Technical Field
The invention relates to a method for stimulating a plurality of areas of the head of a user by utilizing light, sound and vibration with specific frequencies so as to achieve better effect on treating Alzheimer's disease.
Background
Alzheimer's Disease (AD), a neurodegenerative disease, causes significant atrophy of the brain region by neuronal and synaptic damage to the user's brain and to specific subcortical regions. AD is also considered a disease caused by protein misfolding because of the large amount of amyloid deposits and neurofibrillary tangles in the brain region of AD patients, which are considered to be the main cause of neuronal damage. Currently, no effective drug for treating AD exists in the world.
Phototherapy is used to treat a number of mental health problems, including: seasonal affective disorder; bipolar depression; chronic depressive disorder; current research indicates that it is also useful for dementia. Researchers have recently discovered that phototherapy can enhance synaptic function and prevent neuronal cell death in users with Alzheimer's disease!
Near infrared light regulates the production and elimination of active oxygen, is used for the cooperative treatment of Alzheimer's disease, and is applied to the national institute of applied chemistry of Catharan of Chinese academy of sciences60And amyloid (Abeta) targeting peptide linked to rare earth up-conversion nanoparticles (UCNP @ C60-pep) for synergistic treatment of Alzheimer's Disease (AD). Under near infrared light, UCNP @ C60-pep generates ROS to specifically oxidize A beta, the hydrophilicity of the oxidized A beta is enhanced, and therefore the aggregation capability and the neurotoxicity of the A beta are reduced, and the aggregation of the A beta is considered to be a key factor causing the onset of AD. Under dark conditions, UCNP @ C60-pep cleared ROS and maintained redox balance in vivo. The ability of UCNP @ C60-pep to generate and scavenge ROS can reduce A beta-induced neurotoxicity, and researchers find that UCNP @ C60-pep can prolong the life of a common model of AD transgenosis, namely C2006 of caenorhabditis elegans.
Patent CN107185113A discloses a therapeutic device comprising: a housing wearable on a head by a user; a magnet mounted on the housing; the near-infrared irradiation module is mounted on the shell and can emit near-infrared irradiation towards the interior of the shell; and a control module coupled with the near-infrared illumination module.
Research shows that (Iaccarino, H., Singer, A., Martorell, A.et al. Gamma frequency entry authentication indexes access and modifications microroglia. Nature 540, 230-; researchers further explore the biochemical mechanism behind the situation that gamma wave stimulation can excite gamma brain waves with specific frequency of 40 Hz can reduce the level of beta-like amyloid protein, and the researchers find that the generation of the beta-like amyloid protein is reduced after the gamma wave stimulation; meanwhile, the gamma wave oscillation can also improve the clearance capability of microglia, an immune cell in the brain, on the beta-amyloid protein; microglia can clean up toxic substances and cell debris and keep neurons healthy. Patent CN109499003A discloses a phototherapy instrument for preventing and treating alzheimer's disease and a control method thereof, wherein the phototherapy instrument comprises a body shell, a plurality of luminous tubes and a control circuit; the shell of the machine body is provided with a lamp tube mounting groove; the plurality of luminous tubes are embedded in the tube mounting grooves on the machine body shell, the control circuit is arranged in the machine body shell, and the luminous tubes are electrically connected with the control circuit and used for emitting gamma rays when receiving luminous signals transmitted by the control circuit. The phototherapy instrument is used for irradiating the head of the user with the Alzheimer's disease, so that the brain waves of the user are interfered, and the design of the phototherapy instrument for preventing and treating the Alzheimer's disease is realized.
Patent CN110538384A discloses a health care luminous cap, which comprises a lower cover matched with the shape of the head and an upper cover detachably assembled with the lower cover, wherein the lower cover is provided with a plurality of light holes, and transparent plates are integrally formed at the light holes; the upper cover comprises a shell and a PCB (printed circuit board) matched with the shell in shape, at least one clamping plate is arranged on the inner wall of the shell, and a bayonet for the clamping plate to be inserted into is formed in the PCB; the PCB is also provided with an LED lamp group and a proximity sensor, and the LED lamp group flickers at a preset frequency when the proximity sensor detects that a person wears the LED lamp group; the PCB is characterized in that a control device and a power supply are further arranged between the upper cover and the lower cover, and the control device is respectively connected with the power supply and the PCB.
When the LED light source is used, the irradiation to the head is carried out without considering the stimulation to the vision, and when the LED light source is irradiated by a flash lamp with the frequency of 40 Hz, the microglial cells in the brain can be further activated by generating visual oscillation through the primary visual cortex, so that the amyloid removal capacity is improved, the beta-amyloid level can be reduced, the amyloid plaque formation can be reduced, and the senile dementia can be prevented and treated; and illuminating the eye with a direct LED light source can cause severe discomfort. The prior art does not consider the beneficial effects of adopting vibration with specific frequency except sound and light with specific frequency. In addition, the prior art has a single treatment mode for the Alzheimer disease.

the first irradiation light area is positioned in the front of eyes of a user and comprises a support, an LED light source is arranged at the end part, far away from the eyes, of the support, a transparent display screen is arranged at the part, close to the LED light source, of the support, the transparent display screen is connected with a cognitive training system and used for displaying the content of the cognitive training system, the transparent display screen is pivotally connected with the support through a second damping rotating shaft, and the transparent display screen can be rotationally folded to a horizontal position through the second damping rotating shaft; the first light irradiation area adopts a stroboscopic LED light source of 5-45 Hz; a shading shell is surrounded outside the bracket; the cognitive training system comprises an operation device, and the cognitive training system is used for performing cognitive training by operating the content displayed on the transparent display screen by the cognitive training system through the operation device.

Further, the first irradiation light area, the second irradiation light area, the elastic vibration ball and the sound field area adopt the same frequency.
Further, a light transmittance adjusting device is arranged at the end part, close to the eyes, of the support and comprises a light-transmitting film, a light sensor and electrochromic glass with adjustable light transmittance; the light transmittance adjusting device is connected with the support in a foldable mode through a third damping rotating shaft, and therefore a user can directly see the LED light source through the light transmittance adjusting device in a foldable mode.
Further, the sound field area comprises a bone conduction earphone, the head of the bone conduction earphone is contacted with the surface of the scalp at the front side of the ear, and the bone conduction earphone is used for playing a sound field with the frequency of 10-100 Hz.
Furthermore, the sound field area also comprises a wrapped earphone, and the wrapped earphone can be used for playing contents such as music, voice and the like.
Further, the content of the cognitive training system is divided into three grades of simple, medium and complex according to the difficulty.
Further, the operating device is a handle and a button, and the button is located at the end of the handle.
Further, the massage device also comprises a back device, wherein the back device is provided with a far infrared irradiation massage device and a kneading massage roller device.
Further, the illumination implementation device is an Alzheimer disease treatment device.
The advantages and the beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
1) the synergistic effect of LED light, sound and vibration is fully utilized, and particularly when the LED light is utilized, the sufficient stimulation to the optic nerve is ensured, and discomfort is not brought, so that the effectiveness of stimulation is ensured;
2) through the cooperative work of the LED light source, the sound field, the vibration stimulation and the cognitive training system, the action mode is not only single passive stimulation but also active and passive combination;
3) the sound field adopts a bone conduction technology, so that the transmission effectiveness of the sound field is ensured, a certain stimulation effect is further generated on the skull, and the treatment effect is improved by cooperating with other means;
4) by changing the light transmittance, the comfort and the effect of the user are improved.

In the following, only certain exemplary embodiments are briefly described. The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, and it will be understood that they are described herein for the purpose of illustration and explanation and not limitation.
Referring to fig. 1-4, a phototherapy delivery device includes:
the first illumination area 1 is located in the front of eyes of a user, the first illumination area 1 comprises a support 1-1, an LED light source 1-2 is arranged at the end, far away from the eyes, of the support 1-1, a transparent display screen 1-3 is arranged at the position, close to the LED light source 1-2, of the support 1-1, the transparent display screen 1-3 is connected with a cognitive training system 3 and used for displaying the content of the cognitive training system 3, the transparent display screen 1-3 is pivotally connected with the support 1-1 through a second damping rotating shaft 1-4, the transparent display screen 1-3 can be rotatably folded to a horizontal position through the second damping rotating shaft 1-4, and the first illumination area 1 adopts a 5-45 Hz stroboscopic LED light source; a shading shell 1-5 is surrounded outside the bracket 1-1; the cognitive training system 3 comprises an operation device 3-1, and is used for a user to operate the content displayed on the transparent display screen 1-3 by the cognitive training system 3 through the operation device 3-1 to perform cognitive training. Cognitive training is one of the main means of non-drug therapy at present, the nervous system is considered to have self-regulation function and brain function has plasticity at present, and the plasticity of the brain can be driven by stimulating cognition, sensation and mental movement by focusing attention; the LED light source is used for generating optical stimulation with specific frequency, light generated by the LED light source can penetrate through the transparent display screen to form effective optical stimulation, and meanwhile the transparent display screen displays the content of cognitive training, so that a user can passively receive optical stimulation treatment and actively conduct cognitive training, and the synergistic effect is improved.
The second illumination area 2 is located on the head of a user and comprises an arc-shaped shell 2-1, the arc-shaped shell 2-1 is provided with a 5-45 Hz stroboscopic light source and a near-infrared mixed light source, the 5-45 Hz stroboscopic light source and the near-infrared light source both adopt LED lamps, the 5-45 Hz stroboscopic light source and the LED lamps of the near-infrared light source are arranged in the arc-shaped shell 2-1 of the second illumination area in a staggered mode, a support frame 2-2 is further arranged on the outer side of the arc-shaped shell 2-1, and a support frame 1-1 of the first illumination area 1 is pivotally connected to the side portion of the support frame 2-2 through a first damping rotating shaft 2-3; the second irradiation light area 2 is also provided with a vibration device, the vibration device comprises an elastic vibration support 2-4, the elastic vibration support 2-4 is sleeved between the arc-shaped shell 2-1 and the scalp of a user and is in contact with the surface of the scalp, a connecting rotating shaft 2-5 is arranged at the center of the support frame 2-2, the elastic vibration support 2-4 comprises a plurality of arc-shaped elastic strips 2-4-1, and the plurality of arc-shaped elastic strips 2-4-1 are arranged on the connecting rotating shaft 2-5; the arc-shaped shell 2-1 is rotatably connected to the connecting rotating shaft 2-5, and the arc-shaped shell 2-1 can rotate around the connecting shaft 2-5 in a working state; a plurality of elastic vibration balls 2-4-2 are convexly arranged on the arc-shaped elastic strips 2-4-1, the positions of the elastic vibration balls 2-4-2 correspond to temporal lobes, frontal lobes, parietal lobes, occipital lobes and hippocampus structures of the brain of a user, the elastic vibration balls 2-4-2 are directly contacted with the scalp, and the vibration frequency of the elastic vibration balls is 30-60 Hz; the second light irradiation area 2 is also provided with a sound field area, the sound field area is positioned at the ear of a user and connected to two sides of the support frame, and the sound field area is used for generating a sound field with the frequency of 10-100 Hz;
near infrared, specific frequency vibration and a specific sound field are cooperatively used for improving the effect, and each functional module can also be independently used to adapt to individual requirements; the arc-shaped shell 2-1 rotates, long-time irradiation to the same position is avoided, and the phototherapy comfort and effect are improved.
A control module 4, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, wherein the control module 4 can adjust the irradiation intensity of the LED light source 1-2 of the first illumination light area 1, the irradiation intensity of the near-infrared light source of the second illumination light area 2, and the irradiation intensity of the stroboscopic LED light source of 5-45 hz, as well as the vibration intensity of the vibrating ball, and the volume of the sound field area, and the rotation of the arc-shaped shell; and controlling the content displayed on the transparent display screen 1-3 by the cognitive training system according to the user condition.
The first irradiation light area 1, the second irradiation light area 2, the elastic vibration ball 2-4-2 and the sound field area adopt the same frequency; preferably 35-45 hz is used, most preferably 40 hz. Of course, the first irradiation light area 1, the second irradiation light area 2, the elastic vibration ball 2-4-2, and the sound field area may be used alone or in combination according to individual conditions and treatment plans of users, such as: only the first illumination area is used, and in this case, the frequency of the first illumination area may adopt other frequencies, for example, a low frequency is also effective, and may be adjusted as needed; or, low-frequency irradiation of the irradiation light area is firstly carried out, then the frequency is gradually increased, and then the treatment with the vibration and sound field area at the same frequency is carried out in a coordinated manner, so that a user can adapt to and improve the effect.
Further, a light transmittance adjusting device 6 is arranged at the end part, close to the eyes, of the support 1-1, and comprises a light-transmitting film, a light sensor and electrochromic glass with adjustable light transmittance; the light transmittance adjusting device 6 is connected with the support 1-1 in a foldable mode through a third damping rotating shaft 6-1, and the light transmittance adjusting device 6 can be folded so that a user can directly see the LED light source. The adjustment of the light transmittance is mainly realized by means of electrochromic glass materials, the light sensor can be automatically adjusted, and new adjustment can be adapted according to the intensity of the LED light source.
The sound field area 5 comprises bone conduction earphones 5-1, the ends of the bone conduction earphones 5-1 are in contact with the surface of the scalp on the front side of the ear, and the bone conduction earphones 5-1 are used for playing a sound field with the frequency of 5-45 Hz. The bone conduction earphone is used, so that stimulation of a sound field with specific frequency to the brain is improved, the stimulation is directly transmitted through the skull of the brain through the end of the bone conduction earphone, and a certain stimulation effect is further generated on the skull.
The sound field zone 5 further comprises a cover earphone 5-2, which can be used for playing music.
The content of the cognitive training system 3 is divided into three grades of simple, medium and complex according to the difficulty. Considering the stimulation of the specific frequency of the LED light source, the content displayed by the transparent display screen can drive the eyeball to rotate through image display, so that the discomfort caused by the fact that the eyeball is kept still for a long time is avoided.
The operating device 3-1 is a handle 3-1-1 and a button 3-1-2, and the button 3-1-2 is positioned at the end part of the handle 3-1-1.
The implementation device also comprises a back device 7, wherein the back device is provided with a far infrared irradiation massage device 7-1 and a kneading massage roller device 7-2, so that the blood circulation of the body of a user is promoted, and the effect is assisted and improved.
The illumination implementation device is an Alzheimer's disease treatment device.
The setting of each functional module can be customized according to the user condition, can be used independently, more importantly can be used simultaneously, the synergistic effect is generated, and the active treatment mode and the passive treatment mode are effectively combined.
