wind pressure of the motor train unit provided in the embodiment of the present application, and the method for detecting total wind pressure of the motor train unit provided in the embodiment of the present application will be introduced below with reference to the above content.
Method embodiment
Referring to fig. 2, the figure is a flowchart of a method for detecting total wind pressure of a motor train unit according to an embodiment of the application.
The method for detecting the total wind pressure maintaining of the motor train unit comprises the following steps of S1-S5:
s1: the control unit receives a total wind pressure holding detection request triggered by a user on the HMI.
The total wind pressure maintaining detection request is used for requesting the control unit to control the motor train unit to perform a total wind pressure maintaining test, and the total wind pressure maintaining detection request carries a total wind pressure maintaining standard value input by a user on the HMI. The total wind pressure maintaining standard value is used for representing a pressure drop value which the motor train unit should have when the motor train unit succeeds in the total wind pressure maintaining test; and the total wind pressure maintaining standard values of different motor train units are different, so that the user can provide the total wind pressure maintaining standard values of the motor train units through the HMI. For example, the total wind pressure holding standard value may be 30 kPa.
In addition, the embodiment of the application is not limited to the triggering manner of the total wind pressure maintaining detection request, for example, as shown in fig. 3, when a user opens a total wind pressure maintaining interface on an HMI of the motor train unit, the user may input a total wind pressure maintaining standard value (e.g., 30kPa shown in fig. 3) on the total wind pressure maintaining interface, and the user triggers the total wind pressure maintaining detection request by clicking a "start" button on the total wind pressure maintaining interface, so that the HMI sends the total wind pressure maintaining detection request to the control unit.
In some cases, when the control unit includes a CCU and a BCU, then S1 may specifically be: the HMI sends the total wind pressure maintaining detection request to the CCU, and the CCU forwards the total wind pressure maintaining detection request to the BCU. Therefore, after the user triggers the total wind pressure maintaining detection request on the HMI, the HMI may send the total wind pressure maintaining detection request to the CCU, and the CCU forwards the total wind pressure maintaining detection request to the BCU, so that both the CCU and the BCU can receive the total wind pressure maintaining detection request triggered by the user.
Based on the above content, in the embodiment of the application, when a user wants to perform the total wind pressure maintaining test on the motor train unit, the user may open a total wind pressure maintaining interface (such as an interface shown in fig. 3) on the HMI, input a total wind pressure maintaining standard value on the total wind pressure maintaining interface according to the actual situation of the motor train unit, and trigger the total wind pressure maintaining detection request on the total wind pressure maintaining interface by the user, so that the control unit can perform the total wind pressure maintaining test on the motor train unit according to the total wind pressure maintaining detection request.
S2: and the control unit controls the wind equipment on the motor train unit to stop running.
The wind equipment is equipment which takes compressed air as a wind source on the motor train unit; furthermore, the embodiments of the present application do not limit the wind devices. For example, the wind devices may include a first wind device and a second wind device. The first wind equipment is used for representing wind equipment which can be controlled by a CCU (central train unit) in the motor train unit, such as full-train air conditioners, waste discharge equipment, high-pressure tank internal blowing equipment and the like. The second wind equipment is used for representing wind equipment which can be controlled by a BCU (body control unit) on the motor train unit, such as sand spreading drying equipment and the like.
The control method of the wind equipment by the control unit is not limited in the embodiment of the application, for example, the control unit can control the wind equipment on the motor train unit in a control command mode. It can be seen that, in one possible implementation, S2 may specifically be: the control unit generates a device closing instruction and sends the device closing instruction to wind equipment in the motor train unit, so that the wind equipment stops running after receiving the device closing instruction. The equipment closing instruction is used for indicating the wind equipment to close.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the application, when the motor train unit includes N wind devices, the control unit generates a device shutdown instruction corresponding to an ith wind device, and sends the device shutdown instruction corresponding to the ith wind device, so that the operation of the ith wind device is stopped after the device shutdown instruction is received. Wherein i is a positive integer, i is not more than N, and N is a positive integer.
In some cases, when the control unit includes a CCU and a BCU, and the wind equipment includes a first wind equipment (e.g., a full-range air conditioner, a waste disposal equipment, a high-pressure tank blowing equipment, etc.) and a second wind equipment (e.g., a sanding drying equipment, etc.), S2 may be specifically: the CCU controls the first wind equipment to stop running, and the BCU controls the second wind equipment to stop running. It can be seen that, when the control unit includes the CCU and the BCU, the CCU and the BCU are responsible for controlling all wind equipments on the motor train unit, that is, the CCU controls one part of the wind equipments (such as the wind equipments of the full-train air conditioner, the waste heat discharging equipment, the high-pressure in-box blower equipment, and the like) on the motor train unit, and the BCU controls the other part of the wind equipments (such as the wind equipments of the sanding drying equipment and the like) on the motor train unit.
Based on the related content of S2, in the embodiment of the present application, after the control unit obtains the total wind pressure maintaining detection request sent by the HMI, the control device may control the wind equipment on the motor train unit to stop operating, which is specifically: the CCU may control a first wind device including a full-line air conditioner, a waste discharging device, a high-pressure in-tank blowing device, etc. to stop operating, and the BCU may control a second wind device including a sanding drying device, etc. to stop operating.
In addition, in some cases, the control unit may also control the motor train unit to be in maximum service braking after receiving the total wind pressure maintaining detection request. Based on this, the embodiment of the application also provides an implementation manner of a method for detecting the total wind pressure of the motor train unit, and in the implementation manner, the method for detecting the total wind pressure of the motor train unit further comprises steps of S6, in addition to steps from S1 to S5:
s6: after the control unit receives the maximum service braking instruction sent by the braking instruction triggering unit, the control unit controls the motor train unit to carry out maximum service braking.
The maximum service brake command is controlled and triggered by a brake command triggering unit according to control information prompted on the HMI by a user; and the maximum service braking instruction is triggered by a driver handle in the braking instruction triggering unit. In addition, the embodiment of the present application does not limit the triggering manner of the maximum service braking instruction, for example, when the total wind pressure maintaining test interface of the HMI prompts the user to set the handle of the driver at the maximum service position (i.e., position B7) through a preset manner (e.g., at least one of sound, image and text), the user may set the handle of the driver at the maximum service position according to the prompting information, so that the braking instruction triggering unit including the handle of the driver sends the braking instruction corresponding to the position B7, i.e., the maximum service braking instruction to the BCU.
In some cases, when the control unit includes a CCU and a BCU, then S6 may specifically be: and after the BCU receives the maximum service braking instruction sent by the braking instruction triggering unit, controlling the motor train unit to carry out maximum service braking. Based on the above, the BCU can control the motor train unit to perform maximum service braking.
Based on the above related contents of S2 and S6, in the embodiment of the present application, after the control unit receives the total wind pressure maintaining detection request, the control unit may control the wind power plant on the motor train unit to stop operating, and control the motor train unit to perform maximum service braking according to the maximum service braking instruction sent by the braking instruction triggering unit. The control process may specifically be: controlling the first wind equipment to stop running by the CCU; and the BCU controls the second wind equipment to stop running, and controls the motor train unit to carry out maximum service braking according to the maximum service braking instruction sent by the braking instruction triggering unit.
S3: the control unit controls an air compressor of the motor train unit to start to blow air, and controls the air compressor to stop blowing air when the total air pressure of the motor train unit reaches a preset pressure threshold value.
The preset pressure threshold value refers to a preset maximum value of the total wind pressure.
The embodiment of the application does not limit the obtaining mode of the total wind pressure, for example, the BCU may receive the total wind pressure collected by the total wind pressure sensor. Based on the above, in one possible implementation mode, the BCU receives the total wind pressure sent by the total wind pressure sensor on the motor train unit; the total wind pressure sensor is used for collecting the total wind pressure of the motor train unit.
The number and the installation position of the total wind pressure sensors are not limited in the embodiment of the application, for example, the total wind pressure sensors can be respectively installed on a head car and a tail car of a motor train unit and a vehicle provided with an air compressor.
In addition, when the motor train unit comprises M total wind pressure sensors, the process of determining the total wind pressure of the motor train unit by the BCU may specifically be: after the BCU receives the 1 st total wind pressure value sent by the 1 st total wind pressure sensor to the Mth total wind pressure value sent by the Mth total wind pressure sensor, the average value of the 1 st total wind pressure value to the Mth total wind pressure value is determined as the total wind pressure of the motor train unit by the BCU. Therefore, the error problem caused by single-point test can be effectively avoided.
In some cases, when the control unit includes a CCU and a BCU, S3 may specifically be: and the BCU controls an air compressor of the motor train unit to start to blow air, and controls the air compressor to stop blowing air when the total air pressure of the motor train unit reaches a preset pressure threshold value. Namely, after the BCU receives the total wind pressure maintaining detection request, the BCU can control the air compressor on the motor train unit to start until the BCU determines that the total wind pressure of the motor train unit reaches a preset pressure threshold value, and the BCU controls the air compressor to stop blowing.
Based on the relevant content of the S3, in the embodiment of the application, after the BCU receives the total wind pressure maintaining detection request, the BCU can control the air compressor of the motor train unit to start and start to blow air until the BCU determines that the total wind pressure of the motor train unit reaches the preset pressure threshold, and the air compressor of the motor train unit is controlled to stop blowing air.
S4: and the control unit determines the actual value of the total wind pressure maintaining according to the total wind pressure of the motor train unit in the second time period after the air compressor stops blowing for the first time period.
The first time length is used for representing the time length required for the total wind pressure to reach stability after the air compressor stops blowing; also, the first time period is not limited in the embodiments of the present application, and for example, the first time period may be 1 minute.
The second time length is used for representing and acquiring the time length required by the total wind pressure for evaluating the leakage state of the total wind pressure; also, the second time period is not limited in the embodiments of the present application, and for example, the second time period may be 5 minutes.
The total wind pressure maintaining actual value is used for representing total wind pressure maintaining information of the motor train unit in the second time length, namely, the leakage degree of the total wind pressure of the motor train unit in the total wind pressure maintaining test. In addition, the total wind pressure maintaining actual value is not limited in the embodiment of the application, for example, the total wind pressure maintaining actual value may be a pressure drop value of the total wind pressure of the motor train unit in the second time period.
In some cases, when the control unit includes a CCU and a BCU, then S4 may specifically be: and after the air compressor stops blowing for a first time, the BCU determines a total air pressure maintaining actual value according to the total air pressure of the motor train unit in a second time. Namely, after the BCU controls the air compressor to stop blowing air for the first time period, the BCU determines the actual value of the total air pressure maintaining according to the change value of the total air pressure value of the motor train unit in the second time period.
Based on the related content of the above S4, after the BCU controls the air compressor to stop blowing, the BCU waits for a first time period first, so that the total wind pressure of the locomotive group is stable within the first time period; and the BCU collects the total wind pressure of the motor train unit in the second time period, and determines the pressure drop value of the motor train unit in the second time period according to the total wind pressure of the motor train unit in the second time period as the actual total wind pressure maintaining value of the motor train unit. For example, when the first time period is 1 minute and the second time period is 5 minutes, S4 may specifically be: if the BCU controls the air compressor to stop blowing air at 10 point 30, the BCU waits for the total air pressure of the motor train unit to reach stability in the period from 10 point 30 to 10 point 31; when the BCU determines that the total wind pressure of the motor train unit is stable at 10 point 31, the BCU receives the total wind pressure collected by each total wind pressure sensor in the motor train unit at 10 point 31 to 10 point 36 in a period, and determines a pressure drop value generated during the period that the total wind pressure of the motor train unit is from 10 point 31 to 10 point 36 according to the total wind pressure, and the pressure drop value is used as a total wind pressure maintaining actual value of the motor train unit, so that a test result of a total wind pressure maintaining test of the motor train unit can be determined based on the total wind pressure maintaining actual value in the following process.
S5: and the control unit determines a total wind pressure maintaining detection result according to the total wind pressure maintaining actual value and the total wind pressure maintaining standard value, and sends the total wind pressure maintaining detection result to the HMI for displaying.
The total wind pressure maintaining detection result is used for representing a test result generated by the motor train unit in the total wind pressure maintaining test; in addition, the content of the total wind pressure maintaining detection result is not limited in the embodiments of the present application. For example, the total wind pressure maintaining detection result may include result information for indicating whether the total wind pressure maintaining test of the motor train unit is successful, and/or data information for indicating the total wind pressure leakage degree of the motor train unit in the total wind pressure maintaining test.
The embodiment of the present application does not limit the process of obtaining the total wind pressure maintaining detection result, and the following description is made with reference to two possible implementation manners.
In a first possible implementation manner, the obtaining process of the total wind pressure maintaining detection result may specifically be: the control unit compares the total wind pressure maintaining actual value with the total wind pressure maintaining standard value, and when the total wind pressure maintaining actual value is lower than or equal to the total wind pressure maintaining standard value, the total wind pressure maintaining detection result is determined to comprise first result information used for representing the success of the total wind pressure maintaining test; and when the actual value of the total wind pressure maintaining is higher than the standard value of the total wind pressure maintaining, determining that the detection result of the total wind pressure maintaining comprises second result information used for representing the failure of the total wind pressure maintaining test.
Based on the knowledge, after the control unit determines the total wind pressure maintaining actual value, the control unit compares the total wind pressure maintaining actual value with the total wind pressure maintaining standard value, so that when the total wind pressure maintaining actual value is determined to be lower than or equal to the total wind pressure maintaining standard value, the success of the total wind pressure maintaining test of the motor train unit is determined, and therefore the total wind pressure maintaining detection result comprises first result information, and the total wind pressure maintaining detection result can accurately represent the success of the total wind pressure maintaining test of the motor train unit; and when the actual value of the total wind pressure maintaining is higher than the standard value of the total wind pressure maintaining value, determining that the total wind pressure maintaining test of the motor train unit fails, and determining that the detection result of the total wind pressure maintaining comprises second result information, so that the detection result of the total wind pressure maintaining can accurately represent the failure of the total wind pressure maintaining test of the motor train unit.
In a second possible implementation manner, the process of obtaining the total wind pressure maintaining detection result may specifically be: the control unit compares the total wind pressure maintaining actual value with the total wind pressure maintaining standard value, and when the total wind pressure maintaining actual value is lower than or equal to the total wind pressure maintaining standard value, the total wind pressure maintaining detection result is determined to comprise first result information used for representing the success of the total wind pressure maintaining test; and when the total wind pressure maintaining actual value is higher than the total wind pressure maintaining standard value, determining that the total wind pressure maintaining detection result comprises second result information used for representing the total wind pressure maintaining test failure and the total wind pressure maintaining actual value.
Based on the knowledge, after the control unit determines the total wind pressure maintaining actual value, the control unit compares the total wind pressure maintaining actual value with the total wind pressure maintaining standard value, so that when the total wind pressure maintaining actual value is determined to be lower than or equal to the total wind pressure maintaining standard value, the success of the total wind pressure maintaining test of the motor train unit is determined, and therefore the total wind pressure maintaining detection result comprises first result information, and the total wind pressure maintaining detection result can accurately represent the success of the total wind pressure maintaining test of the motor train unit; when the total wind pressure maintaining actual value is determined to be higher than the total wind pressure maintaining standard value, the total wind pressure maintaining test failure of the motor train unit is determined, and therefore the total wind pressure maintaining detection result is determined to comprise second result information and the total wind pressure maintaining actual value, the total wind pressure maintaining test failure of the motor train unit can be accurately represented by the total wind pressure maintaining detection result, and the total wind pressure maintaining leakage degree of the motor train unit can also be accurately represented.
In some cases, when the control unit includes a CCU and a BCU, then S5 may specifically be: and the BCU determines a total air pressure maintaining detection result according to the total air pressure maintaining actual value and the total air pressure maintaining standard value, and sends the total air pressure maintaining detection result to the CCU, so that the CCU forwards the total air pressure maintaining detection result to the HMI for displaying. Based on this, after the BCU determines the total wind pressure maintaining actual value, the BCU may determine the total wind pressure maintaining detection result according to the total wind pressure maintaining actual value and the total wind pressure maintaining standard value, and then send the total wind pressure maintaining detection result to the CCU, so that the CCU can forward the total wind pressure maintaining detection result to the HMI, and the HMI displays the total wind pressure maintaining detection result, so that the user can view the total wind pressure maintaining detection result on the HMI.
Based on the relevant content of the S5, after the BCU in the control unit determines the total wind pressure maintaining actual value, the BCU can compare the total wind pressure maintaining actual value with the total wind pressure maintaining standard value, so that when the total wind pressure maintaining actual value is determined not to be higher than the total wind pressure maintaining standard value, the success of the total wind pressure maintaining test of the motor train unit is determined, and the success of the total wind pressure maintaining test of the motor train unit is sent to the HMI through the CCU to be displayed; however, when the fixed total wind pressure maintaining actual value is higher than the total wind pressure maintaining standard value, the total wind pressure maintaining test of the motor train unit is determined to fail, so that the total wind pressure maintaining test failure of the motor train unit and the total wind pressure maintaining leakage degree (namely, the total wind pressure maintaining actual value) of the motor train unit are sent to the HMI through the CCU to be displayed (the total wind pressure leakage value is 35kPa as shown in fig. 4). Therefore, the user can accurately obtain the test result of the motor train unit in the total wind pressure maintaining test from the HMI, and therefore whether the total wind pressure leakage of the motor train unit is normal or not is obtained.
In addition, in some cases, the control unit may control the wind equipment of the motor train unit to resume operation after controlling the motor train unit to complete the total wind pressure maintaining test. Based on this, the embodiment of the application also provides another implementation manner of the method for detecting the total wind pressure of the motor train unit, and in the implementation manner, the method for detecting the total wind pressure of the motor train unit further comprises S7 and S8 besides S1-S5 or S1-S6:
s7: the control unit receives a total wind pressure maintaining end request triggered by a user on the HMI.
For example, as shown in fig. 4, after a user sees a test result of the total wind pressure holding test of the motor train unit on a total wind pressure holding interface displayed on an HMI, the user can trigger the total wind pressure holding end request by clicking an "end" button on the total wind pressure holding interface, so that the HMI sends the total wind pressure holding end request to the control unit, and the control unit controls the motor train unit to end the total wind pressure holding test.
In some cases, when the control unit includes a CCU and a BCU, then S6 may specifically be: the HMI sends the total wind pressure maintaining end request to the CCU, and the CCU forwards the total wind pressure maintaining end request to the BCU. Therefore, after the user triggers the total air pressure maintaining end request on the HMI, the HMI may send the total air pressure maintaining end request to the CCU, and the CCU forwards the total air pressure maintaining end request to the BCU, so that both the CCU and the BCU can receive the total air pressure maintaining end request triggered by the user.
S8: and the control unit controls the starting of wind equipment on the motor train unit.
It should be noted that the process of controlling the wind power plant on the motor train unit to start by the control unit is similar to the process of controlling the wind power plant on the motor train unit to stop by the control unit described in the above S2, please refer to the above.
Based on the above-mentioned related contents of S7 and S8, after the control unit sends the total wind pressure maintaining detection result to the HMI for display, the user can see the test result of the total wind pressure maintaining test (i.e., the total wind pressure maintaining detection result) of the motor train unit on the total wind pressure maintaining interface displayed on the HMI. Then, a user can trigger a total wind pressure maintaining end request on the HMI, the HMI sends the total wind pressure maintaining end request to the control unit so that the control unit controls the motor train unit to end the total wind pressure maintaining test, and the control unit controls the wind equipment on the motor train unit to start so as to enable the wind equipment on the motor train unit to recover to operate.
Based on the related content of the method for detecting the total wind pressure of the motor train unit introduced above, in the method for detecting the total wind pressure of the motor train unit provided by the embodiment of the application, after receiving a total wind pressure detection request triggered by a user on a human-computer interaction interface HMI, a control unit firstly controls a wind utilization device on the motor train unit to stop running, and then controls an air compressor of the motor train unit to start blowing, so that the control unit controls the air compressor to stop blowing when the total wind pressure of the motor train unit reaches a preset pressure threshold value, determines a total wind pressure actual value according to a total wind pressure value of the motor train unit in a second time period after the air compressor stops blowing for a first time period, and determines a total wind pressure detection result according to the total wind pressure actual value and the total wind pressure standard value, so that the control unit sends the total wind pressure detection result to the HMI for displaying.
The total wind pressure maintaining actual value can accurately represent the total wind pressure maintaining information of the motor train unit in the second time, so that the total wind pressure maintaining detection result is determined more accurately based on the total wind pressure maintaining actual value and the total wind pressure maintaining standard value. Still can carry out total wind pressurize to the EMUs because of the control unit that this application embodiment provided automatically and detect, need not artifical definite process of participating in the testing result of total wind pressurize, so can avoid artifical bad influence that leads to of the testing result who confirms total wind pressurize to can improve the accuracy of the testing result of total wind pressurize effectively.
It can be seen that, compared with the manual total wind pressure maintaining detection process provided by the technical staff of the motor train unit in the background art, the total wind pressure maintaining detection process provided by the embodiment of the application has the following advantages: 1) the operation is simple, great convenience is brought to a driver and a tester for operation, and manual operations such as manual timing, manual cutting wind equipment, manual pressure change observation, manual test result recording and the like are not needed; 2) the test result is diagnosed by the BCU, the test result is accurate in diagnosis, and the reliability is high: 3) the test result is uploaded to the HMI to be displayed, so that the test personnel can conveniently observe and record, and the test result can be inquired and has traceability.
