Background
After the writing tool finishes writing, the drying time of the stitches is always clearly required in the relevant standards of the writing tool, and the user experience in practical application is greatly influenced. The measurement method for the drying time in the industry standard is simpler and is close to qualitative measurement, namely a wider standard is given to meet the minimum requirement as the qualified standard of drying performance. In recent years, with the gradual popularization and application of the writing tools in the series of 'quick drying', the requirement of a user on the stitch drying time of the writing tools is gradually increased, and the requirement of the user cannot be met only by performing the drying time test according to the standard.

It can be seen from the table that under the set conditions, automatic testing was performed for 5 times, no traces remained on the cover paper, and the traces were judged to be completely dry after 20 seconds.
The group of tests refer to the test conditions and methods in a 7.4 dryness test in the national standard GB/T37853-2019 neutral ink ball-point pen and refill of the neutral ball-point pen. The test mode is full-automatic test, and the test result is consistent with the test example I (manual test), which proves that the equipment can perform the dryness test according to the national standard.
