Abstract
The invention discloses a production process of a smooth knitted fabric, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: 1) weaving high-quality long stapled cotton on a circular knitting machine into grey cloth according to a set process; 2) the grey cloth is refined and bleached by adopting a cold pad-batch pretreatment process; 3) placing the finely bleached grey cloth in a neutral enzyme water solution for enzyme washing treatment, and fully washing for 15-30 minutes; 4) dyeing, oiling, scutching and squeezing the enzyme-washed grey cloth in sequence; 5) laying the mangled grey cloth flat, drying the fabric in a dryer until the fabric is completely dried, and then performing circular drying treatment on the fabric; 6) shaping the dried grey cloth, wherein the shaping temperature is controlled to be 120-170 ℃, and the shaping speed is controlled to be 17-23 m/min; 7) the gray fabric is sequentially subjected to glossiness treatment and preshrinking treatment by adopting a conventional technology, and finally the smooth knitted fabric is obtained, and has the advantages of good glossiness and soft and smooth hand feeling.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a production process of a fabric, in particular to a production process of a smooth knitted fabric.
Background
The knitted fabric has good elasticity, soft fabric texture, strong wool feeling, easy washing and quick drying, but poor hygroscopicity, stiff and smooth fabric, easy edge scattering, edge curling and the like. Compared with the characteristics of poor glossiness and insufficient soft and smooth hand feeling of the knitted fabric in the common process, the knitted fabric is not soft and smooth due to hard hand feeling of the fabric due to the simple mercerization and other treatments, and the phenomena of fluffing and pilling are easily generated, so that the related problems of unclear texture on the surface of the fabric are caused. At present, common manufacturers improve the defects of the knitted fabrics by simple processes of mercerization, yarn, auxiliaries, calendering, enzymatic washing and the like, but the gloss and the hand feeling cannot be obtained due to a plurality of effects, and the cost is high.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a production process of a smooth knitted fabric with good glossiness and soft and smooth hand feeling.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: a production process of a smooth knitted fabric comprises the following steps:
(1) weaving 50s-60s high-quality long staple cotton on a circular knitting machine according to a set process to form grey cloth;
(2) the woven grey cloth is refined and bleached by adopting a cold pad-batch pretreatment process, the basic whiteness value of the fabric reaches 70-80, and the dyeing and coloring effects are facilitated, wherein the method is used for a cold pad-batch pretreatment treatment fluid formula of cotton knitted fabrics: 30-50 g/L of cold batch additive and 0-10 g/L of hydrogen peroxide;
(3) placing the finely bleached grey cloth in neutral enzyme water solution with the pH value of 7.0-7.5 at 50-60 ℃ for enzyme washing treatment, fully washing for 15-30 minutes to remove disordered hairiness on the surface and enable the cloth surface to be smooth, wherein the using amount of the neutral enzyme water solution is 5-30 g/L;
(4) dyeing the grey cloth after enzyme washing, passing through 20-50 g/L of soft oil after dyeing of the fabric, scutching, and then passing through rolling water to strongly wash the floating wool of the fabric surface so as to keep the fabric surface of the fabric clean;
(5) laying the mangled grey cloth flat, drying the fabric in a dryer until the fabric is completely dried, and then performing circular drying treatment on the fabric to increase fluffy feeling of the fabric;
(6) shaping the dried grey cloth, wherein the shaping temperature is controlled to be 120-170 ℃, the shaping speed is controlled to be 17-23m/min, the formula of the shaping treatment fluid is that the dosage of a penetrating agent is 0-20g/L, and the dosage of a silicone oil auxiliary agent is 30-100 g/L;
(7) and (3) sequentially carrying out glossiness treatment and preshrinking treatment on the grey cloth by adopting a conventional technology to obtain the smooth knitted fabric.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:
1. the fine bleaching process adopts cold batch treatment, so that the quality of the pretreatment process is enhanced, and the production efficiency is increased; the method is used for improving the whiteness value of the fabric bleached bottom, increasing the dyeing rate of the dye, enabling the fabric to have better coloring effect, achieving deeper color requirements and improving the color of the fabric.
2. The enzyme washing process is adopted, good yarns are treated by high-concentration neutral enzyme, and compared with the common acid enzyme washing process, the effect is small in damage to fabric tissues;
3. the sizing high-concentration auxiliary agent is used for processing, is suitable for independently acting on the fabric in an after-finishing process, and improves the hand feeling of the fabric;
4. the fabric has certain glossiness, the surface gloss and the hand feeling of the fabric are enhanced, the shrinkage rate of the fabric is improved, and the stability of ready-made clothes production is ensured;
in conclusion, the production process of the smooth knitted fabric enables the knitted fabric to have the effect of good glossiness and soft and smooth hand feeling, enables the dyed color to be brighter, enables the common color to be darker, improves the strength and various fastnesses of the fabric, and enables the shrinkage of the fabric and the dimensional stability of ready-made clothes to be better.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to examples.
