the upper cotton rolling roller (3) and the lower cotton rolling roller (4) are adjacently arranged at the cotton inlet (201) and form a cotton rolling channel (204) between the two, and both comprise:
an outer rotary drum (301) which is rotatably arranged on the handheld shell (2) and is positioned at the cotton inlet (201), a plurality of first through holes (302) are arranged on the drum wall,
an inner fixed cylinder (303) arranged on the hand-held shell (2) and positioned in the outer rotary cylinder (301), wherein a cam groove (304) is arranged on the inner fixed cylinder,
a push rod (305) arranged between the outer rotary drum (301) and the inner fixed drum (303),
cotton clamping teeth (306) are arranged on the push rod (305) and penetrate out of the first through hole (302),
and the sliding block (307) is arranged on the push rod (305) and is arranged in the cam groove (304) in a sliding mode and used for sliding along the circumferential direction of the inner fixed cylinder (303), meanwhile, the sliding block (307) is enabled to realize radial protruding movement along the inner fixed cylinder (303), and the cotton clamping teeth (306) are driven to penetrate out of and retract into the first through hole (302).
2. A novel cotton picker according to claim 1, wherein the inner stator drum (303) comprises:
a mandrel (3031) fixedly arranged on the handheld shell (2),
two guide plates (3032) are sleeved at two ends of the mandrel (3031), the cam groove (304) is arranged on one side surface of the guide plate (3032),
two bearings (3033) are arranged between the mandrel (3031) and the outer rotary drum (301).
3. The novel cotton picker according to claim 1, further comprising:
a drive motor (5) arranged in the hand-held housing (2),
a drive gear (6) provided on an output shaft of the drive motor (5),

an upper root (30611) arranged on the push rod (305) of the upper cotton-rolling roller (3),
an arcuate single tooth (30612) disposed on the upper root (30611),
the lower lint picker tooth (3062) comprises:
a lower root (30621) provided on the push rod (305) of the lower cotton-rolling roller (4),
the cotton picking machine comprises an arc-shaped double tooth (30622) and a notch (30623) formed in the arc-shaped double tooth, wherein the notch (30623) is used for allowing the arc-shaped single tooth (30612) to pass through, and the arc-shaped double tooth (30622) is used for clamping cotton together with the arc-shaped single tooth (30612).
6. The novel cotton picker according to claim 5,
the upper root part (30611) is rotationally arranged on the push rod (305) of the upper cotton rolling roller (3),
the upper root (30611) includes:
the cross section of the rotating sleeve (306111) is in a preferred arc shape, a strip-shaped notch (3061111) is formed in the rotating sleeve, a limiting stopper (3051) is formed on the pushing rod (305), the limiting stopper (3051) slides in the strip-shaped notch (3061111) along the circumferential direction of the rotating sleeve (306111) and is used for limiting the rotating angle of the rotating sleeve (306111),
