The first positioning portion 214 is a positioning groove recessed relative to the end surface of the door body 200, the opening 211 is formed in the bottom wall of the first positioning portion 214, and the cover 230 is connected to the wall surface extending toward the inner side of the door body 200 along the edge of the first positioning portion 214, so as to ensure that the space of the groove structure formed by the first inserting portion 210 and the cover 230 is sufficient, so that the limiting portion 112 can move therein.
Under the condition that the door body of this embodiment is applied to refrigeration plant such as refrigerator, refrigerator-freezer, refrigeration plant's door body need have the heat preservation function, need reserve the space of foaming in the door body, need guarantee the closure in foaming space. In this embodiment, the cavity 220 formed by the door body 200 can be used as a foaming space, and the opening 211 of the first inserting portion 210 is closed by the cover 230, so as to ensure the sealing performance of the foaming space and prevent the position of the opening 211 from affecting the foaming effect.
It should be noted that, when the second inserting portion is disposed on the door body (not shown), the first inserting portion is disposed on the panel, the panel does not need to be foamed, and whether to dispose the cover plate can be selected according to the requirement.
It can be understood that, referring to fig. 5 to 8 and 13, the first inserting portion 210 and the cover 230 are respectively provided with one of the first clamping portion 231 and the second clamping portion 215 which are matched with each other. The first inserting portion 210 and the cover 230 are fixed in a clamped manner, so that the connection mode is simple and the assembly and disassembly are convenient.
Referring to fig. 8 and 13, the first engaging portion 231 and the second engaging portion 215 are formed in a matched block structure, the first inserting portion 210 is formed with the second engaging portion 215 of the block structure, the cover 230 is formed with the first engaging portion 231 matched with the second engaging portion 215, and the second engaging portion 215 is engaged with the first engaging portion 231.
Of course, the first inserting-connecting part 210 and the cover 230 may also be fixed by other means, such as fastening, screwing, or adhering, which may be selected according to actual needs.
In the above embodiments, the first inserting-connecting part 210 may be integrally formed with the door body 200, or the first inserting-connecting part 210 is an independent component connected to the door body 200, and the first inserting-connecting part 210 and the door body 200 may be mounted in a manner of clamping, bonding, or connecting by a fastener. Similarly, the second socket 110 may be integrally formed with the panel 100 or a separate component connected to the panel 100, and the second socket 110 and the panel 100 may be mounted by clamping, bonding, or fastening.
It will be appreciated that, with reference to fig. 1, 2, 4, 5 and 9, the locking assembly 300 is connected to the panel 100, and the panel 100 and the door body 200 are retained by the locking assembly 300 in a direction from the second open section 2112 toward the first open section 2111. Locking assembly 300 cooperates first grafting portion 210 and second grafting portion 110, and it is spacing around second grafting portion 110, about and from top to bottom to guarantee that panel 100 fixes on door body 200, avoid panel 100 to remove or rock for door body 200, guarantee the structural stability of the door body.
Wherein the locking assembly 300 locks and fixes the panel 100 and the door body 200 at least in the direction from the second opening section 2112 to the first opening section 2111.
It will be appreciated that the first open section 2111 is positioned above the second open section 2112 and the latch assembly 300 is positioned at the top of the panel 100. The first opening section 2111 is located above the second opening section 2112, after the second inserting-connecting portion 110 is inserted into the first inserting-connecting portion 210, the panel 100 is pushed downward, the connecting portion 111 is limited at the second opening section 2112, and fixing of the panel 100 is achieved, at this time, the second wall surface 213 of the second opening section 2112 plays a supporting role at the bottom of the second inserting-connecting portion 110, and therefore installation stability of the panel 100 is guaranteed. The locking assembly 300 is installed on the top of the panel 100, that is, on the top of the door body, the top position of the door body is not easy to be observed, and the appearance of the door body is not affected. The locking assembly 300 restricts upward movement of the panel 100, further limiting the panel 100.
The locking assembly 300 can be fastened, adhered, screwed, or magnetically attracted to the panel 100 and the door body 200.
It will be appreciated that the locking assembly 300 includes a connector 310 connected to the panel 100, the door body 200 includes a first end cap 250 at the top, and the connector 310 is connected to the first end cap 250 by a fastener 320. The connection member 310 is supported by the first end cap 250 to function as a support panel 100 of the door body 200.
Referring to fig. 1, 2, 4, 5 and 9, the locking assembly 300 includes a connecting member 310 and a fastening member 320, the connecting member 310 includes a first plate and a second plate bent relative to the first plate, the first plate is fixedly connected to the inner side of the panel 100, after the first inserting portion 210 is inserted and fixed with the second inserting portion 110, the second plate is located above the door body 200, and the second plate is fixedly connected to the first end cap 250 at the top of the door body 200 through the fastening member 320, so that the installation manner of the locking assembly 300 is simple and the panel 100 can be stably fixed.
Of course, the first opening section 2111 and the second opening section 2112 can also be distributed left and right, and in this case, the locking assembly 300 can be disposed on the left side or the right side of the panel 100, and can be selected according to the requirement. The locking assembly 300 may also be disposed on the top of the panel 100 with the first open section 2111 and the second open section 2112 being spaced side-to-side.
It is understood that, referring to fig. 2, 4 and 9, the door body 200 includes a first end cap 250 at the top, the first end cap 250 is configured with a recess 251, the recess 251 defining a groove 252 opened upward, and the link 310 is configured with a guide portion overlapping the recess 251, the guide portion being configured with a guide surface 311 inclined toward the groove 252. The guide surface 311 guides the condensed water on the surface of the locking assembly 300 into the groove 252, so that the condensed water is prevented from flowing between the panel 100 and the door body 200, and the inside of the door body is clean and tidy.
In this embodiment, the locking assembly 300 is located at the top of the door body so that the groove 252 receives the condensed water at the top of the door body. When the door body is installed at refrigeration plant, if refrigeration plant leaks cold, refrigeration plant's top produces the condensate water easily, and recess 252 is used for accepting the condensate water at door body top, and the condensate water can be stored and evaporated in recess 252, perhaps the condensate water is discharged from recess 252 drainage, avoids the condensate water to influence the outward appearance of the door body.
The recessed portion 251 has a guide surface 2511, the guide surface 2511 abuts the guide surface 311, and both the guide surface 2511 and the guide surface 311 are inclined surfaces to urge condensate to fall into the recessed groove 252. The guide surface 2511 and the guide surface 311 may be the same in slope and the same plane, or the guide surface 2511 and the guide surface 311 may be different in slope.
It can be understood that a first magnetic member and a second magnetic member (not shown in the figures) suitable for attracting each other are further arranged between the panel and the door body, and the panel and the door body are fixed by magnetic attraction.
The first magnetic part can be connected to the first inserting part, and the second magnetic part can be connected to the second inserting part. Under the condition that the second inserting part is limited to the first inserting part, the first magnetic part and the second magnetic part are attracted to each other, the first inserting part and the second inserting part are attracted to strengthen the limit, the connection stability of the first inserting part and the second inserting part is ensured, and the connection stability of the panel and the door body is further ensured.
At least one of the first magnetic part and the second magnetic part is a permanent magnet or an electromagnet, and the other one of the first magnetic part and the second magnetic part can be a permanent magnet, an electromagnet or iron. The materials of the first magnetic part and the second magnetic part can be selected according to requirements. When the second grafting portion includes connecting portion and spacing portion, the second magnetic part can be integrated in at least one of connecting portion and spacing portion, and first magnetic part can set up the second wall at second opening section, and the grafting of second grafting portion targets in place, then first magnetic part and the automatic magnetism of second magnetic part are inhaled fixedly, and is easy and simple to handle, can also guarantee the stability of being connected of panel AND gate body.
It can be understood that, referring to fig. 4 and fig. 10 to 13, the door body 200 includes a first door core 240, a first end cap 250 and a second end cap 260, two ends of the first door core 240 are respectively clamped to the first end cap 250 and the second end cap 260, the clamping manner is simple and convenient to mount and disassemble, and the first door core 240 and the second end cap 260 are rotatably clamped to facilitate positioning of the first door core 240.
The first end cover 250 is located on the upper portion of the door body, the second end cover 260 is located on the lower portion of the door body, the lower end of the first door liner 240 is rotatably clamped with the second end cover 260 through the fourth clamping portion 242, and then the first door liner 240 is clamped with the first end cover 250 through the third clamping portion 241, so that the first door liner 240 is positioned and fixed. The fourth clamping portion 242 limits the slot, the protrusion of the second end cap 260 is inserted into the fourth clamping portion 242, the protrusion can rotate relative to the fourth clamping portion 242, and the pushing panel 100 can clamp the panel 100 and the second end cap 260.
The two sides of the door body 200 are further respectively provided with a first side cover 270 and a second side cover 280, the front side and the rear side of the door body 200 are respectively provided with a first door liner 240 and a second door liner 290, the left side and the right side of the first door liner 240 and the second door liner 290 are respectively connected with the second side cover 280 through the first side cover 270, the upper end and the lower end of the first door liner 240 and the upper end and the lower end of the second door liner 290 are respectively connected with the first end cover 250 and the second end cover 260, and the first door liner 240, the second door liner 290, the first side cover 270, the second side cover 280, the first end cover 250, the second end cover 260 and the cover body 230 in the above embodiments limit the cavity 220 which can be used for foaming.
In another embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1 to 13, a household appliance is provided, which includes a cabinet and a door body in one or more embodiments described above, wherein the door body is pivotably connected to the cabinet. The door body has all the advantages of the embodiment, and the household appliance with the door body also has the advantages, which can be specifically referred to the above contents and will not be described herein again.
The household appliances can be refrigerators, freezers, water dispensers, microwave ovens, dish washers and other appliances with door bodies, of course, the types of the household appliances are not limited to the foregoing types, and other appliances with door bodies can be installed on the door bodies in the embodiments.

1. A door body, comprising:
the panel and the door body are respectively provided with a first inserting part and one of second inserting parts suitable for being inserted into the first inserting part;
the first inserting part is provided with an opening, the opening comprises a first opening section and a second opening section communicated with the first opening section, and the second inserting part is suitable for extending into the opening through the first opening section and is limited on the wall surface of the second opening section.
2. The door body according to claim 1, wherein the second inserting portion includes a connecting portion and a limiting portion located at a free end of the connecting portion, a longitudinal sectional area of the limiting portion is smaller than a longitudinal sectional area of the first opening section, the longitudinal sectional area of the limiting portion is larger than a longitudinal sectional area of the second opening section, and the connecting portion abuts against and limits a wall surface of the second opening section.
3. The door body according to claim 2, wherein the first opening section has a contour shape adapted to the stopper section, and the second opening section has a contour shape adapted to the connecting section;
or, the opening is gradually reduced along the direction from the first opening section to the second opening section.
4. The door body according to claim 2, wherein the connecting portion is of a rod structure, the limiting portion is of a disc-shaped structure, the first opening section and the second opening section are both in a segment shape, and the diameter of the first opening section is larger than that of the second opening section.
5. The door body of claim 1, wherein the first and second mating portions are each configured with one of a mating first and second locating portion.
6. The door body according to claim 1, wherein the door body is configured with the first insertion portion, the door body defines a cavity, the first insertion portion is connected to a cover for closing the cavity, the cover is disposed on a side of the first insertion portion away from the panel, and the first insertion portion and the cover define a groove structure.
7. The door body according to claim 6, wherein the first inserting portion and the cover body are respectively provided with one of a first clamping portion and a second clamping portion which are matched with each other.
8. The door body according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the panel is connected with a locking assembly, and the panel and the door body are limited by the locking assembly along the direction from the second opening section to the first opening section.
9. The door body of claim 8, wherein said first open section is positioned above said second open section and said latch assembly is positioned on top of said panel.
10. The door body of claim 8, wherein the latch assembly includes a connector attached to the panel, and the door body includes a first end cap at the top, the connector being attached to the first end cap by a fastener.
11. The door body of claim 10, wherein the door body includes a first end cap at the top, the first end cap being configured with a recess defining an upwardly opening groove, the connector being configured with a guide portion overlapping the recess, the guide portion being configured with a guide surface inclined toward the groove.
12. The door body according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the panel is connected with a first magnetic member, and the door body is connected with a second magnetic member adapted to be attracted to the first magnetic member.
13. The door body according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the door body comprises a first door liner, a first end cover and a second end cover, two ends of the first door liner are respectively clamped with the first end cover and the second end cover, and the first door liner and the second end cover are rotatably clamped.
14. A household appliance comprising a cabinet body and a door body according to any one of claims 1 to 13, the door body being pivotably connected to the cabinet body.
