In order to improve the coating efficiency, the existing trolley specially used for coating the paint is characterized in that a barrel filled with the paint is placed on the trolley filled with the paint upside down, the paint falls on a rolling brush through a leaking barrel, and the trolley is pushed to move, so that the paint is coated on the ground, but the speed of the paint falling is high when the barrel filled with the paint is placed on the trolley filled with the paint upside down, and the paint is easy to waste.
Therefore, it is required to develop a waterproof paint coating apparatus capable of preventing the paint flow rate from being excessively fast and preventing the paint from being wasted.

Example 1

Initially, the adjustment nut 82 presses the lid 22 into place. When the lid 22 is to be removed from the barrel 23, the adjustment nut 82 is manually turned to move the adjustment nut 82 upward, and then the screw 83 is turned downward to loosen the lid 22 by the adjustment nut 82. The lid 22 can then be removed. After the barrel cover 22 covers the barrel body 23, the screw 83 is rotated upwards to reset the barrel cover, then the adjusting nut 82 is screwed, the adjusting nut 82 moves downwards to fix the barrel cover 22, and therefore the barrel cover 22 can be prevented from falling off when the barrel body 23 is toppled over, and therefore coating can be prevented from overflowing.
