When the user needs to adjust the height of the car seat 100, the user stands up slightly first and performs an unlocking operation. Specifically, the adjustment cylinder 231 is located in the adjustment cylinder 211, and the locking rod 235 is manually pulled out to leave the locking transverse groove 216, so that the cylinder adjustment rod 234 is moved from the adjustment transverse groove 214 to the adjustment vertical groove 215. And then, the height adjustment operation is performed, the column support block 233 is manually lifted up or lowered down, and when the column support block is moved to a proper height, the height adjustment operation is immediately completed, and then, the locking operation is performed. Note that the lock operation is a reverse operation of the unlock operation. Specifically, the cylinder adjustment lever 234 is manually moved from the adjustment vertical slot 215 to the adjustment lateral slot 214, and the lock lever 235 is pushed into the lock lateral slot 216, completing the height locking operation. At this time, the user can ride the vehicle at a height of the vehicle seat 100 that is suitable for himself.
Further, as can be seen in fig. 5 and 6, the headrest structure 120 of the car seat 100 is hard and does not fit the neck of the human body completely, and can feel painful when being rested thereon for a long time. To this end, the car seat structure 1000 may further include a headrest airbag 300 of a U-shaped structure installed on the headrest structure 120. The headrest airbag 300 with the U-shaped structure can form a headrest groove 310, and the headrest groove is made of soft material, can be effectively attached to the neck of a human body, and can relieve muscles. When the vehicle is parked and has a rest, the driving fatigue can be effectively relieved by using the headrest airbag 300, and the vehicle is favorable for traffic safety.
The headrest airbag 300 is connected to the headrest structure 120 by a rubber band. When the headrest airbag 300 is not used, it is troublesome to store and is easily lost. To solve this problem, the bottom of the headrest structure 120 is provided with a storage groove 121, an air bag receiving cavity 122 communicated with the storage groove 121 is formed inside the headrest structure 120, and the air bag receiving cavity 122 is used for receiving the headrest air bag 300. Since the headrest airbag 300 is manually stuffed into the housing groove 121, it is slightly inelegant, which improves user experience. Further, referring to fig. 6 and 8, the headrest structure 120 may include an airbag receiving device 123, the airbag receiving device 123 includes a rocker structure 123a rotatably disposed in the airbag receiving cavity 122 and protruding out of the headrest structure 120, and a receiving cord 123b connected to the rocker structure 123a and located in the airbag receiving cavity 122, one end of the receiving cord 123b is connected to the rocker structure 123a, and the other end is connected to the headrest airbag 300. In this way, when the headrest airbag 300 needs to be stored without using it, the headrest airbag 300 is deflated to collapse, the volume is reduced, the rubber band is released from the headrest structure 120, and the rocker structure 123a is manually swung to pull the headrest airbag 300 slowly into the storage groove 121, thereby completing the storage operation.
Also, referring to fig. 5 and 7, in order to further facilitate the use of the headrest airbag 300 by a user, an airbag inflation mechanism 320 may be provided on the headrest airbag 300, the airbag inflation mechanism 320 being used to inflate the headrest airbag 300. A vent tube 324 is secured to the inflator 322, the vent tube 324 being connected to the headrest airbag 300 via a one-way valve 323, the one-way valve 323 serving to allow gas from within the inflator 322 to enter the headrest airbag 300 but to prevent gas within the headrest airbag 300 from flowing back into the inflator 322. The pull rod 321 is positioned in the inflator 322, the air valve 325 is arranged on the pull rod 321 through a movable pin, one end of the rubber strip 326 is connected with the top of the inner cavity of the inflator 322, the other end is connected with the air valve 325, and the inflator 322 is provided with an air inlet. The pull rod 321 is manually pulled, when the pull rod 321 moves upwards in the inflator 322, the rubber strip 326 is in a loose state, the gas valve 325 is opened, and gas enters the inner cavity of the inflator 322 from the gas inlet. When the pull rod 321 moves downwards, the rubber strip 326 is in a tightened state when the pull rod is descended to a certain height, the gas valve 325 is closed under the pulling force of the rubber strip 326, at the moment, the compressed gas flows to the one-way valve 323 through the vent pipe 324 and enters the air bag, the stopper 327 is arranged in the inflator 322 and is positioned above the vent pipe 324, and therefore the pull rod 321 is prevented from moving downwards continuously. The headrest airbag 300 is inflated by manually pulling the tension rod 321. The plug screw 328 is installed on the air release port through threaded connection in the process of inflating the headrest air bag 300, and when the headrest air bag 300 is not in use, the plug screw 328 is manually rotated to open the air release port for air release.
