At this time, the bottom of the latch 23 may abut against the top surface 2211 of the fixing plate, so as to achieve a good up-down limiting effect on the fixing plate 221. When the latch 23 is pulled out of the first mounting hole 214 and the second mounting hole 215, the hinge 22 can be detached from the mounting plate 21.
In summary, the refrigerator 10 provided by the utility model realizes the limit of the hinge 22 in the up-down direction through the latch 23, and when the hinge 22 needs to be removed, the hinge 22 can be conveniently removed by removing the latch 23. Therefore, the hinge 22 can be simply and quickly disassembled, so that the door body 12 can be simply and quickly disassembled.
With continued reference to fig. 9, in some embodiments, the latch 23 includes a rod portion 231 and a bent portion 232, and the rod portion 231 may extend in a straight line, where the rod portion 231 is configured to pass through the first mounting hole 214 and the second mounting hole 215. The bending portion 232 is formed by reversely bending and extending one end of the rod portion 231 toward the other end, and the bending portion 232 is formed in a bent shape. The bending portion 232 and the rod portion 231 are spaced apart to form an engaging groove 233, and at least a portion of the bending portion 232 and the rod portion 231 may be spaced apart to form the engaging groove 233, where the engaging groove 233 is used to engage with an engaging portion between the outer sidewall of the first fixing portion 212 and the first mounting hole 214.
It should be understood that the engaging portion is a portion between the inner wall of the first mounting hole 214 and the outer side wall of the first fixing portion 212, and the engaging groove 233 is also engaged to the engaging portion after the lever portion 231 passes through the first mounting hole 214 and the second mounting hole 215, respectively. The latch 23 is fixed on the first fixing portion 212 by the engaging portion being engaged with the engaging groove 233, so that the latch 23 is not easy to fall. Further, since the plug 23 is fixed to the first fixing portion 212 by the engagement, the plug 23 can be easily removed.
To achieve a good engagement effect of the engagement groove 233, in some embodiments, the width of the top opening of the engagement groove 233 is smaller than the width of the inside of the engagement groove 233. It should be understood that the width of the opening at the top of the engaging groove 233 is the distance between the top of the engaging groove 233 and the lever 231, and the width of the inside of the engaging groove 233 is the distance between the inner wall of the engaging groove 233 and the lever 231. When the engagement groove 233 is engaged with the engagement portion, the top opening of the engagement groove 233 may hinder the movement of the engagement portion due to the smaller width of the top opening of the engagement groove 233, so as to limit the lever 231 in the length direction thereof, such that the lever 231 cannot be displaced or can be displaced only slightly in the length direction thereof.
With continued reference to fig. 9, in some embodiments, the engaging portion includes a connecting portion 2321 and an arc portion 2322, where the connecting portion 2321 connects one end of the rod portion 231 and one end of the arc portion 2322 respectively, and the arc portion 2322 is disposed at an interval relative to the rod portion 231. The connection portion 2321 may be partially disposed perpendicular to the stem 231, such that the arc portion 2322 is disposed opposite the stem 231 at a spacing. In order to ensure structural stability, the connection portion 2321 and the arc portion 2322 may be integrally formed.
At this time, the arc-shaped outer side of the arc-shaped portion 2322 is closer to the lever portion 231 than the arc-shaped inner side thereof, and the arc-shaped outer side is spaced apart from the lever portion 231 to form a top opening. Through the arrangement of the arc-shaped part 2322, the clamping part can be clamped into the clamping groove 233 along the arc-shaped surface relatively easily, so that the plug pin 23 can be pushed and pulled conveniently.
In some embodiments, the distance between the first mounting hole 214 and the outer sidewall of the first portion of the first fixing portion 212 is smaller than the width of the top opening, the distance between the first mounting hole 214 and the outer sidewall of the second portion of the first fixing portion 212 is larger than the diameter of the opening and smaller than the width of the inside of the engagement groove 233, and the first portion meets the second portion. It should be understood that the interval between the inner wall of the first mounting hole 214 of the first fixing portion 212 and the outer sidewall of the first fixing portion 212 may be different, and at this time, the first fixing portion 212 may be divided into a plurality of portions, such as the first portion and the second portion described above, according to the difference in interval between the inner wall of the first mounting hole 214 and the outer sidewall of the first fixing portion 212.
When the first fixing portion 212 is provided with the first portion and the second portion, during the assembly process of the hinge 22, the first portion enters the engaging groove 233 through the top opening of the engaging groove 233, and the latch 23 rotates to enable the second portion to enter the engaging groove 233, so that the second portion limits the rod 231 in the length direction thereof.
Therefore, by the arrangement of the first portion and the second portion, the plug 23 can be clamped into the clamping groove 233 through the first portion, and the second portion can be further clamped into the clamping groove 233 through rotation, so that the limit of the plug 23 is realized through the second portion.
Referring specifically to fig. 7, in some embodiments, the first fixing portion 212 is configured in a plate shape, the first portion is a top of the first fixing portion 212, a distance between the first mounting hole 214 and the top wall 2121 of the first fixing portion is smaller than a width of the top opening, the second portion is a side of the first fixing portion 212, and a distance between the first mounting hole 214 and the side wall 2122 of the first fixing portion is larger than a width of the top opening and smaller than a width of the inside of the engagement groove 233.
In this embodiment, the top of the first fixing portion 212 may be engaged into the engaging groove 233, and then the hinge 22 is rotated, so that the side portion of the first fixing portion 212 is engaged into the engaging groove 233, and the side portion of the first fixing portion 212 performs a limiting function. At this time, the bending portion 232 is not easily rotated further due to engagement with the side portion of the first fixing portion 212.
In the above embodiment, the engaging groove 233 and the engaging portion are engaged by the hinge 22 in a rotating manner, and in other embodiments, the bending portion 232 is elastically disposed, and when the bending portion 232 abuts against the engaging portion, the bending portion 232 elastically deforms, so that the width of the top opening of the engaging groove 233 is increased, and the engaging groove 233 is engaged with the engaging portion. Through setting the kink 232 to elasticity, the bolt 23 need not be through the block of pivoted mode to the block portion that can carry out spacing for the installation and the dismantlement of bolt 23 are more simple and convenient.
Referring to fig. 7, at this time, the top wall 2121 of the first fixing portion may be provided with an arc groove 2123, the engaging portion may be a portion between the arc groove 2123 and the first mounting hole 214, and the bending portion 232 may slide from the inner wall of the arc groove 2123 to implement the engagement, so that the bending portion 232 is finally abutted against the inner wall of the arc groove 2123, and further limiting the bending portion 232 is implemented.
Referring to fig. 7, 8 and 4, in some embodiments, a third fixing portion 218 is disposed on the mounting plate 21, the first fixing portion 212 and the second fixing portion 213 are disposed at one end of the mounting plate 21, and the third fixing portion 218 is disposed at the other end of the mounting plate 21. The third fixing portion 218 is provided with a mounting groove 2181, one end of the fixing plate 221 is provided with a mounting protrusion 2212, and the mounting protrusion 2212 is used for being clamped into the mounting groove 2181 so as to achieve limiting of the fixing plate 221 in the up-down direction.
Wherein, the third fixing portion 218 is disposed protruding with respect to the base plate 216, and the mounting groove 2181 is higher than the mounting surface 217, and the upper end of the mounting protrusion 2212 may be flush with the top surface 2211 of the fixing plate or may be higher than the top surface 2211 of the fixing plate. The mounting groove 2181 and the mounting protrusion 2212 can be arranged in a strip shape, so that a good limiting effect is ensured. In combination with the above, the structure of the mounting groove 2181 and the mounting protrusion 2212 mainly realizes the limitation of the end of the fixing plate 221 away from the hinge portion 222, and the latch 23 mainly realizes the limitation of the end of the fixing plate 221 close to the hinge portion 222.
Fig. 10 is a schematic view of the hinge 22 shown in fig. 8 in another view.
Referring to fig. 5, 8 and 10, in some embodiments, the left and right sides of the mounting protrusion 2212 are respectively provided with a limiting protrusion 2213, and when one end of the mounting protrusion 2212 is snapped into the mounting groove 2181, the limiting protrusion 2213 abuts against a side of the third fixing portion 218 near the first fixing portion 212, so as to limit the fixing plate 221 in the front-rear direction.
