Fig. 1 shows a manufacturing process of the garbage bag 100, wherein the manufacturing process comprises the following stages:
(a) providing a cylindrical bag material 101;
(b) folding over an end of the bag material 101 such that the bag material 101 forms a main bag wall 1011 and a movable wall 1012, wherein the movable wall 1012 is laminated to the main bag wall 1011;
(c) forming the movable space 14 between the main bag wall 1011 and the movable wall 1012, and forming the operation space 15 communicating with the movable space 14 and the external environment to form the bag body 10; and
(d) the closing part 20 is movably disposed in the movable space 14 of the bag body 10 in such a manner as to allow a portion of the closing part 20 to correspond to the operation space 15 of the bag body 10, so as to obtain the garbage bag 100.
It should be noted that, in the stage (a), the manner of providing the bag material 101 is not limited in the trash bag 100 of the present invention, for example, in one example, the bag material 101 may be provided by being formed through a blow molding process, and in another example, the bag material 101 may be provided by heat-sealing opposite side portions of two laminated plastic films through a heat sealing process.
In a preferred example of the present invention, the end of the bag material 101 in the stage (b) may be folded inward so that the movable wall 1012 is laminated to the main bag wall 1011 in such a manner that the main bag wall 1011 surrounds the movable wall 1012, thus allowing the operation space 15 of the bag body 10 to be formed by cutting the main bag wall 1011 in the stage (c). In another preferred example of the present invention, the end of the bag material 101 of the stage (b) may be folded outwards to laminate the movable wall 1012 to the main bag wall 1011 in such a manner that the movable wall 1012 surrounds the main bag wall 1011, so as to allow the operation space 15 of the bag body 10 to be formed by cutting the movable wall 1012 in the stage (c).
Alternatively, in another preferred example of the present invention, a through hole is formed at one end of the bag material 101, and then the end of the bag material 101 where the through hole is formed is folded over to form the main bag wall 1011 and the movable wall 1012 laminated on the main bag wall 1011 of the bag material 101, so that in the stage (c), the operation space 15 is formed at the position of the through hole while the movable space 14 is formed between the main bag wall 1011 and the movable wall 1012.
In the stage (c), the main bag wall 1011 and the movable wall 1012 are heat sealed at two spaced locations to form two spaced heat sealing bands 1013, wherein the two heat sealing bands 1013 surround the main bag wall 1011 and the movable wall 1012, respectively, so that the main bag wall 1011 and the movable wall 1012 can form the movable space 14 between the two heat sealing bands 1013.
In a preferred example of the present invention, in the step (d), one end of a strip is firstly inserted into the movable space 14 from the operation space 15 of the bag body 10, and is then inserted out from the operation space 15 after the strip is wound around the bag body 10 in the movable space 14 for one circle, and then both ends of the strip are joined to form the sealing portion 20 movably disposed in the movable space 14 of the bag body 10. Alternatively, first, the annular seal portion 20 is held at one end of the bag material 101 so as to be attached to the bag material 101, then, the end of the bag material 101 is folded to form the main bag wall 1011 and the movable wall 1012 laminated on the main bag wall 1011, wherein the closure 20 is held between the main bag wall 1011 and the movable wall 1012, and a part of the sealing portion 20 corresponds to the through hole of the bag material 101, and the main bag wall 1011 and the movable wall 1012 are heat-sealed at opposite sides of the sealing portion 20 to form two spaced heat-seal strips 1013, so that the main bag wall 1011 and the movable wall 1012 form the movable space 14 and the through-hole of the bag material 101 forms the operation space 15 between the two heat-seal tapes 1013, thus, the sealing portion 20 is movably disposed in the movable space 14 of the bag body 10.
Fig. 3 to 9 show the use of the garbage bag 100. Referring to fig. 3, in the process that the operation space 15 of the bag body 10 pinches a portion of the sealing portion 20 corresponding to the operation space 15 and is drawn outward, the size of the end portion of the bag body 10 for forming the discharge port 13 is gradually reduced until being sealed. Referring to fig. 4, the sealing portion 20 is wound around the end of the bag body 10, and the sealing portion 20 is held in a state of sealing the bag body 10 after the sealing portion 20 is sealed. Referring to fig. 5, the garbage bag 100 is fitted into a household garbage can to support the garbage bag 100 by the household garbage can to expose the containing opening 12 of the bag body 10, and the kitchen garbage 200 is allowed to be collected from the containing opening 12 of the bag body 10 into the containing space 11 of the bag body 10. Referring to fig. 6, when the garbage bag 100 is lifted in the air, the sealing portion 20 wound around the end of the bag body 10 and bonded can reliably seal the outlet 13 of the bag body 10, so that the kitchen waste 200 can be prevented from being discharged from the outlet 13 of the bag body 10 when the garbage bag 100 and the kitchen waste 200 contained in the bag body 10 are transferred. Referring to fig. 7 to 9, when the garbage bag 100 is suspended above a recycling bin 400, the discharge opening 13 of the bag body 10 can be exposed by releasing the sealing portion 20, and at this time, the kitchen waste 200 contained in the bag body 10 is allowed to be discharged from the discharge opening 13 of the bag body 10 based on the principle of gravity, so as to separate the garbage bag 100 and the kitchen waste 200 as dry waste, thereby preventing the garbage bag 100 and the kitchen waste 200 from being recycled in a mixed manner, and contributing to environmental protection.
Referring to fig. 10 to 16 of the present specification, a trash bag 100A according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention is disclosed and illustrated in the following description, wherein the trash bag 100A includes a bag body 10A and a sealing portion 20A, the bag body 10A has a containing space 11A, a containing opening 12A and a discharge opening 13A, the containing opening 12A is communicated with the containing space 11A at a high end of the bag body 10A, the discharge opening 13A is communicated with the containing space 11A at a low end of the bag body 10A, and the sealing portion 20A is configured to seal the discharge opening 13A of the bag body 10A. When the sealing portion 20A seals the discharge port 13A of the bag body 10A, the garbage 200A is allowed to be collected from the containing port 12A of the bag body 10A into the containing space 11A, when the garbage bag 100A is lifted in the air, the sealing portion 20A prevents the kitchen garbage 200A contained in the containing space 11A of the bag body 10A from being discharged from the discharge port 13A of the bag body 10A, and accordingly, when the sealing part 20A exposes the discharge port 13A of the bag body 10A, the kitchen waste 200A contained in the bag body 10A is allowed to be discharged from the discharge port 13A of the bag body 10A based on the principle of gravity, to separate the garbage bag 100A and the kitchen garbage 200A as dry garbage, thereby contributing to environmental protection.
Further, the bag body 10A includes a first bag wall 102A and a second bag wall 103A, wherein one end portion of the first bag wall 102A and one end portion of the second bag wall 103A are heat-sealed after the first bag wall 102A and the second bag wall 103A are laminated, so as to form said containing space 11A and said containing opening 12A between said first bag wall 102A and said second bag wall 103A, wherein the discharge port 13A is formed in the first bag wall 102A in such a manner as to be close to the heat-seal position of the first bag wall 102A and the second bag wall 103A, such that the discharge port 13A communicates with the containing space 11A at the lower end portion of the bag body 10A, wherein the bag body 10A has two opposing folds 16A and the location of the connection of the first bag wall 102A and the second bag wall 103A forms the fold 16A of the bag body 10A.

Alternatively, in another example of the disposal bag 100A of the present invention, the first bag wall 102A and the second bag wall 103A of the bag body 10A are formed separately, and after the first bag wall 102A and the second bag wall 103A are laminated, three edge positions of the first bag wall 102A and the second bag wall 103A are heat-sealed to form the containing space 11A and the containing opening 12A between the first bag wall 102A and the second bag wall 103A, and the fold 16A is formed at the heat-sealed position of the first bag wall 102A and the second bag wall 103A.
With continued reference to fig. 10 to 16, the sealing portion 20A is attached to the first bag wall 102A of the bag body 10A so as to seal the outlet 13A of the bag body 10A, so that the sealing portion 20A can seal the outlet 13A of the bag body 10A to prevent the kitchen waste 200A contained in the containing space 11A of the bag body 10A from being discharged from the outlet 13A of the bag body 10A, and the sealing portion 20A can reinforce the strength of the position of the first bag wall 102A of the bag body 10A at the outlet 13A to ensure the reliability of the garbage bag 100A.
Further, the sealing portion 20A includes a sealing surface layer 21A and a glue layer 22A disposed on the sealing surface layer 21A, wherein the sealing portion 20A is attached to the first bag wall 102A of the bag body 10A in a manner that the glue layer 22A glues the sealing surface layer 21A and the first bag wall 102A of the bag body 10A, and the discharge port 13A of the bag body 10A corresponds to the glue layer 22A of the sealing portion 20A, so as to seal the discharge port 13A of the bag body 10A by the sealing portion 20A. When the user applies a force to the sealing surface layer 21A of the sealing portion 20A to tear the sealing portion 20A in a direction away from the bag body 10A, the adhesive layer 22A of the sealing portion 20A can be separated from the first bag wall 102A of the bag body 10A, so that the sealing portion 20A can expose the discharge port 13A of the bag body 10A to allow the kitchen waste 200A contained in the containing space 11A of the bag body 10A to be discharged from the discharge port 13A of the bag body 10A.
It is worth mentioning that the adhesive force of the glue layer 22A and the sealing surface layer 21A is greater than the adhesive force of the glue layer 22A and the first bag wall 102A, so that when the external force applied to the sealing surface layer 21A is greater than the adhesive force of the glue layer 22A and the first bag wall 102A, the glue layer 22A can be torn in the direction away from the bag body 10A to expose the outlet 13A of the bag body 10A.
Preferably, at least one end of the sealing surface layer 21A of the sealing portion 20A is formed with the force application region 211A so that a user can pinch the force application region 211A to apply a force to the sealing surface layer 21A, for example, a thumb and an index finger of the user can pinch the force application region 211A of the sealing surface layer 21A to apply a force to the sealing surface layer 21A to tear the sealing portion 20A in a direction away from the bag body 10A.
It should be noted that the manner in which the end portion of the adhesion surface layer 21A of the adhesion portion 20A forms the biasing region 211A is not limited in the trash bag 100A of the present invention, and for example, the biasing region 211A can be formed in a region where the adhesive layer 22A is not provided on the end portion of the adhesion surface layer 21A. Preferably, an end of the sealing surface layer 21A of the sealing portion 20A for forming the force application area 211A extends to a position of the fold 16A of the bag body 10A, so that when the containing space 11A of the bag body 10A is expanded and deformed by containing the kitchen waste 200A, the force application area 211A of the sealing surface layer 21A can automatically be away from the first bag wall 102A of the bag body 10A, thereby facilitating a user to pinch the force application area 211A of the sealing surface layer 21A to apply force to the sealing surface layer 21A.
With continued reference to fig. 10 to 16, in this specific example of the trash bag 100A of the present invention, one end portion of the sealing surface layer 21A of the sealing portion 20A forms the biasing area 211A, and the other end portion of the sealing surface layer 21A is heat-sealed to the bag body 10A, so that when the sealing portion 20A is exposed to the discharge port 13A of the bag body 10A by biasing the sealing surface layer 21A of the sealing portion 20A, the sealing portion 20A can be prevented from being detached from the bag body 10A and falling into a collection trash can 400A for collecting the kitchen trash 200A, thereby facilitating separation of the trash bag 100A and the kitchen trash 200A.
Fig. 10 shows a manufacturing process of the trash bag 100A, wherein the manufacturing process includes the following stages:
(A) forming an opening 104A at one end of the cylindrical bag material 101A;
(B) flattening the cylindrical bag material 101A to form the first bag wall 102A and the second bag wall 103A laminated to each other, wherein the opening 104A is formed in the first bag wall 102A;
(C) attaching the sealing portion 20A to the first bag wall 102A so as to close the opening 104A; and
(D) one end portion of the first bag wall 102A and one end portion of the second bag wall 103A are heat-sealed to form the containing space 11A and the containing opening 12A between the first bag wall 102A and the second bag wall 103A, and to form the discharge opening 13A with the opening 104A to produce the trash bag 100A.
Preferably, in the step (D), one end of the sealing surface layer 21A of the sealing portion 20A is heat-sealed to the bag material 101A.
Alternatively, the stage (D) may be preceded by the stage (C) of heat-sealing one end of the first bag wall 102A and one end of the second bag wall 103A to form the containing space 11A and the containing opening 12A between the first bag wall 102A and the second bag wall 103A, and forming the discharge opening 13A in the opening 104A in the first bag wall 102A, and then attaching the seal 20A to the first bag wall 102A in such a manner as to close the discharge opening 13A, to produce the trash bag 100A.
Fig. 12-16 illustrate the use of the trash bag 100A. Referring to fig. 12, the garbage bag 100A is fitted to a household garbage can a to support the garbage bag 100A by the household garbage can a to expose the containing opening 12A of the bag body 10A, and the kitchen garbage 200A is allowed to be collected from the containing opening 12A of the bag body 10A into the containing space 11A of the bag body 10A. When the garbage bag 100A is lifted in the air, the sealing portion 20A attached to the first bag wall 102A of the bag body 10A can reliably seal the discharge port 13A of the bag body 10A, so that the kitchen waste 200A can be prevented from being discharged from the discharge port 13A of the bag body 10A when the kitchen waste 200A and the kitchen waste 200A contained in the bag body 10A are transferred. Referring to fig. 13 to 16, when the garbage bag 100A is suspended and held above the recycling bin 400A, the sealing portion 20A is torn away from the bag body 10A to expose the discharge port 13A of the bag body 10A from the sealing portion 20A, and the garbage bag 100A and the garbage bag 200A are allowed to be discharged from the discharge port 13A of the bag body 10A based on the principle of gravity to separate the garbage bag 100A and the garbage bag 200A as dry garbage, thereby preventing the garbage bag 100A and the garbage bag 200A from being recycled in a mixed manner and contributing to environmental protection.
