The alarm 23 sends out an alarm prompt after receiving the control message, and a worker checks whether the treatment tank 1 or the slag storage tank 2 is opened or closed in time according to the alarm prompt, so that the operation safety is ensured.
In order to avoid environmental pollution caused by discharging a large amount of dust generated in the process of treating construction waste into the air, specifically, the exhaust fan 9 is arranged on the side wall of the treatment box 1, the exhaust fan 9 is provided with an impeller, an air inlet pipe and an air outlet pipe, the air inlet pipe is communicated with the interior of the treatment box 1, and the dust in the interior of the treatment box 1 can be sucked into the air inlet pipe and discharged from the air outlet pipe through the rotation of the impeller; and the dust collection bag 11 is arranged on the air outlet pipe in a sealing manner and is used for containing the dust. The exhaust fan 9 sucks dust generated in the process of crushing the construction waste into the air outlet pipe through the air inlet pipe, and finally discharges the dust into the dust collection bag 11 sleeved on the air outlet pipe, so that the dust generated by crushing the construction waste is collected in a centralized manner, and the environmental pollution is avoided.
The invention provides a construction waste treatment device, wherein crushing shafts are arranged in a treatment box according to a first given distance, construction waste thrown in through a first slag inlet is crushed through the crushing shafts, the first given distance can be adjusted to control the distance between adjacent crushing shafts and further control the granularity of the waste crushed construction waste, the crushed construction waste is screened through a screen arranged below the crushing shafts, screened small-particle waste falls into the bottom of the treatment box after being filtered through the screen, screened large-particle waste is discharged into a slag storage box through a screen outlet arranged on the side wall of the treatment box and a second slag inlet communicated with the screen outlet, so that large-particle waste and small-particle waste in the crushed construction waste are separated, and a vibrator is arranged on the screen for accelerating the screening separation of the small-particle waste and the large-particle waste, constantly tremble through vibrator vibrating screen and accelerated among the building waste after smashing large granule discarded object and the separation screening separation rate of tiny particle discarded object, simultaneously in order to make building waste processing apparatus can adapt to different application environment, make things convenient for the device's removal at a plurality of walking wheels of near-to-ground end installation of this building waste processing apparatus's mounting bracket.
The construction waste treatment device provided by the invention is simple in structure, not only can crush the construction waste to an ideal granularity, but also can quickly separate wastes with different granularities in the crushed construction waste.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, however, the present invention is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications can be made to the technical solution of the present invention within the technical idea of the present invention, and these simple modifications are within the protective scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A construction waste treatment apparatus, characterized by comprising:
a mounting frame (10) having a mounting surface parallel to the ground;
the treatment box (1) is fixed on the installation surface and is provided with a first slag inlet (12), a screening outlet (14) and a first slag outlet (13) arranged at the bottom of the treatment box (1);
at least two crushing shafts (3) which are parallel to each other and are arranged in the box body of the treatment box (1) according to a first given distance and are used for crushing the construction waste thrown from the first slag inlet (12);
the screen (4) is arranged inside the tank body of the treatment tank (1), the screen (4) is arranged so that small-particle waste in the crushed construction waste screened by the screen (4) falls into the tank bottom of the treatment tank (1) and can be discharged from the first slag outlet (13), and large-particle waste in the crushed construction waste screened by the screen (4) is discharged through the screening outlet (14);
a slag storage tank (2) fixed to the mounting surface, the slag storage tank (2) having: a second slag inlet (21) communicated with the sieve material outlet (14); and a second slag outlet (22); the large-particle waste can enter the slag storage tank (2) through a second slag inlet (21) and is discharged through a second slag outlet (22);
the vibrator (5) is arranged on the screen (4) and is used for driving the screen (4) to shake in an opening state;
and the plurality of travelling wheels (8) are mounted at the ground-near end of the mounting frame (10).
2. The construction waste disposal device according to claim 1, wherein the screen (4) is installed inside the body of the disposal tank (1) at a given angle to the horizontal.

The construction waste disposal device according to claim 2, wherein the side of the screen (4) having a short distance from the bottom of the disposal container (1) is a screen lower side, and the screen lower side is connected to the screen outlet (14) so that large-particle waste screened by the screen (4) can travel to the screen outlet (14) along the inclined direction of the screen (4).
4. The construction waste disposal device according to claim 1, wherein the vibrator (5) is installed on a surface of the screen (4) facing a bottom of the disposal tank (1).
5. The construction waste disposal device according to claim 1, wherein the first slag outlet (13) is movably covered with a first cover plate (6).
6. The construction waste disposal device according to claim 5, further comprising:
a first weight sensor installed at the bottom of the treatment tank (1) for detecting a weight value of the small particle waste in the treatment tank (1);
a first control valve installed on the first cover plate (6) for controlling the first cover plate (6) to be opened or closed; and
and the controller (15) is electrically connected with the first weight sensor and the first control valve and is used for controlling the opening and closing of the first control valve according to the weight value of the small-particle waste.
7. The construction waste disposal device according to claim 6, wherein a second cover plate (7) is movably covered at the second slag outlet (22).
8. The construction waste disposal device according to claim 7, further comprising:
the second weight sensor is arranged at the bottom of the slag storage tank (2), is electrically connected with the controller (15) and is used for detecting the weight value of the large-particle waste in the slag storage tank (2); and
a second control valve installed on the second cover plate (7) for controlling the second cover plate (7) to be opened or closed;
the controller (15) is electrically connected with the second weight sensor and the second control valve and is also used for controlling the opening and closing of the second control valve according to the weight value of the large-particle waste.
9. The construction waste disposal device according to claim 8, further comprising an alarm (23), wherein the alarm (23) is installed on an outer wall of the slag tank (2) and electrically connected to the controller (15); the controller (15) is also used for controlling the alarm (23) to give an alarm according to the weight value of the small-particle waste and/or the weight value of the large-particle waste.
10. The construction waste disposal device according to claim 1, further comprising:
the exhaust fan (9) is installed on the side wall of the treatment box (1), the exhaust fan (9) is provided with an impeller, an air inlet pipe and an air outlet pipe, the air inlet pipe is communicated with the interior of the treatment box (1), and dust in the interior of the treatment box (1) can be sucked into the air inlet pipe and discharged from the air outlet pipe through rotation of the impeller;
and the dust collection bag (11) is arranged on the air outlet pipe in a sealing manner and is used for containing the dust.
