the basic contents are the same as example 1, except that:
the vehicle body floor hole 41 is a location plate welding location hole, and the vehicle body floor hole 41, the rear straight tube 24, and the rear vertical tube 25 are all located on the left and right floor front ends 42 of the vehicle body floor 4.

Claims (10)
1. A water drainage sealing device for a passenger car assembled on a floor comprises an evaporator water drainage bottom shell (1) and a water drainage mechanism which are communicated with each other, and is characterized in that:
the drainage mechanism comprises a drainage folding pipe (2) and a drainage sheath (3), one end of the drainage folding pipe (2) is communicated with the evaporator drainage bottom shell (1), the other end of the drainage folding pipe (2) penetrates through the middle of the drainage sheath (3) and then extends to the lower portion of the automobile body floor (4), the side wall of the drainage sheath (3) is clamped in an automobile body floor hole (41), and the joint of the drainage folding pipe (2) and the evaporator drainage bottom shell (1) is higher than the joint of the drainage sheath (3) and the automobile body floor hole (41).

A floor-mounted drain seal for a passenger vehicle according to claim 1, wherein: the drainage bent pipe (2) comprises a front transverse pipe (21), a middle inclined pipe (22), a middle transverse pipe (23), a rear straight pipe (24) and a rear longitudinal pipe (25), one end of the front transverse pipe (21) is communicated with the evaporator drainage bottom shell (1), the other end of the front transverse pipe (21) is communicated with the top end of the rear longitudinal pipe (25) after sequentially passing through the middle inclined pipe (22), the middle transverse pipe (23) and the rear straight pipe (24), and the bottom end of the rear longitudinal pipe (25) penetrates through the middle of the drainage sheath (3) and then extends to the lower side of the vehicle body floor (4); in height, the joints of the front transverse pipe (21) and the middle inclined pipe (22), the joints of the middle inclined pipe (22) and the middle transverse pipe (23), the joints of the rear longitudinal pipe (25) and the drainage sheath (3) are sequentially reduced;

A floor-mounted drain seal for a passenger vehicle according to claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein: the drainage sheath is characterized in that an upper insertion cavity (31) and a lower bonding cavity (32) are formed in the drainage sheath (3), the top of the upper insertion cavity (31) is flush with the top of the drainage sheath (3), the bottom of the upper insertion cavity (31) is communicated with the top of the lower bonding cavity (32), the bottom of the lower bonding cavity (32) is flush with the bottom of the drainage sheath (3), and the cavity wall of the lower bonding cavity (32) is bonded with the wall of the drainage bent pipe (2) located inside the lower bonding cavity.

A floor-mounted drain seal for a passenger vehicle according to claim 4, wherein: the diameter of the upper insertion cavity (31), the diameter of the lower bonding cavity (32) and the diameter of the drainage folded pipe (2) are sequentially reduced, and the part of the upper insertion cavity (31) communicated with the lower bonding cavity (32) is located in the middle of the bottom of the upper insertion cavity (31).

A floor-mounted drain seal for a passenger vehicle according to claim 4, wherein: drainage sheath (3) are including sheath flip (5) and sheath base (6), the top of sheath flip (5) is narrower than the bottom of sheath flip (5), the bottom of sheath flip (5) is connected with the top of sheath base (6), and the joint annular (7) of indent is seted up to the junction of sheath flip (5), sheath base (6).

A floor-mounted drain seal for a passenger vehicle according to claim 6, wherein: the top of the upper insertion cavity (31) is flush with the top of the sheath turnover cover (5), the bottom of the upper insertion cavity (31) extends to the inside of the sheath base (6), the top of the lower bonding cavity (32) is located inside the sheath base (6), and the bottom of the lower bonding cavity (32) is flush with the bottom of the sheath base (6).

A floor-mounted drain seal for a passenger vehicle according to claim 6, wherein: the sheath base (6) comprises an upper cone frustum (61) and a lower cone frustum (62), the upper cone frustum (61) is of a structure with a narrow top and a wide bottom, and the lower cone frustum (62) is of a structure with a wide top and a narrow bottom;
the bottom of the sheath flip cover (5) is provided with an inwards concave arc bottom surface (51), the middle part of the arc bottom surface (51) is connected with the top surface of the upper cone frustum (61), and the part of the arc bottom surface (51) surrounding the intersection joint of the arc bottom surface (51) and the upper cone frustum (61) and the side wall of the upper cone frustum (61) are clamped together to form a clamping ring groove (7).
9. A floor-mounted drain seal for a passenger vehicle according to claim 6, wherein: the clamping ring groove (7) is of an obliquely upward extending structure, and an outer opening (71) of the clamping ring groove (7) is lower than an inner top surface (72) of the clamping ring groove (7).
10. A floor-mounted drain seal for a passenger vehicle according to claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein: the vehicle body floor hole (41) is a raw plate welding positioning hole, and the vehicle body floor hole (41), the rear straight pipe (24) and the rear longitudinal pipe (25) are all positioned at the front ends (42) of the left floor and the right floor of the vehicle body floor (4).
