The invention aims to overcome the defects that medical staff need to manually tear off an adhesive tape and the operation is troublesome, and the technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a wearable medical adhesive tape fixer for medical care department, which does not need to manually tear off the adhesive tape by the medical staff and reduces the operation difficulty of the medical staff.

As shown in fig. 4 and 7, the adhesive tape dispenser further comprises a rotating assembly 6, the rotating assembly 6 comprises a gear ring 61, a mounting seat 62, a motor 63 and a gear 64, the gear ring 61 is connected to the outer side of the front end of the adhesive tape supporting cylinder 41, the front side and the rear side of the gear ring 61 are respectively in contact with the first ball 45 and the second ball 47, the mounting seat 62 is mounted on the outer side surface of the front side of the mounting frame 2, the motor 63 is connected to the bottom of the mounting seat 62, the gear 64 is connected to an output shaft of the motor 63, and the gear 64 is meshed with the gear ring 61.
When medical personnel need use medical adhesive tape 100, starter motor 63, motor 63 rotates and drives gear 64 anticlockwise rotation, gear 64 anticlockwise rotation drives ring gear 61 clockwise rotation, ring gear 61 clockwise rotation drives a sticky tape support section of thick bamboo 41 clockwise rotation, a sticky tape support section of thick bamboo 41 rotates and pushes out the head end of medical adhesive tape 100 along the slit between frosted glass anti-sticking plate 9 to last dead lever 53 and lower dead lever 54, so, need not medical personnel manual rotation medical adhesive tape 100 through rotatory subassembly 6.
Third embodiment
