Description

Health tea for conditioning constitution of qi stagnation and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of health tea, in particular to health tea for conditioning constitution of qi depression and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The theory of traditional Chinese medicine holds that the smooth regulation of qi activity of human body is related to heart, liver, spleen, lung and kidney, and the liver is particularly important. Relationship of heart to liver: when heart blood is full and heart qi is vigorous, blood circulation is normal and liver is hidden; sufficient liver blood, proper degree of smoothing flow of qi, regulation of blood volume according to the physiological needs of human body, and normal operation of heart blood circulation function. The heart stores spirit and governs mental activities such as consciousness, thinking and emotion. The liver governs smoothing flow of qi, regulates qi movement, maintains emotional comfort, and functions as both heart and liver, and maintains normal mental activities. The heart blood is full, the heart spirit is healthy and vigorous, the liver qi is helpful for smoothing flow of qi, and the emotion is smooth; liver qi has a moderate degree of smoothing flow of qi, so it is good for the heart and spirit. Relationship of liver to spleen: the liver governs smoothing flow of qi, regulates qi movement, coordinates the ascending and descending of the spleen and stomach, and dredges bile to be transported to the intestinal tract, so as to promote the digestion of food and the absorption and transportation of essence and micro-fluid by the spleen and stomach; spleen qi is healthy and vigorous, normal transportation and transformation, food essence is tiny and sufficient, and qi and blood are active, so the liver body can be nourished to make the liver qi rush and regulate, which is good for the exertion of the function of smoothing flow of qi. Although the normal blood circulation is governed by the heart, it is closely related to the liver and spleen. The liver governs storing blood and regulates blood volume; the spleen governs producing blood and governs blood. Spleen qi can invigorate, generate blood actively and have right to consolidate blood, so that the liver can be hidden; sufficient liver blood can store and purge the liver with proper degree, so that the blood volume can be regulated normally and qi and blood can circulate unimpeded. The liver and spleen cooperate with each other to maintain the normal blood circulation. Relationship of liver to lung: the liver governs ascending and the lung governs descending. The physiological connection between the lung and liver is mainly reflected in the regulation of qi movement. Liver qi ascends from the left and lung qi descends from the right. Liver qi is ascending and lung qi is descending and descending. This is the characteristic of ascending and descending of qi activities of liver and lung. The liver ascends and descends, and the ascending and descending are coordinated, which plays an important role in regulating the qi movement of the whole body and the qi and blood. Lung qi is sufficient and descending normal, which is favorable for the ascending of liver qi; the liver-qi can disperse and descend and ascend, which is good for the lung-qi to descend. It is seen that the liver ascending and lung descending are mutually restricted and interacted. Liver-kidney relationship: the liver stores blood, the kidney stores essence, and essence and blood are generated and nourished by food essence, and can mutually generate, so they are like homology and interaction. That is, kidney essence can transform into liver blood. The kidneys are stored by the essence of the five zang-organs and six fu-organs. Essence, which is stored in the kidney, is also maintained in abundance by nourishing liver blood. Kidney essence and liver blood are involved in both nourishment and loss. The liver governs smoothing flow of qi and the kidney governs storing and sealing, and the two are mutually related and restricted. The liver-qi can promote the kidney-qi to be blocked and prevent the liver-qi from being too obstructed. The actions of smoothing flow of qi and arresting discharge are opposite to each other, so as to regulate menstruation, ovulation and sperm discharge of men. Liver qi is nourished by liver essence and liver blood and can be divided into liver yin and liver yang; kidney qi is generated by kidney essence and can be classified as kidney yin and kidney yang. Not only the liver blood and kidney essence have the relation of homology and interaction, but also the liver yin and yang and the kidney yin and yang have the relation of mutual nourishing and mutual restriction. Kidney yin and kidney yang are the basis of yin and yang of the five internal organs, and kidney yin nourishes liver yin to restrict liver yang together, so that liver yang is not excessive; kidney yang can nourish liver yang and warm liver meridian, so it can prevent liver meridian cold stagnation. The mutual control of yin and yang of liver and kidney maintains the coordination and balance between liver and kidney.
From the above, if heart blood stagnation occurs, liver blood stagnation may affect liver, and liver blood stagnation may affect heart, resulting in blood stasis of heart and liver; uneasiness and depression of liver qi lead to absentmindedness and depressed mood; hyperactivity of heart fire and adverse rise of liver fire can lead to restlessness, insomnia, irritability and irritability. Liver qi failing to disperse and lead to qi stagnation, which can cause spleen dysfunction in transportation, resulting in depression, chest distress, frequent sighing, anorexia, abdominal distention, borborborygmus and diarrhea. Spleen failing to transport and transform can also affect liver failing to dredge, resulting in the syndrome of "soil block and wood depression". Spleen qi deficiency can lead to liver blood deficiency due to blood failing to circulate and transform or bleeding without the right of control. In addition, the liver failing to store blood and the spleen failing to control blood are also seen together, which is called "disorder of storage and governing". Liver depression transforming into fire or liver qi ascending reversely and liver fire flaming up may damage lung yin and make lung qi not descend, resulting in cough, chest pain, hemoptysis and other liver fire attacking lung syndrome. Lung diseases such as headache, irritability, distending pain in chest and hypochondrium and the like and the liver disease are caused by liver yin impairment due to lung dryness and heat in the interior. Liver-blood deficiency and kidney-essence deficiency can mutually affect each other, resulting in dizziness, deafness, tinnitus, soreness and weakness of waist and knees, and other diseases caused by deficiency of liver-kidney essence and blood. If the liver and kidney fail to store and discharge, the female will have abnormal menstrual cycle, excessive menstrual flow or amenorrhea, and ovulation failure; male can cause impotence, spermatorrhea, diarrhea or yang-strength retention. Insufficiency of kidney yang may involve liver yang; yin deficiency of liver and kidney failing to control yang and water failing to nourish wood can cause hyperactivity of liver yang, manifested as vertigo and apoplexy. Deficiency of kidney yang can involve liver yang; deficiency of liver and kidney yang, yang failing to control yin, and yin cold exuberance, manifested as deficiency-cold in lower jiao, cold stagnation in liver meridian, cold pain in lower abdomen, impotence, cold sperm, and infertility due to cold in uterus. In summary, pathological conditions of any heart, spleen, lung and kidney will affect the main physiological functions of liver to dredge and store blood, thus forming qi stagnation constitutions.
In the process of regulating qi stagnation physique, corresponding medicinal materials are often grabbed and decocted to prepare the traditional Chinese medicine for regulating physique, but the traditional Chinese medicine decoction is complicated to prepare, has great medicinal material waste and is inconvenient to eat. There is a need for a health tea that can regulate the above-mentioned qi stagnation constitution.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the first purpose of the invention is to provide the health tea for conditioning qi stagnation physique, which has the advantages of conditioning qi stagnation physique and higher dissolution rate.
The second purpose of the invention is to provide a preparation method of health tea for conditioning constitution of qi depression, which is used for preparing the health tea.
In order to achieve the first object, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a health tea for conditioning constitution of qi stagnation is composed of the following components in percentage by weight:
12-20% of red dates;
15-22% of malt;
18-21% of longan;
10-15% of rose;
8-10% of jasmine;
5 to 11 percent of liquorice;
8-10% of dried orange peel.
By adopting the technical scheme, the rose flower has the effects of regulating qi, resolving depression, regulating blood and regulating menstruation; jasmine flower regulates qi and relieves depression, avoids dirt and regulates the stomach; the malt promotes the circulation of qi, invigorates the spleen, and relieves lactation and detumescence; the dried orange peel has the effects of regulating qi, calming adverse-rising energy, stopping vomiting, eliminating dampness and phlegm; the longan has the effects of tonifying heart and spleen, nourishing blood, soothing nerves, relieving fatigue and resisting anxiety; the red dates have the effects of tonifying middle-jiao and Qi, nourishing blood and soothing nerves; licorice root, radix Glycyrrhizae can tonify spleen and stomach, replenish qi, recover pulse, relieve cough and asthma, and relieve pain. After the substances are mixed according to the corresponding proportion, the taste is slightly sweet, and particularly for the constitution of qi depression, after the health tea is taken for a long time, the constitution of qi depression can be adjusted, so that a drinker can harmonize qi and blood, sooth liver and relieve depression, strengthen spleen and nourish heart, nourish blood and tranquilize mind, promote qi circulation and regulate qi activity of a human body. Compared with the prior invention patent with the publication number of CN105412720A and the prior invention patent with the publication number of CN109329513A, the Chinese patent medicine has certain curative effect on qi depression. However, since the citron or the bergamot (one of the varieties of the citron) added in the formula is pungent, slightly bitter and sour in taste, when the liquorice is used as an auxiliary, under the aftertaste effect of the liquorice, the pungent and bitter taste of a drinker can be slowly dissipated, and for most people, the tea substitute drink cannot be taken for a long time and cannot be a daily health-care drink, so that the aim of conditioning the constitution with qi depression is difficult to achieve. In the formula, the tea is sweet and is a famous record of homology of medicine and food in China, so that a drinker cannot suffer from bitter taste in drinking, and can effectively achieve daily and continuous drinking for a long time, thereby achieving the daily health care and health preserving effects.
Further, the longan is obtained by the following method:
s1: selecting longan;
s2: cracking longan, removing core and peel, and keeping pulp;
s3: and (4) drying or baking the pulp in the sun to obtain the longan.
By adopting the technical scheme, when the longan is prepared, fresh pulp is peeled and denucleated firstly, so that the longan is convenient, then the longan is dried or baked to obtain the required longan pulp, and the dried longan pulp is convenient to transport and store. The longan pulp obtained in the way is natural and has good drug effect.
Further, the longan is subjected to artificial fleshing in the process of the second step.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, when the manual work takes off the meat, can be in the skin of longan peel comparatively clean, can in time pick out bad fruit moreover, make the quality of longan better.
Further, in the third step, the longan is dried in the sun for 2-3 days.
By adopting the technical scheme, the longan pulp is exposed in the sun for 2-3 days under normal conditions, and the required longan can be obtained.
Further, in the third step, the longan is dried in a drying mode, wherein the drying temperature is 50-60 ℃, and the baking time is 12-15 hours.
By adopting the technical scheme, when the longan pulp is dried, an oven can be selected, the temperature of the oven is ensured to be 50-60 ℃, the change of effective substances in the longan pulp caused by overhigh temperature is prevented, and the longan pulp can be obtained after the longan pulp is baked for 12-15 hours.
Further, the production place of the longan is selected from Guangdong or Fujian two places.
By adopting the technical scheme, the longan produced in Guangdong or Fujian provinces has high quality, good drug effect and sweet taste, and is convenient for drinkers to drink for a long time in daily life, thereby achieving the effect of daily health care and health preservation.
Further, the malt is obtained by the following method:
by adopting the technical scheme, the barley is soaked in water, then taken out and placed in a basket, a cattail bag is laid on the surface of the barley, water is sprayed on the cattail bag to keep the moisture of the barley growth until the barley sprouts to 3-5mm, and the barley is picked off and dried in the sun to obtain the malt.
Furthermore, the malt is selected from the malt with yellow color, large grain, plump and complete bud.
By adopting the technical scheme, the malt is yellow, large in grain, full and complete in bud, so that the malt contains more effective substances and has better quality.
Furthermore, the licorice is raw licorice.
By adopting the technical scheme, the raw licorice has the main functions of clearing away heat and toxic materials, eliminating phlegm and stopping cough, relieving spasm and pain, and harmonizing the medicines, and is mainly used for treating positive pathological changes, such as sore throat, skin sore and furuncle, food poisoning, relieving medicine toxicity and the like.
Furthermore, the rose is rose buds.
By adopting the technical scheme, the fragrance of the rose is an essential component and mainly exists in stamens, and the fragrance is mainly volatile. Therefore, when the rose is selected, the bud containing bud is preferably selected, because the quality of the rose is increased after the flower blooms, but the fragrance of the rose is lost more, and the drug effect is reduced. In addition, the dried petals are easy to crush, and the clustered flower buds are easier to transport, and the difficulty in transportation can be reduced by selecting the flower buds.
Further, the rose is obtained by the following method:
by adopting the technical scheme, the fresh roses are dried, when the fresh roses are dried, the roses are spread into a thin layer, the corolla is downward, the corolla is firstly dried, and then the rest parts are dried by overturning. Compared with the rose buds obtained by drying in the sun, the rose buds obtained by the method have better color and fragrance.
Further, when the rose is dried, the drying temperature of the rose is 60-80 ℃, and preferably 75 ℃.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, when the temperature was too high, can destroy partial structure during the rose drying, lead to colour and fragrance to change, when the temperature was too low, rose drying duration was longer.
Further, the rose is selected to be rose with flat yin.
By adopting the technical scheme, the mountains around the Yudai river basin in Pingyun county of Jinan City of Shandong province have narrow and long middle valley and mild climate. The special topography and climate of the pearl make the strong fragrant rose in the flat yin. The Pingyin rose has strong fragrance, sweet taste and high oil content. In addition, the geranic acid is a special component of Pingyin rose, has particularly remarkable fragrance and is self-integrated in quality. Therefore, when the health tea is brewed by the Pingyin rose, the effect is better than that of the rose in other producing areas.
Furthermore, the production place of the dried orange peel is the Guangdong Xinhui.
By adopting the technical scheme, the Xinhui dried orange peel has better drug effect, the Xinhui dried orange peel contains more than 24 volatile oil components, and the flavonoid components are far higher than those of dried orange peels in other producing areas. The chemical components are as high as 41, and comprise 4 flavone C-glycosides, 7 flavone O-glycosides, 19 methoxy flavones, 3 cyclic peptides, 4 sterols, 3 organic acids and 1 alkaloid component. Besides, Xinhui dried orange peel has unique quality because of the fragrant and pungent fragrance. The Chinese medicine Erchen decoction, especially the Xinhui peel, prescribed by the Qing Dynasty physician's leaf Tianshi. Because dried orange peel produced in non-new ways has a far-reaching effect and lacks fragrance and is strange in taste (i.e., bitter and pungent taste). Therefore, the Xinhui dried orange peel can effectively reduce the bitter and hot taste caused by the dried orange peel, so that the health tea has slightly sweet taste and better mouthfeel.
Further, the water content of the red dates is less than 5%.
By adopting the technical scheme, when the water content of the red dates is less than 5%, the red dates have better effects of tonifying middle-jiao and Qi, nourishing blood and soothing nerves when being brewed, are easier to brew, and are higher in viscosity and difficult to crush when being crushed when being higher in water content.
Furthermore, the red dates are selected from the four areas of Shaanxi, Gansu, Ningxia or Xinjiang.
By adopting the technical scheme, due to the unique altitude and the arid climate of the geographical positions of the four regions, the sunlight intensity and the sunshine time are long, the photosynthesis efficiency is greatly improved, the temperature difference between day and night is large, and the nutrient components continuously generated in the day are well reserved in the low-temperature environment at night. In addition, the jujube pulp has the advantages of good air, no pollution, pure nature, more nutrition delivery inside the jujube, more trace elements contained in the jujube pulp, sufficient sugar and very high nutritive value, has better effects of tonifying middle-jiao and Qi, nourishing blood and soothing nerves, and is fragrant and sweet.
Further, the health tea for conditioning qi depression constitution comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
17% of red dates;
21% of malt;
18% of longan;
15% of rose;
9% of jasmine;
11% of liquorice;
9 percent of tangerine peel.
By adopting the technical scheme, the health tea obtained by the scheme has a good conditioning effect on qi depression constitution, can be brewed at a low temperature for a short time to have a proper concentration, and has a good taste.
Further, the health tea for conditioning qi depression constitution comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
20% of red dates;
20% of malt;
20% of longan;
20% of rose;
10% of jasmine;
10% of liquorice;
10 percent of tangerine peel.
By adopting the technical scheme, the health tea obtained by the scheme has a good conditioning effect on qi depression constitution, can be brewed at a low temperature for a short time to have a proper concentration, and has a good taste.
In order to achieve the second object, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a preparation method of health tea for conditioning constitution of qi stagnation comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: selecting medicinal materials;
step two: drying, namely respectively cleaning and drying the medicinal materials screened in the step one;
step three: and (5) grinding, namely grinding the raw materials obtained by drying in the step two respectively.
Step four: weighing, namely weighing the ground raw materials according to the corresponding weight percentage, and uniformly mixing the weighed raw materials.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, when producing health preserving tea, carefully select the medicinal material earlier, then carefully select the convenient subsequent grinding of drying of the medicinal material after carefully selecting, grind each medicinal material respectively during the grinding. This kind of mode is comparatively green, does not use remaining chemical reagent moreover, and is comparatively safe, has kept the property of a medicine of maximum extent. And then, installing the raw materials in corresponding proportions and weighing to obtain the required health tea. The mixed material prepared by the method does not need to be boiled during brewing, and only needs to be brewed by hot water with the temperature of more than 90 ℃. The brewing mode is more convenient, and compared with the boiling mode, a drinker can drink the health tea more quickly, and the health tea has better taste. In addition, as the medicinal materials are respectively ground and then weighed, compared with the traditional Chinese medicine which is usually weighed and then ground, the tea has the advantages that the parts of the raw materials in the tea are more accurate when the medicinal materials are brewed, the rigidness of the formula is realized, and the influence on the efficacy due to the fact that the actual medicine amount ratio in the health tea is not accurate enough is reduced.
Further, the method also comprises the following step five: and (4) packaging, namely packaging the mixed substances into a tea bag.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, in the actual production process, can directly make the tea with the mixed material that step four obtained and sell, also can encapsulate into the tea package and sell, can be convenient for large-scale production after encapsulating into the tea package moreover, it is comparatively convenient, in addition, after encapsulating into the tea package, can control the quantity more easily.
Further, the method also comprises the step six: the net content of tea in the tea bag is 15-25g, preferably 20g, and when one tea bag is made into tea, 400ml of water with the water temperature of more than 90 ℃ is used for making tea, and the making time is 5-10 min.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, when infusing the tea bag, can choose for use the water that the temperature is 90 ℃ to infuse, it is comparatively convenient, and a tea bag can infuse corresponding 400 ml's water moreover, and its degree of dissolving out is higher, can dash and steep many times moreover, and is comparatively convenient.
Further, in the second step, microwave drying is adopted as a drying mode, the temperature of the microwave drying is 55-65 ℃, and the drying time is 15-20 s.
By adopting the technical scheme, the microwave drying can use lower temperature, compared with the high-temperature (100-.
Further, in the fourth step, the maximum length of the milled particles is less than 1 cm.
By adopting the technical scheme, after grinding, the maximum length of the particles is less than 1cm, so that the medicinal material has larger surface area in the brewing process, the dissolution rate is increased, and compared with the shaped medicinal material, the granular medicinal material is easier to exude nutrient substances and taste, and the drug effect is enhanced. In actual production, the size of the ground particles is about the size of rice grains, and the particles with the size are convenient to encapsulate in the tea bag.
Further, in the fourth step, the maximum length of the milled particles is more than 0.5 mm.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, after the grinding, if the granule undersize, when encapsulating in the tea bag, probably spill and then influence the ratio of raw materials in the tea bag, in addition, the granule of grain of rice size compares in powdered fine powder, and it can guarantee that the thing of dissolving can not once only ooze, can carry out a lot of and steep.
In conclusion, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
firstly, as the invention adopts red date, malt, longan, rose, jasmine, liquorice and dried orange peel as raw materials, the raw materials are both medical and edible and can be used as health food, and no additive is added, thus the product has original taste and flavor. Has the effects of soothing liver-qi stagnation, strengthening spleen, nourishing heart, nourishing blood, soothing nerves, promoting qi circulation, regulating qi activity of human body and the like, and has good conditioning effect on people with qi stagnation constitution. And the preparation method has the advantages of short brewing time, high dissolution rate, no bitter taste and good taste.
Secondly, the materials of the formula are sweet and are famous records of homology of medicine and food in China, so that a drinker cannot suffer from bitter taste in drinking, and can effectively drink the tea for a long time in a daily and continuous way, thereby achieving the effect of daily health care and health preservation.
Thirdly, the health tea can be obtained without boiling water, and can be brewed for multiple times for drinking.

And (3) detecting the dissolution rate: when the tea bags prepared in examples 1-12 and comparative examples 1-2 are brewed into tea, the tea bags are brewed for 5min by using water at the temperature of 90 ℃, the tea bags are respectively brewed for 5 times, the color depth of the health tea clear liquid is observed after the tea bags are taken out, the color is 1-5 from light to dark, 1 represents that the color is almost transparent, 2 represents that the color of the solution is light red, 3 represents that the color of the solution is light red, 4 represents that the color of the solution is red, and 5 represents that the color of the solution is dark red. They were scored and averaged, with higher scores representing greater dissolution rates. The test data are shown in table 3.
2. And (3) dissolution rate detection: when the tea bags prepared in the examples 1-12 and the comparative examples 1-2 are made into tea in the last step, 400ml of water with the temperature of 90 ℃ is used for carrying out primary brewing, after 5min of brewing, the tea bags are taken out, then the tea bags are continuously brewed with 400ml of water with the temperature of 90 ℃ for the second time, after 5min of brewing, the tea bags are taken out, then the tea bags are continuously brewed with 400ml of water with the temperature of 90 ℃ for the third time, and brewing is continuously carried out until the color of the tea water after the final brewing is the same as the color of the tea water after the last brewing and the color of the tea water after the last brewing is almost colorless, and the brewing times are recorded, wherein the smaller the brewing times indicate that the dissolution rate is larger. The test data are shown in table 3.
3. And (3) taste evaluation: 20 testers with unlimited properties and ages of 18-65 are randomly selected, the health-preserving teas of examples 1-12 and comparative examples 1-2 are tasted, the bitterness degree is judged and scored, the total is 10 points, 1 point is very bitter, 2 point is slightly bitter, 3 point is not bitter and not sweet, 4 point is slightly sweet and 5 point is very sweet, and each tester averages the health-preserving teas prepared in each example or comparative example to calculate the average score of taste detection. TABLE 3
As is apparent from Table 3, in each of examples 1 to 11, the dissolution rate of the health tea was about 4, and the dissolution rate was good, and in example 12, the dissolution rate was high because the tea was ground into powder, and in addition, the dissolution rate was high, but when the tea was brewed again after two times, the concentration was insufficient, and the tea could not be brewed further.
Comparative example 1 has a low dissolution rate compared to examples 1 to 11 because it is not ground, and although it is possible to brew many times, the concentration of the health tea in each cup is not ideal.
In comparison with examples 1 to 11, the comparative example 2 has the following advantages that firstly, the raw materials are not homologous to food and medicine, secondly, although stevia rebaudiana powder is added to increase sweetness, the taste is slightly bitter after drinking due to the aftertaste effect of liquorice, and probably, a drinker cannot brew the tea on a daily basis due to the taste.
4. And (3) clinical testing: the tea bags prepared in the example 8 are respectively taken by 50 different patients clinically diagnosed as qi depression constitution, one tea bag is brewed every day, more than 3 times of brewing is carried out for one tea bag, the water amount required by brewing every time is 400ml, and after 30 days, whether the qi depression symptom of the patients is improved or not is diagnosed. Through clinical tests of 30 days, the number of patients with improved qi depression symptoms is 49, which reaches 98% of the total number of patients, and 88% of the patients have relieved qi depression symptoms to a greater extent.
