Abstract
The invention provides a multifunctional blended fabric, which comprises warps and wefts, wherein the warps comprise 31-42 parts by weight of kapok fibers, 1-2 parts by weight of silver fibers, 10-16 parts by weight of bamboo fibers and 45-53 parts by weight of milk protein fibers, and the wefts comprise 29-33 parts by weight of kapok fibers, 1-2 parts by weight of silver fibers and 66-75 parts by weight of pearl fibers, and compared with the prior art, the multifunctional blended fabric has the following beneficial effects: the warp yarns are woven by mixing anti-radiation silver fibers and bacteriostatic bamboo fibers in hollow kapok fibers as core yarns and wrapping wear-resistant and anti-pilling milk protein fibers outside the hollow kapok fibers, the weft yarns are woven by wrapping pearl fibers with skin care, ultraviolet resistance and other performances outside the hollow kapok fibers and the bacteriostatic bamboo fibers as core yarns, the warp yarns and the weft yarns are woven into grey cloth and are treated by dyeing and dipping with an anti-mite finishing agent, so that the anti-mite finishing agent enters the hollow kapok fibers, and finally, the finished fabric with mite resistance, radiation resistance, wear resistance, bacteriostatic skin care and ultraviolet resistance is woven.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a multifunctional blended fabric, and belongs to the technical field of fabrics.
Background
The pearl fiber has the effects of beautifying and protecting skin of the pearl, and also has the characteristics of moisture absorption, ventilation and comfortable wearing of the viscose fiber. The pearl fiber has uniformly distributed pearl particles on the surface, and has effects of caring skin, clearing pathogenic fire, removing toxic substances, whitening skin, and resisting ultraviolet when contacting skin for a long time. The pearl fiber contains various amino acids and microelements, and has smooth and cool fiber surface and pearl-like luster.
At present, the shell fabric woven by pearl fibers has single function, is not wear-resistant, has poor radiation resistance and poor mite prevention effect, and is difficult to meet the requirements of people on the shell fabric.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a multifunctional blended fabric to solve the problems in the background technology.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: the multifunctional blended fabric comprises warps and wefts, wherein the warps comprise 31-42 parts by weight of kapok fibers, 1-2 parts by weight of silver fibers, 10-16 parts by weight of bamboo fibers and 45-53 parts by weight of milk protein fibers, and the wefts comprise 29-33 parts by weight of kapok fibers, 1-2 parts by weight of silver fibers and 66-75 parts by weight of pearl fibers.
A multifunctional blended fabric is prepared by the following steps:
step 1: using 31-42 parts by weight of kapok fiber, 1-2 parts by weight of silver fiber and 10-16 parts by weight of bamboo fiber as core filaments, using 45-53 parts by weight of milk protein fiber as an outer covering layer, adopting an eddy current spinning process to spin warp yarns, using 29-33 parts by weight of kapok fiber and 1-2 parts by weight of silver fiber as core filaments, using 66-75 parts by weight of pearl fiber as an outer covering layer, and adopting an eddy current spinning process to spin weft yarns;
step 2: weaving the warps and the wefts into grey cloth by adopting a rapier loom;
and step 3: desizing and boiling the grey cloth by adopting a rolling steaming desizing-boiling-bath process;
and 4, step 4: immersing the boiled grey cloth into a dye solution for dyeing, wherein the dye solution is formed by mixing a dye and an accelerating agent, so as to prepare the dyed grey cloth;
and 5: cleaning and drying the dyed grey cloth in the step 4;
step 6: soaking the dyed grey cloth in the step 5 in a mite-proof finishing agent for 5-6 hours at the temperature of 80-90 ℃;
and 7: drying the dyed grey cloth in the step 6, and then carrying out high-temperature setting, wherein the temperature is as follows: 135 ℃ and 150 ℃, time: and (5) 10-15s, and finally obtaining the finished fabric.
Further, in the step 4, the grey cloth is dyed by a padding method, wherein the padding temperature is 80-90 ℃, the padding rate is 70-75%, and the bath ratio is as follows: 1: 30 and the pH value is 6.7-7.3.
Further, the accelerant comprises 2-8 parts by weight of aluminum oxide powder, 10-13 parts by weight of mica powder, 20-30 parts by weight of butyl methacrylate, 20-50 parts by weight of dibutyltin dilaurate, 10-30 parts by weight of azodicarbonamide, 10-40 parts by weight of calcium trichloride, 20-30 parts by weight of acetone, 20-30 parts by weight of potassium hydroxide, 40-50 parts by weight of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 10-20 parts by weight of polyacrylamide, 20-30 parts by weight of polyethylene glycol fatty acid ester, 10-30 parts by weight of sodium lauryl sulfate or sodium dihexyl succinate and 4-10 parts by weight of tributyl phosphate or sodium benzoate.
