An embodiment of the present invention provides a cigarette arranging apparatus 100, and the cigarette arranging apparatus 100 is used for arranging waste cigarettes. The cigarette arranging device 100 includes a feeding device 10, a sorting device 30, a transition conveying device 70, a diversion piece 50 and a collecting device 90, wherein, the cigarettes in the feeding device 10 are conveyed to the sorting device 30 for sorting, the sorted cigarettes enter the transition conveying device 70 through the diversion piece 50, and finally enter the collecting device 90 from the transition conveying device 70. It should be noted that the specific configurations of the feeding device 10 and the collecting device 90 are not the main points of the present invention, and therefore, are not described herein.
With continued reference to fig. 1-3, the sorting device 30 is located at one end of the feeding device 10 in the first direction, and the cigarettes in the feeding device 10 are continuously conveyed to the sorting device 30 in the first direction.
In some embodiments, the sorting device 30 includes a sorting conveyor 32 and a plurality of sorting decks 34 positioned above the sorting conveyor 32.
Specifically, select separately transport mechanism 32 includes that the selection conveyer belt and transmission are connected in the selection drive unit who selects separately the conveyer belt, selects separately the conveyer belt and forms the selection conveying face of horizontal extension in order to support a cigarette, selects separately the drive unit drive and selects separately the conveyer belt and constantly move in order to carry a cigarette.
Every selects separately baffle 34 to be the platelike structure of rectangle, and a plurality of sorting baffles 34 are along second direction interval and equidistance setting, and every selects separately baffle 34 all extends along the first direction, and the length of selecting separately baffle 34 in the first direction is roughly the same with the length of selecting separately the conveyer belt in the first direction. Thus, a sorting channel 36 is formed between two adjacent sorting baffles 34 in communication with the sorting conveying surface, and the diameter of the sorting channel 36 matches the diameter of the cigarettes (i.e., the diameter of the sorting channel 36 may be equal to or slightly larger than the diameter of the cigarettes).
In this manner, a plurality of sorting channels 36 are defined by the sorting partitions 34 in the sorting device 30, the plurality of sorting channels 36 are sequentially arranged along the second direction, and each sorting channel 36 extends along the first direction. A plurality of cigarettes are conveyed in a first direction in the different sorting channels 36 with the central axis of each cigarette extending in the first direction. It is to be understood that the specific configuration of the sorting conveyance mechanism 32 is not limited thereto, and may be set as needed.
The transitional conveyance device 70 is located below the sorting device 30, and in the first direction, the sorting device 30 is located at one side of the transitional conveyance device 70, and in the second direction, the sorting device 30 is located at one end of the transitional conveyance device 70. Preferably, the sorting device 30 is located upstream in the conveying direction of the transition conveyor 70.
In some embodiments, the transition conveyor 70 includes a transition conveyor 72 and a plurality of transition conveyor partitions 74 disposed above the transition conveyor 72.
Specifically, transition transport mechanism 72 includes transition conveyer belt and transmission connection in the transition drive unit of transition conveyer belt, and the transition conveyer belt forms along the transition conveying face of first direction horizontal extension in order to bear the cigarette, and transition drive unit drive transition conveyer belt constantly moves in order to carry the cigarette.
Each transition conveying partition plate 74 is of an elongated structure, the transition conveying partition plates 74 are arranged at intervals and at equal intervals along the first direction, each transition conveying partition plate 74 extends along the second direction, and the length of the transition conveying partition plate 74 in the second direction is approximately the same as the length of the transition conveying surface in the second direction. Therefore, a transition conveying channel 76 communicating with the transition conveying surface is formed between two adjacent transition conveying partitions 74, and the diameter of the transition conveying channel 76 is matched with the diameter of the cigarettes (i.e. the diameter of the transition conveying channel 76 may be equal to or slightly larger than the diameter of the cigarettes).
In this manner, a plurality of transitional conveying passages 76 are defined in the transitional conveying device 70 by the transitional conveying partitions 74, the plurality of transitional conveying passages 76 are arranged in sequence along the first direction, and each transitional conveying passage 76 extends along the second direction. A plurality of cigarettes are conveyed in a second direction in different transitional conveying paths 76, with the central axis of the cigarettes in each transitional conveying path 76 extending in the second direction. It is to be understood that the specific configuration of the transition transfer mechanism 72 is not limited thereto and may be provided as desired.
Specifically, in some embodiments, the shape and mounting angle of the various transition transfer partitions 74 may be set as desired. In one embodiment, the transitional conveying partitions 74 located on two sides of the transitional conveying device 70 in the first direction are higher than the other transitional conveying partitions 74 in the vertical direction and are inclined away from each other, so that the cigarettes can be effectively prevented from falling out of the transitional conveying device 70.
With continued reference to fig. 1-3, to transfer cigarettes from the sorting device 30 to the transitional conveying device 70, the diversion element 50 is disposed between the sorting device 30 and the transitional conveying device 70, and each sorting channel 36 is in communication with one of the transitional conveying channels 76 via the diversion element 50.
Therefore, the diversion piece 50 plays a role in diversion between the sorting device 30 and the transition conveying device 70, cigarettes in any sorting channel 36 of the sorting device 30 can correspondingly enter one transition conveying channel 76 of the transition conveying device 70 under the diversion effect of the diversion piece 50, the arrangement of the diversion piece 50 can effectively prevent the cigarettes from being disordered in the transition conveying device 70, and the cigarette conveying efficiency of the cigarette arranging device is obviously improved.
Specifically, one end of the flow guide 50 is located below the edge of the sorting device 30 on the side close to the transition conveyor 70, and the length of the end of the flow guide 50 located below the sorting device 30 in the second direction is substantially the same as the length of the sorting device 30 in the second direction. The other end of the flow guide 50 extends obliquely above the transition conveyor 70, the end of the flow guide 50 close to the sorting device 30 is higher than the end of the flow guide 50 close to the transition conveyor 70, and the orthographic projection of the flow guide 50 in the plane of the transition conveyor 70 is located on the transition conveyor 70.
As such, both ends of the flow guide 50 in the first direction are disposed corresponding to the sorting device 30 and the transit conveyor 70, respectively. The cigarettes in the sorting device 30 can move in the first direction to drop on the diversion piece 50, and the cigarettes falling on the diversion piece 50 slide along the diversion piece 50 into the transition conveying channel 76 of the transition conveying device 70 under the action of gravity, so that the cigarettes can be conveniently and quickly transferred from the sorting device 30 to the transition conveying device 70.
Specifically, in some embodiments, the flow guide 50 includes a plurality of flow guides arranged in sequence in the second direction, each flow guide corresponding to at least one sorting channel 36 in the first direction near one end of the sorting device 30, and each flow guide having a different length in the first direction to correspond to a different transition conveying channel 76, respectively.
Therefore, cigarettes in different sorting channels 36 in the sorting device 30 are scattered along different flow guide portions to enter the multiple transitional conveying channels 76, and the multiple cigarettes are uniformly distributed on the transitional conveying device 70, so that the multiple cigarettes are prevented from being stacked in the same transitional conveying channel 76, and further the phenomenon of messy cigarettes is avoided.
Preferably, lengths of the plurality of flow guides in the first direction are monotonically decreasing or monotonically increasing along the second direction. In this way, the diversion parts arranged in sequence in the first direction correspond to the transitional conveying paths 76 arranged in sequence in the second direction one by one, and the cigarettes falling through the different diversion parts fall into the different transitional conveying paths 76, and the cigarette on the diversion part with the longest length in the first direction falls into the transitional conveying path 76 farthest from the sorting device 30, and the cigarette on the diversion part with the shortest length in the first direction falls into the transitional conveying path 76 closest to the sorting device 30.
As shown in fig. 2, in one embodiment, the baffle 50 is substantially in the form of a right-angled triangular plate having two right-angled sides and a hypotenuse. One of the right-angled edges of the flow guide 50 extends in the second direction and is located below the sorting device 30, the oblique edge of the flow guide 50 faces the transition conveying device 70, and the side of the flow guide 50 provided with the oblique edge forms a stepped structure, and each step forms the end of one flow guide, so that the length of the flow guide in the conveying direction of the transition conveying channel 76 is monotonically reduced.
It can be understood that the length of each flow guide portion and the distance between one end of each flow guide portion facing the transition conveying channel 76 and the corresponding transition conveying channel 76 are set according to actual needs, so that cigarettes falling from the flow guide portions can accurately fall into the corresponding transition conveying channels 76.
The collecting device 90 is located at an end of the transition conveyor 70 away from the sorting device 30 (i.e., downstream of the transition conveyor 70 in the conveying direction), and the conveying direction of the transition conveyor 70 is directed from an end near the sorting device 30 to an end near the collecting device 90. In this manner, the cigarettes in the transitional conveying means 70 are directed in a first direction into the collecting means 90.
Specifically, in one embodiment, the collecting device 90 is provided with a plurality of collecting channels 92, the plurality of collecting channels 92 are arranged along a first direction, each collecting channel 92 extends along a second direction, and a part of the collecting channels 92 is located on one side of the transition conveying channel 76 of the transition conveying device 70 in the second direction and is communicated with the transition conveying channel 76. In this manner, the cigarettes may be moved in the second direction from the transitional conveyance path 76 directly into the collection path 92.
The cigarette conveying process of the cigarette arranging device 100 is as follows:
first, the cigarettes in the supply 100 enter the sorting channels 36 of the sorting device 30 in a first direction.
The sorting device 30 then moves the cigarettes in a first direction so that the cigarettes fall onto the various deflectors of the deflector 50.
The cigarettes falling on the respective flow guides of the flow guide 50 then fall under the flow guiding action of the flow guides to the transitional conveying device 70. Because the lengths of the flow guide parts in the second direction are different and the flow guide parts are arranged corresponding to different transition conveying channels 76, cigarettes falling along the flow guide parts respectively enter the different transition conveying channels 76, and the cigarettes on the transition conveying device 70 are uniformly distributed in the transition conveying channels 76.
Finally, transitional conveyance device 70 conveys the cigarettes in a second direction to collection device 90, where the cigarettes in the second direction pass directly into collection channel 92, which communicates with transitional conveyance path 76.
In this way, the cigarettes are smoothly transferred from the supply device 10 to the collecting device 90 through the sorting device 30, the diversion element 50 and the transition conveying device 70 in sequence.
In the cigarette arranging equipment 100, due to the arrangement of the transition conveying device 70, the sorting device 30 and the collecting device 90 are arranged in parallel, and compared with the prior art in which the sorting device 30 and the collecting device 90 are arranged vertically, the cigarette arranging equipment 100 has smaller floor area. Moreover, the arrangement of the diversion piece 50 enables the cigarettes to be uniformly dispersed in each transition conveying channel 76 of the transition conveying device 70, so that the phenomenon of messy cigarettes is effectively eliminated, the floor area is reduced, and the cigarette processing effect of the cigarette arrangement equipment 100 is improved.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
