本文所描述的车门模块由织物形成。织物包括增强纤维和第二热塑性组分。织物与第一热塑性组分包覆成型以创建一体式框架。通过第一热塑性组分包覆成型提供用于卡口式连接、线束等的连接点。包覆成型还可形成用于音频设备的壳体以及车窗升降器的必要结构。

3.根据权利要求1所述的车门模块,其中,基于所述一体式框架的总重量,所述第一热塑性组分包括10重量%至60重量%的玻璃纤维。
4.根据权利要求1所述的车门模块,其中,基于所述织物的总重量,所述织物包括30重量%至70重量%的所述第二热塑性组分。
5.根据权利要求1所述的车门模块,其中,所述织物包括玻璃纤维和热塑性聚合物,所述热塑性聚合物包括聚酰胺、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚乙烯共聚物、聚丙烯共聚物或其组合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的车门模块,进一步包括粘合剂,所述粘合剂设置在所述一体式框架的一部分与所述织物的一部分之间。
7.一种制造车门模块的方法,包括:
模制织物,并将包含第一热塑性组分的一体式框架包覆成型到所述织物上,
其中所述织物包括增强纤维和第二热塑性组分,在模压工艺中,在所述织物与所述一体式框架包覆成型之前,对所述织物和所述第二热塑性组分进行预热,所述第一热塑性组分在一次所述模压工艺中模压到具有所述一体式框架的所述织物上,
其中包覆成型的一体式框架提供用于卡口式连接或线束的连接点、用于音频设备的壳体和用于车窗升级器的结构中的至少一种,所述车门模块进一步包括由闭孔聚合物泡沫形成的周边密封件。
8.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,所述一体式框架包括聚丙烯和玻璃纤维,并且所述织物包括聚丙烯和玻璃纤维。
9.根据权利要求7所述的方法,进一步包括在包覆成型之前对所述织物进行表面处理。
10.根据权利要求7所述的方法,进一步包括在包覆成型之前将粘合剂施加到所述织物上。
11.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,所述一体式框架包括聚丙烯和玻璃纤维。
