In addition, on the basis of the device, a sensor element can be additionally arranged to acquire data which are most suitable for the user's own jacking height, exercise time, exercise intensity and the like, so that an optimal training mode is determined, and the optimal recovery effect of neck muscle strain is achieved.
The invention provides a neck muscle strain auxiliary training device, which solves the problem of neck muscle strain caused by long-term posture learning and working of people (such as students and social workers). If the cervical vertebra disease is suffered, the cervical vertebra disease does not belong to the application scope of the patent of the invention.
While the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood that the above description should not be taken as limiting the invention. Various modifications and alterations to this invention will become apparent to those skilled in the art upon reading the foregoing description. Accordingly, the scope of the invention should be determined from the following claims.
