Hereinafter, a specific embodiment of the refrigerator 200 of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 5.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the refrigerator 200 includes a cabinet 201, and an upper door 202 and a lower door 203 pivotally coupled to the cabinet 201. For convenience of explanation, the height direction, width direction, and thickness direction of the refrigerator 200 are defined. Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the upper door 202 is fixed to the case 201 by a top-mounted upper hinge 204. The upper hinge 204 includes an upper fixing plate 2041 horizontally disposed and fixed on the top of the upper door 202, and a positioning column 2042 protruding downward from the upper fixing plate 2041, a first fixing hole 2021 for accommodating the positioning column 2042 is concavely disposed on the top of the upper door 202, and the positioning column 2042 is a hollow tubular structure penetrating up and down.
The lower door 203 is fixed to the case 201 by a bottom-provided lower hinge 205. The lower hinge 205 includes a lower fixing plate 2051 and a positioning shaft 2052 protruding upward from the lower fixing plate 2051. The lower fixing plate 2051 has a shaft hole 2053 formed in an upper surface thereof for accommodating the positioning shaft 2052. The lower fixing plate 2051 also has a mounting plate 2054 that extends vertically and is fixed to the bottom front surface of the cabinet 201. The bottom of the lower door 203 is concavely provided with a second fixing hole 2031 for accommodating the positioning shaft 2052.
The hinge assembly 100 is a middle hinge structure and is installed at a position of the case 201 corresponding to between the upper door 202 and the lower door 203. The hinge assembly 100 includes a hinge plate 1 fixed to the case 201, a first protruding portion 2 and a second protruding portion 3 protruding from upper and lower sides of the hinge plate 1, a movable shaft 4 nested with the second protruding portion 3, and an elastic member 5 cooperating with the movable shaft 4, wherein the second protruding portion 3 has a positioning hole 31 for accommodating the movable shaft 4, and the elastic member 5 is disposed at an end of the movable shaft 4 away from the positioning hole 31.
The hinge plate 1 is horizontally disposed and has a mounting portion 11 extending vertically and fixed to the case 201. The first protrusion 2 and the second protrusion 3 are integrally formed with the hinge plate 1.
In the present invention, the case 201 includes a refrigerating compartment at an upper portion and a freezing compartment at a lower portion, so that the upper door 202 is a refrigerating door corresponding to the refrigerating compartment, and the lower door 203 is a freezing door corresponding to the freezing compartment. Typically, several drawer seats are provided in the freezer compartment to store food, so that the opening of the refrigerator compartment is smaller than that of the freezer compartment, which needs to be provided larger to increase the drawer width, thereby increasing the internal storage space. Therefore, the first protruding portion 2 is offset from the central axis of the positioning hole 31 and is not on the same line. The case 201 has a front wall 2011 facing the upper door 202 and the lower door 203, a side wall 2012 located at a pivoting side, and a side edge 2013 formed by the intersection of the front wall 2011 and the side wall 2012, and in the width direction, a distance between a central axis of the first protrusion 2 and the side wall 2012 is smaller than a distance between a central axis of the positioning hole 31 and the side wall 2012, so that an opening angle of the lower door 203 is larger, and a drawer width size of the freezing chamber can be maximized under the condition that an opening size of the freezing chamber is ensured to be larger, so that a space of the refrigerator 200 is more reasonably used.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the central axes of the first protruding portion 2 and the positioning hole 31 may be coplanar with the side edges 2013, or the central axes of the first protruding portion 2 and the positioning hole 31 may be coplanar in the width direction, so that the effect of a larger opening angle of the lower door 203 may be achieved. Within this range, the first protruding portion 2 and the central axis of the positioning hole 31 may be positioned relative to each other.
The lower surface of the upper door 202 is concavely provided with a first mounting hole 2022, and the hinge assembly 100 further includes a first shaft sleeve 6 received in the first mounting hole 2022 to cooperate with the upper hinge 204 to drive the upper door 202 to rotate. The first shaft sleeve 6 is sleeved on the first protruding part 2.
The upper surface of the lower door 203 is concavely provided with a second mounting hole 2032, the hinge assembly 100 further includes a second sleeve 7 received in the second mounting hole 2032 to cooperate with the lower hinge 205 to drive the lower door 203 to rotate, the second sleeve 7 is sleeved at one end of the movable shaft 4, and the elastic member 5 is disposed in the second sleeve, so that two ends of the elastic member 5 respectively abut against the inner walls of the movable shaft 4 and the second sleeve 7.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the elastic member 5 is a spring, and one end of the spring may be sleeved on the movable shaft 4 or directly contact with the movable shaft 4. The movable shaft 4 and the elastic member 5 are substantially disposed to facilitate the disassembly and assembly of the upper door body 202 and the lower door body 203.
In the installation process of the upper door body 202 and the lower door body 203, the upper hinge 204 is installed at the top of the upper door body 202, the hinge plate 1 is installed at the bottom of the upper door body 202, the first shaft sleeve 6 is installed in the first installation hole 2022 of the upper door body 202, and the first protruding part 2 is accommodated in the first shaft sleeve 6, so that the first protruding part and the first shaft sleeve are installed in the upper door body 202 together; an upper door 202 is mounted on the case 201, and an upper hinge 204 and a hinge plate 1 are fixed on the case 201; the lower hinge 205 is installed in the second fixing hole 2031 at the bottom of the lower door 203; the second shaft sleeve 7 is installed in the second installation hole 2032 of the lower door body 203, and the movable shaft 4 and the elastic piece 5 are installed in the second shaft sleeve 7; pressing the movable shaft 4 to compress the elastic member 5 so as to press the movable shaft 4 into the second sleeve 7 of the lower door body 203 and place the lower door body 203 at a position corresponding to the box 201; the movable shaft 4 is loosened, and the movable shaft 4 is reset under the drive of the elastic piece 5 and is inserted into the positioning hole 31 of the second protruding part 3.
