Namely, the medicines should be used with caution for senile patients with dementia.
If the input information to be evaluated is the name of the medicine of the old person with potential improper medication, the information matching and intelligent recommending module 103 searches the multiple medication risk database for the risk of the old person with potential improper medication corresponding to the medicine name, and takes the risk of the old person with potential improper medication as the multiple medication risk evaluation result of the old patient. Before inputting the name of the medicine, the acting system of the medicine to be inquired can be judged according to professional knowledge for doctors to use conveniently, and comprises nervous system medicine, mental medicine, antipyretic, analgesic, anti-inflammatory and anti-rheumatism medicine, cardiovascular system medicine, antiallergic medicine, endocrine system medicine, blood system medicine, urinary system medicine, respiratory system medicine, anti-infective medicine, digestive system medicine, anesthetic and anesthetic auxiliary medicine and skeletal muscle relaxant. The user may select a subdivision system and then enter the drug name. For example, the information to be evaluated sent by the information receiving and uploading module 102 is blood ph > 7.45, which is found in the multi-medication risk database, and the risk drugs of the elderly patient in the clinical index early warning value range are sodium bicarbonate, furosemide and hydrochlorothiazide, which should be used carefully.
The result display module 104 is configured to return a data result corresponding to the information to be evaluated to the WeChat terminal for display;
specifically, the information matching and intelligent recommendation module 103 performs data matching and mining on the information to be evaluated from the wechat terminal according to the medicine and disease information in the multiple medication risk database. Depending on the information to be evaluated, the result presentation may be a different combination between a list of risky drugs, a point of risk/use recommendation for drug use, a category of alert drugs, a drug risk intensity.
And the use information recording module 105 is configured to record the use condition of the user at the WeChat terminal for subsequent analysis.
The use case comprises real-time access data and access data statistics of the small program, such as data of the source, the scale, the frequency, the duration and the like of the small program user access.
As shown in fig. 4, the present embodiment provides a method for evaluating the risk of multiple drug administrations to an elderly patient, which includes the following steps:

Step S103: information matching and intelligent recommendation steps

And recording the use condition of the user at the WeChat terminal for subsequent analysis. In summary, the old patient multi-medication risk assessment systems and methods of the two embodiments receive information to be assessed of the interactive terminal, query results related to the information to be assessed, and finally display the results on the interactive terminal and record query information of the user by establishing a corresponding old patient multi-medication risk database, so that medical staff can be helped to quickly query the old patient multi-medication information, more reasonable medicines can be selected for the old patient, medication safety of the old patient is guaranteed, and the old patient multi-medication risk assessment systems and methods are worthy of being popularized and used.

the interactive terminal is used for providing an interactive interface for a user, receiving and uploading information to be evaluated input by the user, receiving and displaying a data result corresponding to the information to be evaluated;
and the interactive terminal and the multiple medication risk database are in communication connection with the multiple medication evaluation intelligent system.

The system of claim 1, wherein the system comprises: the multi-use evaluation intelligent system comprises a use information recording module and an information matching and intelligent recommending module; the using information recording module is used for recording the using information of the user at the interactive terminal for subsequent data analysis; and the information matching and intelligent recommendation module is used for performing data matching and mining on the information to be evaluated from the interactive terminal according to the medicine and disease information in the multi-medication risk database, and acquiring a data result corresponding to the information to be evaluated.

The system of claim 1, wherein the system comprises: the interactive terminal comprises an information receiving and uploading module and a result display module; the information receiving and uploading module is used for receiving and uploading information to be evaluated, which is input by a user at the interactive terminal; the result display module; and the data processing module is used for returning the data result corresponding to the information to be evaluated to the interactive terminal for displaying.

The system of claim 1, wherein the system comprises: the system for evaluating the risk of the multiple medication of the old patients further comprises a multiple medication risk database establishing module which is used for establishing the multiple medication risk database according to the medicine and disease information.
5. The system of claim 4, wherein the risk assessment system for multiple medication of the elderly patient comprises: the medicine and disease information comprises medicine names, disease names, clinical index early warning values and medicine and disease interaction information.

The system of claim 5, wherein the risk assessment system for multiple medication of the elderly patient comprises: the drug disease interaction information includes disease-drug risk, potentially inappropriate administration for geriatric syndrome, potentially inappropriate administration risk for the elderly, perioperative administration risk, pre-alarm value risk drugs;
wherein the disease-drug risk information is medication risk points and use suggestions for using a certain drug in a known geriatric disease state; potentially inappropriate medication for geriatric syndrome information is inappropriate medication in the context of known geriatric syndrome; the potential improper medication risk information of the old people is medication risk points/use suggestions corresponding to some medicines which may not be suitable for the old people, and two levels are adopted to warn the classification of the medicines and the risk intensity of the medicines; the perioperative medication risk information is the potential risk and use suggestion corresponding to the improper medication of the elderly patients in the period from the determination of the start of the operation treatment to the end of the operation treatment; the early warning value risk medicine information is risk medicine of the old in a certain physiological index range.
