displaying video pictures acquired by the monitoring center and displaying video pictures of the dangerous area during alarming;
according to environment and situation information collected by a large monitoring center, dividing dangers into three grades, wherein the three grades of dangers are respectively from low to high: primary, secondary and tertiary hazards;
appointing a console seat to give an alarm, and controlling the alarm mode of the console seat;
the control console seat is in voice communication with field personnel in a monitored area, and the voice except both voice communication sides is eliminated in a voiceprint recognition mode.
2. The control method according to claim 1, wherein the displaying of the video pictures collected by the monitoring center and the video pictures of the dangerous area in case of alarm comprises:
when no alarm exists, displaying video pictures of each area acquired by the large monitoring center in real time;
when alarming, switching a video display interface and displaying a video picture of a dangerous area corresponding to the alarm;
displaying alarm information on a video picture displaying a dangerous area corresponding to the alarm;
when a plurality of dangerous alarms occur, the video pictures of the alarm areas corresponding to the seats of different control consoles are displayed one by one in a circulating manner.
3. The control method according to claim 1, wherein the dividing of the risk into three levels according to the environmental and situation information collected by the large monitoring center comprises:
determining the dangerous attribute of the situation monitored by the large monitoring center according to the data information acquired by the large monitoring center;
determining the danger level of the situation according to the danger attribute of the situation;
and sending the danger level and the situation to the seat of the console for alarming.
4. The control method according to claim 1, wherein the controlling of the designated console seat to alarm and the controlling of the manner of the alarm of the console seat comprise:
when danger alarms of different levels in different areas occur at the same time, alarming by taking the highest level danger in the dangers of different levels as a standard; and appointing a console seat to alarm;
when danger alarms of different levels occur in different areas, a control desk seat is assigned preferentially according to the danger level to alarm the danger of relatively high level, the alarm time is 5s, and the control desk seat marked to alarm at high danger level is a high-level danger alarm seat; when high-level danger alarming is carried out, a control console seat adjacent to the high-level danger alarming seat is designated as a low-level danger alarming seat, and relatively low-level danger alarming information is distributed to the low-level danger alarming seats to wait for alarming in a queue; after the high-level alarm seat finishes alarming for 5s, the low-level danger alarm seat immediately alarms the low-level danger, and the alarm time is 5 s; the high-level danger alarm seats and the low-level danger alarm seats are controlled to carry out alternate alarm in a reciprocating and circulating manner, the alarm time of each high-level danger alarm seat and each low-level danger alarm seat is 5s, and the alarm is turned off until workers of the high-level danger alarm seats and the low-level danger alarm seats;
when the danger alarm with the same danger level occurs in different areas, two console seats are simultaneously appointed to alarm simultaneously, and the two console seats are selected to meet the following conditions:
condition one, the monitoring personnel of the two console seats must be different personnel
