技术领域:
本发明属于移动电源技术领域,特指一种移动电源车。
背景技术:
随着石油资源的日益枯竭和环境保护意识的日益增强,新能源汽车越来越受到人们的青睐。电动车辆以电动机代替燃油机,通过蓄电池供电,由电机驱动而无需变速箱,具有节能环保、操纵和维修方便、运行可靠、噪音低等优点。但目前电动车辆由于电量过低、单体电池失效、低压电源电压过低等原因,在路上抛锚的现象时有发生,当出现这种情况时,电动车辆均采用拖车拖回加油站进行补电和维修,此种处理方案成本高、过程麻烦。为了解决该问题,移动电源车应运而生。
中国发明专利CN109228904A公开了移动电源车,移动电源车包括车体部分,车体可以包括车头和车架,储能装置、储能控制器、开关装置、功率转换装置和充电枪均设置在车体的车架上。参考其说明书附图可清楚得到,充电枪的充电线悬挂在车架两侧,充电线易被车架的棱角划破,导致无法进行充电;充电线较长的情况下,充电线和充电枪会拖到地面上,充电线和充电枪容易被压坏或者踩脏。当移动电源车移动时,充电线和充电枪容易与车架或其他物体磕碰损坏;充电线较长的情况下,充电线和充电枪会与地面摩擦损坏。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种移动电源车,其能有效防止充电线被划破,以及充电线和充电枪被踩压、与其他物体磕碰、与地面摩擦而造成的损坏。
本发明是这样实现的:
一种移动电源车,包括移动车本体、设置在移动车本体上的车厢,所述车厢内设有电池组件,所述电池组件电连接电池充电接口、充电线,所述充电线穿过车厢侧壁的充电线孔电连接位于车厢外侧的充电枪,所述车厢侧壁外侧上设有用于放置充电线和充电枪的收纳槽,所述收纳槽的外侧壁上方设有一个以上滚柱。
在上述的一种移动电源车中,所述滚柱两端分别通过轴承或轴套转动连接在安装架上,所述安装架固定在外侧壁上,所述滚柱与外侧壁上边缘留有间隙。
在上述的一种移动电源车中,所述安装架包括与滚柱转动连接的安装部和固定在外侧壁上的固定部,所述安装部固定在固定部上方,所述安装部为圆筒状,安装部内套设有轴承或轴套,轴承或轴套套设在滚柱两端。
在上述的一种移动电源车中,所述滚柱水平设置且平行于外侧壁,滚柱两端分别固定在外侧壁上边缘两端。

本发明相比现有技术突出的优点是:
1、本发明设有收纳槽用于放置充电线和充电枪,避免充电线和充电枪拖到地面上被压坏或者踩脏;同时当移动车本体移动时,避免充电线和充电枪与移动车本体或其他物体磕碰损坏,以及与地面摩擦损坏;
2、本发明在收纳槽的外侧壁上方设有滚柱,充电线挂设在滚柱上,拉动充电线时滚柱随着一起转动,有效避免充电线被划破且拉动充电线比较轻松;
3、本发明收纳槽上方的车厢侧壁上设有用于放置充电枪的放置口,将充电枪放置在放置口上,方便拿取充电枪同时防止充电线缠绕在一起;
4、本发明通过DC/DC转换器,将电池组件的320V电压升压至350V电压,为电动设备进行充电,可以实现对高压电动设备进行充电;
5、本发明通过DC/AC转换器,将电池组件的320V直流电转化成交流电,为用电设备提供应急电源;再通过AC/DC转换器,将交流电转化成80V直流电,为电动设备进行充电,可以实现对低压电动设备进行充电;
6、本发明车厢的两短边侧壁可拆卸、两长边侧壁上均设有飞翼侧开门,方便安装以及方便维修;
7、本发明设有消防设备实时监控电池组件并及时进行灭火处理。

下面以具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述,参见图1—5:
一种移动电源车,包括移动车本体1、设置在移动车本体1上的车厢2,所述车厢2内设有电池组件3,所述电池组件3电连接电池充电接口5、充电线6,所述充电线6穿过车厢2侧壁的充电线孔电连接位于车厢2外侧的充电枪7,所述车厢2侧壁外侧上设有用于放置充电线6和充电枪7的收纳槽8,所述收纳槽8的外侧壁81上方设有一个以上滚柱9。如图1所示,收纳槽8用于放置充电线6和充电枪7,避免充电线6和充电枪7拖到地面上被压坏或者踩脏;同时当移动车本体1移动时,避免充电线6和充电枪7与移动车本体1或其他物体磕碰损坏,以及与地面摩擦损坏。如图2所示,当充电枪7给电动设备充电时,充电线6挂设在外侧壁81上,拉动充电线6,外侧壁81上边缘棱角会划破充电线6且拉动充电线6比较费力,本发明在收纳槽8的外侧壁81上方设有与外侧壁81转动连接的滚柱9,充电线6挂设在滚柱9上,拉动充电线6时滚柱9随着一起转动,有效避免充电线6被划破且拉动充电线6比较轻松。
在本实施例中,收纳槽8的外侧壁81上方设有两个滚柱9,且两个滚柱9设置在同一直线上。两个滚柱9也可以平行设置。
如图4所示,滚柱9与收纳槽8的外侧壁81的转动连接结构:所述滚柱9两端分别通过轴承91或轴套转动连接在安装架82上,所述安装架82固定在外侧壁81上,所述滚柱9与外侧壁81上边缘留有间隙,以防滚柱9滚动时卡在外侧壁81上。
安装架82的结构:所述安装架82包括与滚柱9转动连接的安装部821和固定在外侧壁81上的固定部822,所述安装部821固定在固定部822上方,所述安装部821为圆筒状,安装部821内套设有轴承91或轴套,轴承91或轴套套设在滚柱9两端。在本实施例中,固定部822通过螺钉或螺栓固定在外侧壁81上,安装部821通过焊接固定在固定部822上方或安装部821、固定部822一体成型,轴承91或轴套通过螺母限位在滚柱9两端。
优选的,所述滚柱9水平设置且平行于外侧壁81,滚柱9两端分别固定在外侧壁81上边缘两端,布满外侧壁81上边缘,防止充电线6被外侧壁81上边缘的棱角划破。
更进一步的,所述收纳槽8上方的车厢2侧壁上设有用于放置充电枪7的放置口10,将充电枪7放置在放置口10上,方便拿取充电枪7同时防止充电线6缠绕在一起。
优选的,所述电池组件3电连接PDU组件4,所述PDU组件4电连接所述电池充电接口5,所述PDU组件4还电连接DC/DC转换器11,所述DC/DC转换器11电连接高压输出的充电枪7。DC/DC转换器11将电池组件3的320V电压进行升压处理,升高至350V电压通过充电枪7输出,对电动设备进行充电。
优选的,所述电池组件3电连接PDU组件4,所述PDU组件4电连接所述电池充电接口5,所述PDU组件4还电连接DC/AC转换器12,所述DC/AC转换器12电连接交流电源输出接口13和AC/DC转换器,所述AC/DC转换器电连接低压输出的充电枪7。DC/AC转换器12将电池组件3的320V电压的直流电转化成交流电,当供电系统发生故障中断供电时,用电设备插在交流电源输出接口13上,为用电设备提供应急电源。因320V电压不能直接通过DC/DC转换器转换成80V电压,AC/DC转换器将经DC/AC转换器12处理后的交流电再转换成80V电压的直流电,再通过充电枪7对电动设备进行充电。
在本实施例中,移动车本体1为平板车,平板车通过牵引车或者叉车来拖带。当然移动车本体1也可以是本身具有动力的货车。
为了对电源线路进行实时保护,当发生严重的过载或者短路及欠压等故障时能自动切断电路,所述DC/AC转换器12和交流电源输出接口13之间电连接有断路器。
为了方便安装以及方便维修,所述车厢2的两短边侧壁可拆卸、两长边侧壁上均设有飞翼侧开门14。
所述电池组件3由至少两节蓄电池串联组成,各蓄电池串联后的电压为各单节蓄电池电压的总和,因此可灵活选择多个不同电压的蓄电池组成。进而在增加蓄电池容量的同时,减少单节蓄电池的体积。优选的,所述蓄电池为磷酸铁锂电池,磷酸铁锂电池的工作电压较高、循环寿命长、高温性能和安全性能好,而且相较于其他锂电池更加环保。
更进一步的,所述车厢2内设有与电池组件3电连接的控制器,控制器发送充电指令、应急电源放电指令、充电放电指令到电池组件3,控制电池组件3储能、给用电设备提供应急电源、给电动设备充电。所述控制器的控制面板15设置在车厢2的短边侧壁上,所述控制面板15上设有电池组件3充电开关、充电枪7的充电启动开关、充电枪7的充电停止开关、电动设备充电显示屏、消防设备16手动开关、消防设备16的显示屏、急停开关。优选的,所述控制器为工控机。
为了实时监控电池组件3并及时进行灭火处理,避免因电池组件3自身放热积聚或外界热源影响发生热失控,影响本发明的安全性能,所述车厢2内还设有消防设备16,所述消防设备16与控制器、电池组件3电连接。所述消防设备16用于对所述电池组件3进行消防监测,在发生火灾时,将火灾信息上传至所述控制器;所述控制器根据火灾信息生成火灾控制指令,并将所述火灾控制指令发送至所述消防设备16;所述消防设备16根据所述火灾控制指令对所述电池组件3进行灭火处理。
更进一步的,所述消防设备16包括火灾探测器和灭火设备。所述火灾探测器用于:获取所述电池组件3的火灾信息,将所述火灾信息上传至所述控制器;所述灭火设备用于:接收所述火灾控制指令,并根据所述火灾控制指令对所述电池组件3进行灭火处理。

7.根据权利要求1所述的一种移动电源车,其特征在于:所述电池组件(3)电连接PDU组件(4),所述PDU组件(4)电连接所述电池充电接口(5),所述PDU组件(4)还电连接DC/AC转换器(12),所述DC/AC转换器(12)电连接交流电源输出接口(13)和AC/DC转换器,所述AC/DC转换器电连接低压输出的充电枪(7)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种移动电源车,其特征在于:所述车厢(2)的两短边侧壁可拆卸、两长边侧壁上均设有飞翼侧开门(14)。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种移动电源车,其特征在于:所述车厢(2)内设有与电池组件(3)电连接的控制器,所述控制器的控制面板(15)设置在车厢(2)的短边侧壁上。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种移动电源车,其特征在于:所述车厢(2)内还设有消防设备(16),所述消防设备(16)与控制器、电池组件(3)电连接。
