Abstract
The invention discloses a drilling and anchoring integrated hollow anchor rod and an anchoring method, wherein the drilling and anchoring integrated hollow anchor rod comprises a drill bit, a hollow anchor rod, a supporting plate, a locking nut and a water channel hole; one end of the hollow anchor rod is connected with the drill bit, and the other end of the hollow anchor rod is provided with a supporting plate through a locking nut; the hollow anchor rod is internally provided with a water channel hole penetrating through the hollow anchor rod in the extending direction; the drill bit and the hollow anchor rod are connected into a whole, the disposable hollow anchor rod is endowed with the function of a drill rod, the one-time dismantling of the drill rod on the anchor rod machine and the one-time installation of the anchor rod on the anchor rod machine are omitted, and the function of drilling and anchoring into a whole is realized; the tail end of the hollow anchor rod is provided with a water channel hole and communicated with the hollow anchor rod, and when the hollow anchor rod is anchored, the stored anchoring agents in various forms such as self-expansion anchoring agents, compression anchoring agents and the like are pumped into a drilled hole through the water channel hole, so that full-automatic anchoring is realized.

Technical Field

Background
At present, the tunnel engineering and mine roadway engineering quantity in China is large, millions of workers are engaged in rock mass and coal body supporting, the working environment is very severe, the labor intensity is high, and the accident rate is high. The conventional anchoring operation completes one anchoring process as follows:
(1) installing a special drill rod on the drilling machine for drilling, and withdrawing and removing the drill rod after drilling;

By the above, the existing technology of drilling and anchoring separation needs a special drill rod to complete drilling, and after the drill rod is dismantled, the drill rod is replaced by an anchor rod for anchoring, so that the process has the following defects:
1. the drill rod and the anchor rod are used separately, the process is complicated, multiple persons are required to complete the process in a matching way, and the efficiency is lower;
2. the anchor rod has low precision and single function, can not realize automatic operation, and is easy to have faults and accidents;
3. the material of stock is single, can not satisfy the supporting work to the rock mass of different hardness, the different degree of depth.

According to the drilling and anchoring integrated hollow anchor rod and the anchoring and grouting method, two processes are reduced in one traditional anchoring cycle, the working time is saved, the labor force is reduced, the working efficiency is improved, and the use is simpler and more convenient; along with the continuous improvement of the automation level of the anchoring equipment for installing the anchor rod and the gradual innovation of the anchoring agent material, the development of the hollow anchor rod integrating drilling and anchoring is more favorable for realizing the automatic and unmanned anchoring operation, is favorable for promoting the progress of the automatic operation and control of the anchoring industries such as rock mass, coal mass and the like, and has wide market application prospect.
As a preferable technical solution of the present invention, the hollow anchor rod has an external shape of any one of a hexagonal shape, a cylindrical shape with concave grains, a threaded shape, and a corrugated shape.
As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the hollow anchor rod is in threaded connection with the drill bit.
As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the hollow anchor rod is connected with the drill bit in a welding or one-step forming mode.
As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the hollow anchor rod is made of any one of steel, glass fiber reinforced plastic and carbon fiber.

3. the stock material is diversified, can adapt to the timbering work of the rock mass of different hardness, the different degree of depth.
