Description

Support fitting for a tiltable leaf of a window or door
Technical Field
The invention relates to a support fitting for a movable, in particular tiltable, leaf of a window or door. Furthermore, the invention relates to a window or door having such a support fitting.
Background
It is known to use fittings in order to support the opening and/or closing of a tiltable leaf of a window or door.
To this end, CH 684350 a5 discloses a tilt-slide door with spring-loaded spreader shears (Ausstellscheren).
DE 10300655 a1 discloses a window, the window leaf of which can be actuated by means of a cable drive. The drive device has a spring for loading the cable drive with a spring force.
EP 0960999 a1 discloses a tilt-up window (Kippfenster) with a spring which can be actuated by movement of a spreader arm (ausslelarm).
EP 0276678 a2 discloses a support fitting for a tiltable fan with a helical compression spring, which applies a closing torque to the supporting arm when the fan is closed and a holding torque to the supporting arm when the fan is tilted.
DE 102015000452 a1 discloses a support fitting with a spring which supports both the opening and the closing of the window.
DE 2357019 a1 discloses a helical spring for the opening support of a roof window.

DE 102012106191B 4 discloses a support fitting with two rigid arms which are connected by a rotation axis. In order to save installation space, the spring is fitted in the direction of the axis of rotation in an intermediate space which is constructed between the arms in the following manner: the arms are spaced from each other in the direction of the axis of rotation.
The known support fittings are structurally complex and can be adapted only to a very limited extent to different support functions or fan sizes.
Disclosure of Invention
In contrast, the object of the present invention is to provide a support fitting which is simple in construction and can be used in a wide variety of ways. It is also an object of the invention to provide a window or door with such a support fitting.
According to the invention, this object is achieved by a support fitting and a window or door having a support fitting according to the invention. The following text describes preferred embodiments.
The object of the invention is therefore achieved by a support fitting for a movable, in particular at least tiltable, leaf of a window or door. The support fitting is configured as an assembly which can be arranged between a leaf of a window or door and a fixed frame. The support fitting has a support arm and a spring element which is arranged or formed on the support arm at one end. The support arm has at least two, in particular exactly two, elongate cantilevers. The cantilevers are arranged at an angle with respect to each other. The cantilever is configured to be elongate (i.e., longer than it is wide). Preferably, the cantilevers have the same maximum width. The support arm has a pivot point about which the support arm can pivot. The pivot point is preferably located between the two cantilevers. The support arm can therefore be designed in a dart (Bumerang) manner.
The at least two cantilevers can be twistable relative to one another, but can be rigidly fixed relative to one another. For example, the cantilevers can engage one another, in particular at the point of rotation. A screw connection or a quick-closure can be provided in order to adjust and fixedly connect the two cantilevers relative to one another. Due to the adjustability of the support arm, the support fitting can optionally be used as an opening support or closing support for the fan side, i.e. the horizontal side (upper or lower side) of the fan or the vertical side of the fan.
When the support arm is constructed in one piece, a structurally particularly simple configuration is provided.
Due to the specific design of the support arm and the spatial separation of the support arm from the spring element, a structurally particularly simple support fitting results, which can be easily adapted to different fan sizes or purposes of use by simple structural changes.
The support accessory can have a first rail. The support arm can be connected to the first rail via a pivot axis. Furthermore, the second end of the spring element can be connected to the first rail, in particular pivotably. The first rail enables not only the attachment of the spring element to the support arm but also the simple attachment of the support fitting to the fan or the fixed frame.
In order to ensure an optimum force transmission from the spring element to the support arm, the support arm is preferably connected to the first rail at an elevated position with respect to the spring element. The support arm and/or the first rail can have a small platform (post) so that the support arm is connected to the first rail in a simple manner and in a manner elevated with respect to the spring element.
The support arm is connected at one end to the spring element. At the other end, the support arm can be pivotably arranged on the second rail. The second rail may be configured for securing to a fixed frame or fan.
Preferably, the support arm and the spring element are configured as a retrofit assembly, i.e. are provided in addition to the at least one spreading arm. In particular, the support fitting preferably has two spreader arms between the first rail and the second rail, the support arms being arranged in particular between these spreader arms. The support arm and the spring element can be retrofitted particularly easily if the support fitting has a third rail on which the spring element and the support arm are arranged. The third rail is preferably mounted on the first rail.
In order to simplify the assembly of the support fitting, the support arm can have a T-shaped projection in the region of its second end, which can engage with an edge of the elongated hole in the second rail. Then, to assemble the support fitting, the T-shaped projection can be introduced into the slot and twisted. This enables tool-less assembly of the support fitting.
When the spring element is arranged at the first end of the support arm by means of the hook connection, the assembly friendliness and versatility of the support fitting is further improved. In this case, it is particularly preferred if both the spring element and the support wall each have hooks which engage in one another in the assembled state. The hook of the support arm can be formed integrally with the support arm.
The spring force of the spring element can be adjustable in order to match different fan sizes or different fan weights. This adjustability can be achieved in particular by the adjustability of the length of the spring element.
The angle α between the cantilevers of the support arms (in particular substantially facing the second rail) can be greater than about 180 ° in order to achieve the closing support by the support fitting. The angle α can be smaller than approximately 180 ° in order to achieve an open support (correspondingly in the case of the use of a tension spring). In the case of the use of a pressure spring, it is conceivable that the situation is reversed. If the angle α lies in a range around 180 °, both the opening and closing support can be implemented at least in sections.
In a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, however, the angle α between the cantilever arms is between 0 ° and 165 °, in order to hold the fan in a position spaced apart from the fixed frame by the restoring force of the spring element. This prevents the fan from being tilted closed in an uncontrolled manner, for example due to wind forces, unfavorable fan specifications and/or the glass pane being arranged in the fan far from the outside (Zukippen).
The upper side of the support arm is preferably designed mirror-symmetrically to the lower side of the support arm. The support arm can be mounted so as to be rotatable through 180 ° perpendicularly to the axis of rotation, so that both a support fitting which opens to the right and a support fitting which opens to the left can be realized by the same components of the support fitting. In other words, the support arm can be mounted in such a way that it is turned 180 ° about the longitudinal axis of the first rail.
The object is further achieved according to the invention by a window or door having a fixed frame, a leaf which is movable relative to the fixed frame, and the support fitting described at the present time.
The window or door leaf can be tiltable and/or releasable from a fixed frame (absellen). Subsequently, the fan can be configured in a movable manner parallel to the fixed frame. Alternatively or additionally thereto, the fan can be configured in a pivotable manner.
The first rail is preferably constructed in the form of a fan rail that can be fitted to a fan. The second rail is preferably constructed in the form of a slide rail which is movable relative to the fixed frame.
The support fitting is preferably designed in the form of a preassembled assembly which is arranged between the fan and the fastening frame and connects the fan to the fastening frame.
The spring element is preferably arranged in the support fitting such that the spring element is tensioned when the fan is closed.
Drawings
Further advantages of the invention emerge from the description and the drawings. Likewise, the features mentioned above and yet to be further developed can each be used according to the invention individually or in any combination of a plurality. The embodiments shown and described are not to be understood as exhaustive enumeration but rather have exemplary character for the description of the invention.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1 shows a door 10 having a fixed frame 12 and a leaf 14. The fan 14 is supported on its underside by a carriage assembly 16. When the fan 14 is released from the fixed frame 12, the fan is able to move in the direction of arrow 18. Arrow 18 symbolizes the opening direction. The fan 14 according to fig. 1 is shown as a fan which is open to the right. The movement of the fan 14 is carried out in particular in a parallel manner away from the fixed frame 12.
The tackle assembly 16 has a first tackle 20 and in particular a second tackle 22. The carriages 20, 22 run on slide rails 24.
Fan 14 has a handle 26. The handle 26 is movable into a first handle position 26a in which the fan 14 is in the closed position. In this closed position, the fan 14 is fixedly locked to the fixed frame 12. If the handle 26 is pivoted into the second handle position 26b, the fan 14 can be released from the fixed frame 12 and moved in the direction of arrow 18. The fan 14 is then in the on position. In contrast, if the handle 26 is pivoted from the first handle position 26a into the third handle position 26c, the fan 14 cannot be released from the fixed frame 12 on one side (here on the underside thereof). However, the fan 14 can then be moved away from the fixed frame 12 on one side (here with its upper side) so that the user can move the fan 14 into the tilted position. The one-sided attachment of the fan 14 to the fixed frame 12 (here on its upper side) is achieved by means of a support fitting 28.
Fig. 2a shows the support fitting 28 in the position of the fan 14 in which it is released in parallel (see fig. 1). The support fitting 28 has two spreader arms 30a, 30 b. The spreader arms 30a, 30b connect the first rail 32a with the second rail 32 b. The first rail 32a may be arranged indirectly or, as in the present case, directly on the fan 14 (see fig. 1). The second rail 32b is currently configured in the form of a sliding rail and is movable relative to the fixed frame 12 (see fig. 1) in order to be able to move the fan 14 (see fig. 1) in the direction of the arrow 18 (see fig. 1). The second rail 32b has carriages 34a, 34b, which are made of plastic in particular.
A control arm 36 is pivotably arranged on the first spreader arm 30 a. The control arm 36 enables locking of the support fitting 28 in the fully open position in which the fan 14 (see fig. 1) as a whole can be released and moved from the fixed frame 12 (see fig. 1). In fig. 2a, the support fitting 28 is shown in a fully open position, i.e. a position for moving the fan 14 (see fig. 1). In the tilted position, the support fitting 28 is not as wide open as in the fully open position for moving the fan 14 (see fig. 1). The support fitting 28 is not locked in the tilted position by the control arm 36.
The second distracting arm 30b is pivotally connected to the dampener arm 38 of the support accessory 28. A damper 40 connected to the damper arm 38 damps the opening and/or closing movement of the support fitting 28.
A support arm 42 is arranged between the spreader arms 30a, 30 b.
The support arm 42 is pivotally connected to the first rail 32a about a pivot point 44. The fastening of the support arm 42 is preferably effected here by means of a rivet 46.
The support arm 42 is connected with its first end 48a to the spring element 50 and with its second end 48b to the second rail 32 b. The spring element 50 is (indirectly in the present case) connected with the first rail 32 a. The spring element 50 is arranged in such a way that it can pivot or deflect relative to the first rail 32 a.
Fig. 2b shows the support fitting 28 in a side view. Fig. 2b illustrates that the support arm 42 and the spring element 50 are arranged vertically between the first rail 32a and the second rail 32 b.
Fig. 2c shows the support fitting 28 in a top view. As can be seen in fig. 2c, support arm 42 has a first cantilever arm 52a and a second cantilever arm 52 b. A first cantilever 52a extends between pivot point 44 and spring member 50. Second suspension arm 52b extends between pivot point 44 and an attachment portion 54 of support arm 42 on second rail 32 b.
Fig. 2d shows a part of a top view of the support fitting 28 according to fig. 2c, the support fitting 28 being in a partially closed position. As can be seen from fig. 2d, the attachment of the support arm 42 to the spring element 50 is realized by means of a hook connection 56. The attachment 54 of the support arm 42 to the second rail 32b is realized by a T-shaped projection 58, which can be guided by a long hole 60 of the second rail 32b for the assembly of the support fitting 28.
The spring force of the spring element 50 can be adjusted in that the length of the spring element 50 can be adjusted. Both the first suspension arm 52a and the second suspension arm 52B extend oblong, since the maximum width B1, B2 of the suspension arms 52a, 52B is smaller than the length L1, L2 of the suspension arms 52a, 52B.
In order to achieve an opening support, the arms 52a, 52b have an opening angle α of between 0 ° and 165 °, preferably between 100 ° and 150 °, particularly preferably between 115 ° and 135 °, with respect to the pivot point 44. If the opening angle α > approximately 180 °, in the exemplary embodiment shown >165 °, the support fitting 28 can be used as a closing support.
For selecting the opening angle α, the suspension arms 52a, 52b are configured to be pivotable relative to one another about the pivot point 44, but to be fixed relative to one another. The suspension arms 52a, 52b can have, for example, teeth (not shown) in the region of the pivot point 44, so that the suspension arms 52a, 52b can be rigidly fixed relative to one another. In contrast, in the exemplary embodiment shown, the support arm 42 is formed in one piece.
Fig. 3a shows a side view of a part of the support fitting 28. As can be seen in fig. 3a, the support fitting 28 has a third rail 32 c. The spring element 50 and the support arm 42 are arranged directly, in particular pivotably, on the third rail. Thus, the third rail 32c enables the main components of the support fitting 28 to be combined in a pre-assembled unit. Based on the third rail 32c, the support arm 42 and the spring element 50 are indirectly arranged on the first rail 32a (see fig. 2 a).
The preassembled unit shown in fig. 3a can be inserted as a retrofit assembly into an assembly consisting of a first rail 32a (see fig. 2a) and a second rail 32b (see fig. 2 a). Here, the attachment to the first rail 32a (see fig. 2a) is preferably effected by means of at least one screw 62a, 62 b. In this case, the at least one screw 62a, 62b can be screwed onto the nut 64a, 64 b. In this case, at least one nut 64a, 64b, preferably both nuts 64a, 64b, can be pressed by the third rail 32 c.
Further, the third rail 32c may have a small platform 66. The small platform 66 enables the support arm 42 to be arranged at half the height H of the spring element 50. The small platform 66 may be constructed integrally with the third rail 32 c.
Fig. 3b shows the support fitting 28 according to fig. 3a in a top view. As can be seen from a comparison of fig. 2d with fig. 3b, the holding arms 42 in fig. 3b are arranged in a mirror image to the holding arms 42 in fig. 2 d. Starting from the support arm 42 in fig. 2d, the support arm 42 in fig. 3b is mounted so as to be pivotable about the longitudinal axis LA1 or LA2 of the first suspension arm 52a or the second suspension arm 52 b. In this case, longitudinal axis LA1 or LA2 extends perpendicular to the axis of rotation of support arm 42, which axis of rotation extends through pivot point 44. The support fitting 28 according to fig. 3b can thus be mounted so as to be open to the left, whereas the opening fitting 28 according to fig. 2a to 2d is configured so as to be open to the right.
The upper part of the T-shaped projection 58 is oriented at an angle β relative to the longitudinal axis LA2 of the second bracket 52b, wherein the angle β is between 70 ° and 110 °, in particular between 80 ° and 100 °, particularly preferably between 85 ° and 95 °.
The invention relates generally to a support fitting 28, which supports opening and/or closing in the region of one of the four fan sides, with an overview of all the images of the drawing. The support fitting 28 has an angled support arm 42 with a pivot point 44. The support arm 44 has at least two suspension arms 52a, 52b, in particular exactly two suspension arms 52a, 52 b. Pivot point 44 of support arm 42 may be configured between cantilevered arms 52a, 52 b. The length of the cantilevers 52a, 52b is greater than the width, respectively. The support arm 42 is connected at one end to the spring element 50 such that pivoting of the support arm 42 about the pivot point 44 causes tensioning or compression of the spring element 50. The support arm 42 and the spring element 50 are preferably each arranged pivotably on the first rail 32a of the support fitting 28. The support arm 42 is pivotably arranged at the other end on the second rail 32 b. The pivot point 44 of the support arm 42 may be located at the small platform 66 of the first rail 32 a. The pivot point 44 is preferably located at half the height H of the spring element 50. The support fitting 28 can support the opening and/or closing of the fan side in a structurally particularly simple manner.
