Technical Field
The invention relates to a PLC (programmable logic controller) testing technology, in particular to a programmable logic controller input/output port testing device and a method.
Background
A PLC (programmable logic controller) has been widely used in the field of industrial control, and whether a problem exists in a PLC input/output port (IO) is a concern of many factories, whether an input pin can correctly read a high/low level, whether an output pin can be normally switched on/off, and whether a PLC product is qualified. The current common test method is that a digital quantity input (DI) pin is connected with a switch to a power supply, a digital quantity output (DO) pin is connected with an indicator light, the level of the corresponding DI pin is read through a test program, and then the level is mapped to the DO pin, so that the corresponding indicator light can be turned on or off by turning the switch on or off, and whether the DI pin and the DO pin are normal or not is verified.
