The width of the flat area around the partial protrusion of the second panel 13 is the same as the difference between the widths of the first frame body 141 and the second frame body 142 of the first assembly frame 14, so that the flat area around the partial protrusion of the second panel 13 is flush with the outer surface of the first frame body 141 of the first assembly frame 14 when the second panel 13 is attached to the first assembly frame 14.

The second door body structure 200 is provided with third shaft holes (not shown) at upper and lower sides thereof, and is pivotally connected to the refrigerator through a hinge structure 300. The second door body structure 200 is pivotally connected to the lower portion of the refrigerator through a third shaft hole formed at the lower side thereof in cooperation with the hinge structure 300.
In a preferred embodiment, the upper and lower sides of the first assembly frame 14 of the first door structure 100 are provided with protrusions 143, the protrusions 143 are provided with fourth axle holes (not shown) corresponding to the third axle holes on the upper and lower sides of the second door structure 200, respectively, and the first door structure 100 and the second door structure 200 are pivotally connected to the upper and lower portions of the refrigerator through the hinge structure 300.
When the refrigerator door is closed, the area of the second panel 13 of the first door structure 100 where the foamed layer is disposed in the inner contour of the second door structure 200, that is, the foamed layer of the second panel 13 extends into the frame of the second door structure 200. Further, the outer contour of the area where the second panel 13 is configured with the foam layer is matched with the inner contour of the second door structure 200, so that the space for placing the foam layer in the local protrusion of the second panel 13 is large enough, the heat insulation performance of the first door structure 100 is improved, and the appearance is attractive.
An auxiliary frame 23 is disposed on the other side of the second door structure 200 opposite to the first door structure 100, a foam layer (not shown) for heat preservation is further disposed in the auxiliary frame 23, and the foam layer in the second door structure 200 and the foam layer in the first door structure 100 together form a heat preservation structure of the refrigerator door.
The inner wall of the second door structure 200 is further configured with a rack mounting structure for mounting a rack to provide a storage space. In a preferred embodiment, the two sides of the inner wall of the auxiliary frame 23 of the second door body structure 200 are respectively provided with a protruding strip facing up and down, and the shelf provided with the first engaging groove engaged with the protruding strip is engaged with the protruding strip, so as to complete the installation of the shelf. The first door body structure 100 is opened, articles placed in the shelf on the second door body structure 200 can be taken, the second door body structure 100 does not need to be opened at the same time, the weight of the door body opened when the articles in the shelf are taken is reduced, the burden of the hinge structure is reduced, and the service life of the refrigerator door hinge structure is prolonged.
In a preferred embodiment, the shelf includes a bottom plate and a cover body rotatably connected to the bottom plate, two sides of the bottom plate protrude from the cover body, two sides of the inner wall of the auxiliary frame 23 of the second door structure 200 are provided with second slots matched with two sides of the bottom plate, the second slots are open at two sides and closed at the other two sides, and the bottom plate of the shelf is clamped into the second slots to abut against the closed ends of the slots, thereby completing the installation of the shelf. When the food is stored, the cover body is firstly opened, and after the food is put in or taken out, the cover body is put down to form a closed space between the cover body and the bottom plate, so that the stored food cannot be tainted with each other.
In a preferred embodiment, the shelf is mounted on the outer surface of the second panel 13, when the first door structure 100 and the second door structure 200 together form a sealing structure of the refrigerator door, the shelf extends into the second door structure 200, and the shelf on the outer surface of the second panel 13 is inserted between the inner walls of the second door structure 200, so that the movement of the first door structure 100 relative to the second door structure 100 is not hindered.
The second door structure 200 further includes a latch structure for unlocking or locking the first door structure 100. In a preferred embodiment, a fourth groove (not shown) is disposed on the notch 21 on the outer frame of the second door body structure 200, a spring (not shown) and a lock pin (not shown) having one end disposed in the spring are disposed in the fourth groove, a fifth groove (not shown) corresponding to the fourth groove is disposed on the projection 143 of the first door body structure 100, and a push rod (not shown) is movably disposed in the fifth groove. When the first door body structure 100 and the second door body structure 200 together form a closed structure of the refrigerator door, the lock pin extends into the fifth groove, the connecting rod is jacked up by the lock pin and partially protrudes out of the outer surface of the bump 143 to lock the first door body structure 100 and the second door body structure 200, and at the moment, the second door body structure 200 and the first door body structure 100 can only move relative to the refrigerator body together. When the first door body structure 100 needs to move relative to the second door body structure 200, the connecting rod is pressed to eject the lock pin out of the fifth groove. So that the first door structure 100 can be opened alone or the first door structure 100 and the second door structure 200 can be opened together according to the selection.
The peripheral side of the second door body structure 200 covers the peripheral side of the first door body structure 100, and at least three side edges of the peripheral side of the second door body structure 200 are flush with corresponding side edges of the peripheral side of the first door body structure 100, so that at least three side edges of the refrigerator door are kept consistent when the refrigerator is closed, and the structure of the refrigerator door is neat and attractive.
The second door body structure 200 further comprises a second door seal 22 close to the refrigerator side, the second door seal 22 is arranged on the periphery side of the auxiliary frame body 23, and the second door seal 22 is used for sealing the second door body structure 200 and the refrigerator body, so that the heat insulation performance of the refrigerator door is improved.
Example 3
The present invention also provides a refrigerator including: refrigerator cabinets and refrigerator doors for enclosing refrigerator cabinets. The upper side and the lower side of a refrigerator door for sealing the refrigerator body are pivoted to the upper part and the lower part of the refrigerator body through hinge structures. When the door body structure is used, the first door body structure 100 can be independently opened, or the first door body structure 100 and the second door body structure 200 can be opened simultaneously, so that the use function is optimized. In addition, when the display screen assembly 11 in the first door body structure 100 breaks down, only the first door body structure 100 needs to be opened, and the second panel 13 and the display screen assembly 11 are sequentially detached, so that the detachment is convenient, and the maintenance cost of the display screen assembly 11 is low.

s2, pivotally connecting the first door body structure 100 and the second door body structure 200 through a hinge structure to obtain the refrigerator door provided by the invention;
and S3, pivotally connecting the refrigerator door to the refrigerator body through a hinge structure to obtain the refrigerator provided by the invention.
According to the refrigerator provided by the invention, when the display screen assembly 11 breaks down, the method for disassembling the display screen assembly 11 is as follows:
s1, opening the first door structure 100 alone, removing the first door seal 15, and exposing the assembly of the second panel 13 and the first assembly frame 14;
s2, detaching the second panel 13 from the first assembly frame 14 by releasing the snap-fit or fastener assembly;
s3, detaching the display screen assembly 11 from the first assembly frame 14 by disengaging the snap assembly or the fastener assembly, namely completing the detachment of the display screen assembly 11; the quick maintenance of being convenient for reduces the maintenance cost simultaneously, is favorable to other door body structures to reuse, promotes whole life.
It should be understood that the descriptions of "first", "second", "third", etc. in the above embodiments are merely used for distinguishing the names for describing the same or similar structures or components, and are not limited in any order, size, appearance order, etc.
