after the steam passes through the air inlet pipe 31, the steam is discharged into the dispersion cylinder 33 through the air inlet pipe 31, the steam is accumulated on the upper part of the dispersion cylinder 33 due to the high temperature of the steam, and then the steam is slowly pressed down when the steam is excessively accumulated, so that the flow speed of the steam is further reduced, meanwhile, due to the matching of the speed reduction cylinder 3 and the dispersion cylinder 33, the direction of the airflow is continuously changed, the kinetic energy of the airflow is reduced, the flow speed of the steam is further reduced, the settling time of iron powder in the steam is further increased, and the purity of the distilled oil product is further increased; a magnetic field is formed after the coil 35 is electrified, the iron powder is magnetized and attracted downwards by the magnetic field, the settling speed of the iron powder is further increased, the content of the iron powder in steam is reduced, and the purity of the distilled oil product is further increased; the driving assembly drives the bearing frame 34 to rotate around the slag discharge pipe 32 continuously, so that metal dust such as copper powder in the speed reduction cylinder 3 cuts magnetic induction lines, and eddy current is formed in the copper powder, wherein the eddy current is generated by intersection of a moving magnetic field and a metal conductor or vertical intersection of the moving metal conductor and the magnetic field; generating a current circulating in the conductor by the effect of electromagnetic induction; the circulating current generates an induction magnetic field, so that the movement of the copper powder is hindered, the sedimentation efficiency of the copper powder is further increased, and the purity of the distilled oil product is increased; the bearing frame 34 drives the coil 35 to rotate when rotating, so that the iron powder is attracted to rotate in the speed reducing cylinder 3, the dust of the iron powder is increased, the iron powder is not beneficial to rapid and stable sedimentation of the iron powder, at the moment, a group of baffles 36 are uniformly distributed on the circumference of the inner wall of the speed reducing cylinder 3 close to the lower part of the inner wall of the speed reducing cylinder 3 to block and divide the iron powder, the movement of the iron powder is limited, the dust in the speed reducing cylinder 3 is reduced, and the sedimentation efficiency of metal dust in steam is further increased; a distillation unit (1) comprising a main furnace (11); the center of the top of the main furnace (11) is provided with a speed reducing motor (12), and an output shaft of the speed reducing motor (12) penetrates through the main furnace (11) and extends into the main furnace (11); an output shaft of the speed reducing motor (12) is fixedly connected with a rotating shaft (13), and a group of stirring rods (14) are uniformly distributed on the periphery of the rotating shaft (13); the periphery of the main furnace (11) is provided with an electric heating assembly, and the electric heating assembly is connected with a power supply to heat the main furnace (11); a discharge pipe (15) is arranged at the bottom of the main furnace (11), and a feed inlet (16) is arranged at one side of the top of the main furnace (11); the exhaust pipe (2) is positioned on one side of the speed reducing motor (12) far away from the feed port (16); a speed reducing cylinder (3) communicated with the exhaust pipe (2) is arranged in the main furnace (11), and the diameter of the speed reducing cylinder (3) is more than twice of that of the exhaust pipe (2); the speed reducing cylinder (3) is communicated with the interior of the main furnace (11) through an L-shaped air inlet pipe (31); the speed of the air flow is reduced through the speed reducing cylinder (3), the oil residue and dust are reduced to enter the exhaust pipe (2), and the purity of the cracked oil product is increased;
temperature sensors are arranged on the inner wall and the outer wall of the main furnace (11), a pressure sensor is arranged in the main furnace (11), a liquid level position sensor and a temperature sensor are arranged in the liquid collecting tank (22), and the whole machine is controlled by a PLC program and can be operated manually or automatically by one key;
the upper part and the lower part of the speed reducing cylinder (3) are arranged in a conical manner, the bottom of the speed reducing cylinder (3) is communicated with the inside of the main furnace (11) through a slag discharging pipe (32), and a valve is arranged in the slag discharging pipe (32); an inverted bowl-shaped dispersing cylinder (33) is arranged in the decelerating cylinder (3) and close to the upper part, and the air inlet pipe (31) penetrates through the decelerating cylinder (3) and extends into the decelerating cylinder (3); one end of the air inlet pipe (31) positioned in the speed reducing cylinder (3) is communicated with the top of the dispersing cylinder (33); the exhaust pipe (2) is communicated with the conical top of the speed reducing cylinder (3), and the steam flow rate is further reduced through the matching of the speed reducing cylinder (3) and the dispersing cylinder (33), so that the dust settling time is prolonged, and the purity of the cracked oil product is further increased.
