Abstract

本发明公开了一种消音装置,包括风道模块,鼓风机,消音模块;风道模块包括一腔体,在腔体上设置进气端和出气端,鼓风机安装在风道模块的腔体内,鼓风机的出气口与消音模块连接,消音模块中设置有一个或多个腔室,腔室的管道截面大于鼓风机的出气口截面。当气体进入消音模块的同时,声波从同一方向进入消音模块,由于管道截面的突然扩张,造成通道内部的声音阻抗发生突变,声波的传播方向产生突变在腔室内发生反射及干涉现象,从而达到消声的目的。

一种消音装置
技术领域
本发明属于医疗器械领域,尤其涉及一种用于连续气道正压通气器械上的消音装置,这里描述其在连续气道正压通气治疗设备中的应用,但是应当理解本发明的特征将包含应用于其它领域的用途。
背景技术
用于持续气道正压通气治疗设备通常包含一鼓风机,鼓风机通过其内部的风机叶片高速旋转在其内部形成负压,持续气道正压通气治疗设备。外部的空气通过进气口源源不断的补充进来,空气从进气口进入持续气道正压通气治疗设备之后会先经过一段气道,到达鼓风机所在的腔室,由鼓风机经由湿化罐或直接输入到患者端。持续气道正压通气治疗设备工作时候的产生的噪音主要由以上2种原因产生:鼓风机工作时候自身产生的宽频带噪音,以及空气通过风道产生的风噪。
因持续气道正压通气治疗设备使用环境大多是晚上,如果有持续存在的高分贝噪音存在,会影响用户的睡眠质量。因此,需要设计一种消音装置提高用户的使用体验。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明设计一种用于持续气道正压通气治疗设备上的消音装置。
本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种消音装置,主要包括风道模块、鼓风机、消音模块。
风道模块包括一呈腔体的风道主体,在风道主体上设置进气端和出气端,鼓风机安装在风道主体内,鼓风机的出气口与消音模块连接,消音模块中设置有一个或多个腔室,腔室的管道截面大于鼓风机的出气口截面。
进一步的,消音模块的腔室通过带有开孔的隔板隔开。
进一步的,消音模块装配在湿化罐内部,消音模块的出气口通入湿化罐内部。
进一步的,湿化罐的出气口设置在湿化罐上盖上。
进一步的,风道模块的出气端一端连接鼓风机的出气口,另一端连接消音模块的进气口。
作为一种优选方式,鼓风机和消音模块均设置在风道主体中,消音模块的出气口安装在风道模块的出气端。
进一步的,以上所述的消音装置,鼓风机的出气口与消音模块的进气口之间通过硅胶圈密封。
当气体进入消音模块的同时,声波从同一方向进入消音模块,由于管道截面的突然扩张,造成通道内部的声音阻抗发生突变,声波的传播方向产生突变在腔室内发生反射及干涉现象,从而达到消声的目的。
本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明能够降低持续气道正压通气治疗设备工作过程中产生的噪音,提高用户体验。

具体实施方式
为了便于本领域技术人员的理解,下面结合实施例与附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1:图1所示为风道模块及消音模块3的装配图,如图2所示为风道模块与消音模块3的爆炸图。
风道模块包括一风道主体1和风道上盖4,风道主体1呈一个腔体,在风道主体1上设置进气端5和出气端11,鼓风机2安装在风道主体1内,鼓风机2的出气口与消音模块3连接,消音模块3中设置有一个或多个腔室,腔室的管道截面大于鼓风机2的出气口截面。
消音模块3的腔室呈圆柱状并列设置4组,即第一腔室3-1,第二腔室3-2,第三腔室3-3,第四腔室3-4,腔室之间通过带有开孔的隔板隔开。
风道模块的出气端11一端连接鼓风机2的出气口,另一端连接消音模块3的进气口。
鼓风机2的出气口与消音模块3的进气口之间通过硅胶圈7密封。
如图3所示为剖面图,气体通过风道模块顶部、风道上盖4上的进气口吸入到风道主体1中,而鼓风机2的进气口设置在底部。
鼓风机2内部的扇叶高速转动产生负压,鼓风机2从底部的进气口吸入气体输出到消音模块3。消音模块3中设置有一个或多个腔室,当气体进入消音模块3的同时,声波从同一方向进入消音模块3,由于管道截面的突然扩张,造成通道内部的声音阻抗发生突变,声波的传播方向产生突变在腔室内发生反射及干涉现象,从而达到消声的目的。
实施例2:如图4~图6为消音模块3装配在湿化罐内部的实施方案,其他同实施例1。如图5所示为爆炸图,包含风道主体1、风道上盖4、鼓风机2、硅胶圈7、湿化罐上盖9、消音模块3、湿化罐主体8。消音模块3装配在湿化罐内部,消音模块3出气口6通入湿化罐主体8内部。湿化罐出气口10设置在湿化罐上盖9上。
如图6所示为剖面图,鼓风机2内部的扇叶高速转动产生负压,气体通过进气口吸入到风道主体1中,鼓风机2吸入气体输出到消音模块3中,此时消音模块3设置于湿化罐主体8中。消音模块3中设置有一个或多个腔室,当气体进入消音模块3的同时,声波从同一方向进入消音模块3,由于管道截面的突然扩张,造成通道内部的声音阻抗发生突变,声波的传播方向产生突变在腔室内发生反射及干涉现象,从而达到消声的目的。
实施例3:如图7~图9为消音模块3装配在风道模块内部的实施方案。鼓风机2和消音模块3均设置在风道模块的风道主体1中,消音模块3出气口6安装在风道模块的出气端11。如图8所示为爆炸图。
如图9所示为剖面图,鼓风机2内部的扇叶高速转动产生负压,气体通过进气口吸入到风道主体1中,鼓风机2吸入气体输出到消音模块3。消音模块3中设置有一个或多个腔室,当气体进入消音模块3的同时,声波从同一方向进入消音模块3,由于管道截面的突然扩张,造成通道内部的声音阻抗发生突变,声波的传播方向产生突变在腔室内发生反射及干涉现象,从而达到消声的目的。

Claims (9)

1.一种消音装置,其特征在于:包括风道模块,鼓风机,消音模块;
风道模块包括一呈腔体的风道主体,在风道主体上设置进气端和出气端,鼓风机安装在风道主体内,鼓风机的出气口与消音模块连接,消音模块中设置有一个或多个腔室,腔室的管道截面大于鼓风机的出气口截面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的消音装置,其特征在于:消音模块的腔室通过带有开孔的隔板隔开。
3.根据权利要求1所述的消音装置,其特征在于:消音模块装配在湿化罐内部,消音模块的出气口通入湿化罐内部。
4.根据权利要求3所述的消音装置,其特征在于:湿化罐的出气口设置在湿化罐上盖上。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一所述的消音装置,其特征在于:风道模块的出气端一端连接鼓风机的出气口,另一端连接消音模块的进气口。
6.根据权利要求5所述的消音装置,其特征在于:鼓风机的出气口与消音模块的进气口之间通过硅胶圈密封。
7.根据权利要求1至4中任一所述的消音装置,其特征在于:鼓风机的出气口与消音模块的进气口之间通过硅胶圈密封。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的消音装置,其特征在于:鼓风机和消音模块均设置在风道主体中,消音模块的出气口安装在风道模块的出气端。
9.根据权利要求8所述的消音装置,其特征在于:鼓风机的出气口与消音模块的进气口之间通过硅胶圈密封。
