本发明公开了一种驱鸟组合物及其驱鸟方法,它由以下配比原料制成:乙基麦芽酚5‑40%、大蒜油0.1‑5%、二异丁基萘磺酸钠1‑30%、不饱和脂肪酸0.1‑5%、生物碱0.1‑5%、抗氧化剂0.01‑5%、稳定剂0.1‑2%、分散剂NNO10‑40%、乳化剂5‑10%、抗冻剂1‑5%,余量为缓释载体;具体驱鸟方法步为化学气味药包配合PVC镭射板猫头鹰及铃铛,共同达到气味、物理光学及声音三位一体共同趋避鸟害,对人和环境无害,可有效驱避大田、果园的多种鸟类,保护作物增产增收。

一种驱鸟组合物及其驱鸟方法
技术领域
本发明属于驱鸟技术领域,具体涉及一种驱鸟组合物及其驱鸟方法。
背景技术
近年来,随着国家保护鸟类力度的不断加大,高毒农药的禁用、农民护鸟意识的增强等各种因素叠加,生态环境有了很了很大的改善,随之而来的鸟类的增多,继而农作物受到鸟类危害的情况越来越严重,鸟害已是播种及收获期最令人头痛的问题,播种期轻则缺苗断垄,重则几近无苗,收获期又啄食果实,造成作物品质及产量的下降。使农民苦不堪言。
目前传统的驱鸟方法多采用声音或是视觉的刺激来驱鸟,例如放鞭炮、敲锣、稻草人、恐怖眼、驱鸟彩带等,这些方法手段单一又费时费力,鸟类很快就能适用,驱鸟效果不佳。
近年来,农用驱鸟剂,以其生物环保对鸟害无害,符合国家保护乌类的政策,同时价格
又比较低廉而深收农民欢迎,但效果不佳;现有的驱鸟产品,大多是配方单一,各成分间协同效应不佳,造成驱鸟时间短,驱避效果不完全,达不到农民预期的效果。因此开发一种安全高效、持效期长同是驱避效果完全明显的驱鸟剂意义重大,也具有明显的社会效益和经济效益。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中存在的不足之处,提供一种驱鸟组合物及其制备方法,该方案为化学气味药包配合PVC镭射板猫头鹰及铃铛,共同达到气味、物理光学及声音三位一体共同趋避鸟害,对人和环境无害,可有效驱避大田、果园的多种鸟类,保护作物增产增收。
本发明的目的是以下述方式实现的:
本发明提供了一种驱鸟组合物,它由以下重量百分比的原料制成:乙基麦芽酚5-40%、大蒜油0.1-5%、二异丁基萘磺酸钠1-30%、不饱和脂肪酸0.1-5%、生物碱0.1-5%、抗氧化剂0.01-5%、稳定剂0.1-2%、分散剂NNO10-40%、乳化剂5-10%、抗冻剂1-5%,余量为缓释载体;
所述驱鸟组合物的制备方法是先将不饱和脂肪酸、生物碱、抗冻剂、抗氧化剂和稳定剂放入分散剂NNO中搅拌溶解,随后依次加入乙基麦芽酚、二异丁基萘磺酸钠、大蒜油及乳化剂连续搅拌1h以上,直至各有效成分乳化容合成黄色油状液体为止,最后加入抗氧化剂和抗冻剂搅拌均匀即可。
根据上述的驱鸟组合物,该驱鸟组合物为液体制剂,其缓释载体为矿物脂、无机盐或甲醇乙酯。
根据上述的驱鸟组合物,该驱鸟组合物为颗粒制剂,其缓释载体为活性炭,活性炭的用量为其它原料总质量的15~45倍。
根据上述的驱鸟组合物,所述不饱和脂肪酸为肉桂酸。
根据上述的驱鸟组合物,所述生物碱为有机碱或无机碱。
根据上述的驱鸟组合物,所述抗氧化剂为丁基羟基茴香醚、二丁基羟基甲苯和特丁基对苯二酚中的一种或一种以上。
根据上述的驱鸟组合物,所述稳定剂为UV-531或UV-123中的一种或一种以上。
根据上述的驱鸟组合物,所述乳化剂为AEO-3或吐温-80。
根据上述的驱鸟组合物,所述抗冻剂为乙二醇或丙二醇。
基于上述的驱鸟组合物的驱鸟方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)按照配比将上述的驱鸟组合物计量装填成药包悬挂在大田的植物上或果园的果树上;
(2)采用红色或蓝色加炫彩镭射pvc板制成猫头鹰的形状,
(3)加上炫彩铃铛的声音配合,炫彩铃铛的声音达到75分贝以上。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果:
本发明提供的一种驱鸟组合物及其驱鸟方法,该为化学气味药包配合PVC镭射板猫头鹰及铃铛,共同达到气味、物理光学及声音三位一体共同趋避鸟害,对人和环境无害。
具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
以下PVC板加炫彩镭射膜复合而成,均为市售产品,如深圳市时美薄膜有限公司及深圳市华州包装制品有限公司。
实施例1:
本发明提供了一种驱鸟组合物,它由以下重量百分比的原料制成:乙基麦芽酚35g、大蒜油1g、肉桂酸10g、生物碱1.5g、分散剂NNO10g、丁基羟基茴香醚1g、UV-531 1g、活性炭30g、吐温-80 10g、丙二醇5g。
上述的驱鸟组合物的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
先将肉桂酸、生物碱、抗冻剂、丁基羟基茴香醚和UV-531放入无水乙醇中搅拌溶解,随后依次加入乙基麦芽酚、大蒜油、丙二醇及吐温-80连续搅拌1h以上,直至各有效成分乳化容合成黄色油状液体为止,最后加入活性炭搅拌均匀即可。
本发明组合驱鸟在趋避大田鸟害可达85-90%,化学气味可有效保留在载体上15-30天(药包可以更换),猫头鹰驱鸟板和驱鸟铃铛可循环利用。
以上所述的仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明整体构思前提下,还可以作出若干改变和改进,这些也应该视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种驱鸟组合物,其特征在于它由以下重量百分比的原料制成:乙基麦芽酚5-40%、大蒜油0.1-5%、二异丁基萘磺酸钠1-30%、不饱和脂肪酸0.1-5%、生物碱0.1-5%、抗氧化剂0.01-5%、稳定剂0.1-2%、分散剂NNO10-40%、乳化剂5-10%、抗冻剂1-5%,余量为缓释载体;
所述驱鸟组合物的制备方法是先将不饱和脂肪酸、生物碱、抗冻剂、抗氧化剂和稳定剂放入分散剂NNO中搅拌溶解,随后依次加入乙基麦芽酚、二异丁基萘磺酸钠、大蒜油及乳化剂连续搅拌1h以上,直至各有效成分乳化容合成黄色油状液体为止,最后加入抗氧化剂和抗冻剂搅拌均匀即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的驱鸟组合物,其特征在于:该驱鸟组合物为液体制剂,其缓释载体为矿物脂、无机盐或甲醇乙酯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的驱鸟组合物,其特征在于:该驱鸟组合物为颗粒制剂,其缓释载体为活性炭,活性炭的用量为其它原料总质量的15~45倍。
4.根据权利要求1所述的驱鸟组合物,其特征在于:所述不饱和脂肪酸为肉桂酸。
5.根据权利要求1所述的驱鸟组合物,其特征在于:所述生物碱为有机碱或无机碱。
6.根据权利要求1所述的驱鸟组合物,其特征在于:所述抗氧化剂为丁基羟基茴香醚、二丁基羟基甲苯和特丁基对苯二酚中的一种或一种以上。
7.根据权利要求1所述的驱鸟组合物,其特征在于:所述稳定剂为UV-531或UV-123中的一种或一种以上。
8.根据权利要求1所述的驱鸟组合物,其特征在于:所述乳化剂为AEO-3或吐温-80。
9.根据权利要求1所述的驱鸟组合物,其特征在于:所述抗冻剂为乙二醇或丙二醇。
10.基于根据权利要求1所述的驱鸟组合物的驱鸟方法,其特征在于具体步骤如下:
(1)按照配比将上述的驱鸟组合物计量装填成药包悬挂在大田的植物上或果园的果树上;
(2)采用红色或蓝色加炫彩镭射pvc板制成猫头鹰的形状,
(3)加上炫彩铃铛的声音配合,炫彩铃铛的声音达到75分贝以上。
