Background
In recent years, with the continuous development of economic level and the increasing awareness of environmental protection, the garbage classification system is beginning to be popularized on a large scale and even enforced. According to the requirement of a garbage classification system, although kitchen waste is separated as reusable garbage in a household environment, the separated kitchen waste still needs to be contained in a garbage bag made of a plastic material, and when people treat the kitchen waste, the garbage bag used as dry garbage and the kitchen waste contained in the garbage bag are often thrown into a large garbage can used for collecting the kitchen waste at the same time, so that the kitchen waste and a plastic bag are mixed together, and different types of garbage cannot be effectively distinguished. People throw the disposal bag and the kitchen garbage contained in the disposal bag into the large-scale trash simultaneously because the kitchen garbage often has soup and putrefactive odor, if the position of the large-scale trash can is needed to further distinguish the disposal bag and the kitchen garbage contained in the disposal bag, one hand of people is needed to pinch the bag opening side of the disposal bag, the other hand is needed to pinch the bag bottom side of the disposal bag, and the height of the bag bottom of the disposal bag is higher than that of the bag opening, so based on the gravity principle, the garbage contained in the disposal bag can be poured into the large-scale trash can along the bag opening of the disposal bag, and in the process, the kitchen garbage is easy to spray hands and clothes of people. In order to avoid such a situation, most people often choose to simultaneously throw the garbage bag and the kitchen garbage contained in the garbage bag into a large garbage can, so that the kitchen garbage and the dry garbage are mixed.

Detailed Description
The following description is presented to disclose the invention so as to enable any person skilled in the art to practice the invention. The preferred embodiments in the following description are given by way of example only, and other obvious variations will occur to those skilled in the art. The basic principles of the invention, as defined in the following description, may be applied to other embodiments, variations, modifications, equivalents, and other technical solutions without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
Fig. 1 to 6D illustrate a garbage bag 100 according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, wherein the garbage bag 100 includes a bag body 10 and at least one sealing unit 20 disposed on the bag body 10.
Specifically, the bag 10 has a containing space 11 and a containing opening 12 communicating with the containing space 11. Referring to fig. 5A, when the garbage bag 100 is inserted into a household garbage can 200, the garbage bag 100 is supported by the household garbage can 200 to expose the loading opening 12 of the bag body 10, so that the garbage 300 is allowed to be collected from the loading opening 12 of the bag body 10 into the loading space 11 of the bag body 10 and loaded therein.
Further, the bag body 10 has at least one guiding portion 13, the guiding portion 13 is located at a lower end of the bag body 10, wherein the guiding portion 13 is configured to form an opening 14 at a position of the guiding portion 13 of the bag body 10 based on gravity generated by the kitchen waste 300 contained in the containing space 11 of the bag body 10, so as to allow the kitchen waste 300 contained in the containing space 11 of the bag body 10 to be discharged from the opening 14 of the bag body 10, thereby separating the garbage bag 100 from the kitchen waste 300.
With continued reference to fig. 1 to 6D, the sealing unit 20 includes an adhesion layer 21 and a glue layer 22 disposed on the adhesion layer 21, wherein the sealing unit 20 is attached to the bag body 10 in such a manner that the glue layer 22 of the sealing unit 20 is adhered to the outer side of the bag body 10, and the guiding portion 13 of the bag body 10 corresponds to the glue layer 22 of the sealing unit 20, so that when the garbage bag 100 is lifted in the air, the sealing unit 20 is used to prevent the opening 14 from being formed at the position of the guiding portion 13 of the bag body 10, and thus the kitchen waste 300 contained in the containing space 11 of the bag body 10 is prevented from being discharged from the position of the bag body 10 corresponding to the guiding portion 13.
The glue layer 22 of the sealing unit 20 is allowed to be separated from the bag body 10, for example, when the tearing force applied to the sealing unit 20 is greater than the gluing force between the glue layer 22 of the sealing unit 20 and the bag body 10, the glue layer 22 of the sealing unit 20 is separated from the bag body 10, and at this time, the opening 14 is formed at the position of the bag body 10 corresponding to the guide 13 due to the bag body 10 being subjected to the gravity of the kitchen waste 300 contained in the containing space 11 of the bag body 10, so that the kitchen waste 300 contained in the bag body 10 is allowed to be discharged from the opening 14 of the bag body 10, thereby separating the garbage bag 100 and the kitchen waste 300. In other words, the opening 14 of the bag 10 is a tear.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6D, in this specific example of the garbage bag 100 of the present invention, the wall thickness of the bag body 10 at the guiding portion 13 is smaller than the wall thickness of the bag body 10 at other positions, such that the strength of the bag body 10 at the guiding portion 13 is smaller than the strength of the bag body 10 at other positions, so that when the kitchen garbage 300 is contained in the containing space 11 of the bag body 10, the position of the bag body 10 corresponding to the guiding portion 13 cannot bear the gravity generated by the kitchen garbage 300, and the bag body 10 forms the opening 14 of the bag body 10 at the position corresponding to the guiding portion 13. Preferably, the length direction of the guide portion 13 of the bag 10 is identical to the width direction of the bag 10, so that the length direction of the opening 14 is identical to the width direction of the bag 10 after the opening 14 is formed at the position of the bag 10 on the guide portion 13. In other words, the guide portion 13 of the bag 10 can guide the extending direction of the opening 14, so that the opening 14 can be formed along the width direction of the bag 10 by aligning the longitudinal direction of the guide portion 13 of the bag 10 with the width direction of the bag 10, and the formed opening 14 is prevented from extending from the lower end portion to the higher end portion of the bag 10. Preferably, the guide portion 13 of the bag 10 extends from the middle of the bag 10 to both sides at the lower end of the bag 10.
The sealing unit 20 is attached to the bag 10 in such a manner that the guiding portion 13 of the bag 10 corresponds to the sealing unit 20, so that the strength of the bag 10 at the position of the guiding portion 13 is reinforced by the sealing unit 20, and thus when the garbage bag 100 is lifted in the air, the sealing unit 20 is used for preventing the bag 10 from forming the opening 14 at the position of the guiding portion 13, thereby preventing the kitchen garbage 300 contained in the containing space 11 of the bag 10 from being discharged from the position of the bag 10 corresponding to the guiding portion 13.
With continued reference to fig. 1 to 6D, at least one end of the adhesive layer 21 of the sealing unit 20 forms an operation portion 211, wherein the operation portion 211 of the adhesive layer 21 is not covered by the glue layer 22, so that the operation portion 211 of the adhesive layer 21 is not adhered to the bag body 10 by the glue layer 22. The operation portion 211 of the adhesive layer 21 of the sealing unit 20 allows the user to apply force to the adhesive layer 21 by being pinched by two fingers (e.g., thumb and forefinger), wherein the adhesive layer 22 of the sealing unit 20 is separated from the bag 10 when a tearing force applied to the adhesive layer 21 of the sealing unit 20 by the user is greater than an adhesive force between the adhesive layer 22 of the sealing unit 20 and the bag 10. Preferably, both end portions of the adhesive layer 21 of the sealing unit 20 are formed with one of the operating portions 211 to allow a user to separate the sealing unit 20 and the adhesive layer 21 without distinguishing left and right hands.
It should be noted that the way of forming the operation portion 211 by the adhesive layer 21 of the sealing unit 20 is not limited in the trash bag 100 of the present invention, for example, in a preferred example of the trash bag 100 of the present invention, the width dimension of the glue layer 22 is smaller than the width dimension of the adhesive layer 21, so as to allow the operation portion 211 to be formed at a position of the adhesive layer 21 not covered by the glue layer 22, and in another preferred example of the trash bag 100 of the present invention, the length dimension of the glue layer 22 is smaller than the length dimension of the glue layer 22, so as to allow the operation portion 211 to be formed at a position of the adhesive layer 21 not covered by the glue layer 22.
Preferably, in this specific example of the trash bag 100 of the present invention shown in fig. 1 to 6D, the length dimension of the attachment layer 21 of the sealing unit 20 is identical to the width dimension of the bag body 10, so that the operation portion 211 of the attachment layer 21 is held at the fold 15 of the bag body 10, so that when the trash bag 100 is suspended, the operation portion 211 of the attachment layer 21 can be separated from the bag body 10 to facilitate a user to apply force to the attachment layer 21 by pinching the operation portion 211 with two fingers.
Fig. 4 illustrates a manufacturing process of the trash bag 100 of the present invention, wherein the manufacturing process includes: (a) forming a cylindrical bag material 101 after blow molding and cutting; (b) flattening the bag material 101 to form a first bag layer 1011 and a second bag layer 1012 in a stacked arrangement for the bag material 101, wherein the fold 15 is formed at the junction of the first bag layer 1011 and the second bag layer 1012; (c) forming the guiding portion 13 on at least one of the first bag layer 1011 and the second bag layer 1012 of the bag material 101; (d) heat-sealing the first bag layer 1011 and the second bag layer 1012 at the end of the bag material 101 where the guide 13 is provided, to form the bag body 10; (e) the sealing unit 20 is attached to the bag body 10 in such a manner that the guide portion 13 of the bag body 10 corresponds to the adhesive layer 22 of the sealing unit 20, so as to manufacture the trash bag 100.
Alternatively, in a modified example of the present invention, the step (c) may be performed before the step (b), so that the guiding portion 13 is firstly formed on the bag material 101, and then the bag material 101 is flattened to form the first bag layer 1011 and the second bag layer 1012 laminated on the bag material 101, so that the guiding portion 13 is formed on at least one of the first bag layer 1011 and the second bag layer 1012. Optionally, the guide 13 is disposed to extend from the first pocket layer 1011 to the second pocket layer 1012 via the fold 15.
With continued reference to fig. 1 to 6D, the guide portion 13 is formed on the first bag layer 1011 in a manner close to the heat-sealed positions of the first bag layer 1011 and the second bag layer 1012, wherein the sealing unit 20 is attached to the bag body 10 in a manner that the glue layer 22 of the sealing unit 20 is stuck to the outer side of the first bag layer 1011, and the guide portion 13 of the bag body 10 corresponds to the glue layer 22 of the sealing unit 20.
Fig. 5A to 6D show the use of the garbage bag 100. Referring to fig. 5A, in a home environment, the garbage bag 100 is inserted into the household garbage can 200, and the garbage bag 100 is supported by the household garbage can 200 to expose the containing opening 12 of the bag body 10, so that the kitchen garbage 300 is allowed to be collected from the containing opening 12 of the bag body 10 into the containing space 11 of the bag body 10. Referring to fig. 5B, a user can lift the garbage bag 100 in the air by holding the high end of the bag body 10 of the garbage bag 100. Referring to fig. 6A, when the user holds the garbage bag 100 over the opening of a recycling bin 400 by lifting the garbage bag 100 with one hand in the air, the other hand of the user may tear the sealing unit 20 by pinching the operating portion 211 of the sealing unit 20. Referring to fig. 6B to 6D, when the sealing unit 20 is torn to expose the guiding portion 13 of the bag 10, the bag 10 can form the opening 14 at the guiding portion 13, so as to allow the kitchen waste 300 contained in the bag 10 to be discharged from the opening 14 of the bag 10 to the recycling bin 400, so that the garbage bag 100 and the kitchen waste 300 can be separated.
According to another aspect of the present invention, the present invention further provides a method for using the garbage bag 100, wherein the method for using includes the following steps:
(a) a state in which the sealing unit 20 is separated from the lower end portion of the bag body 10 to a state in which the sealing unit 20 exposes the guide portion 13 of the bag body 10; and
(b) the gravity of the kitchen waste 300 contained in the containing space 11 of the bag 10 causes the bag 10 to form the opening 14 at the position of the guide 13, so as to allow the kitchen waste 300 to be discharged from the containing space 11 of the bag 10 through the opening 14 of the bag 100.
Further, the step (a) further comprises the steps of:
(a.1) pinching the operation portion 211 formed of the adhesive layer 21 of the sealing unit 20; and
(a.2) tearing the adhesive layer 21 of the sealing unit 20 in a direction away from the bag body 10, so that the adhesive layer 21 of the sealing unit 20 and the bonding layer 22 of the bag body 10 are separated from the bag body 10.
Further, in the step (b), the guide portion 13 guides the opening 14 to be formed along the width direction of the bag body 10 in such a manner as to tear the bag body 10.
Alternatively, fig. 7 and 8 show a modified example of the garbage bag 100 according to the above preferred embodiment of the present invention, and unlike the garbage bag 100 shown in fig. 1 to 6D, in this preferred example of the trash bag 100 shown in fig. 7 and 8, one end of the attachment layer 21 of the sealing unit 20 is heat-sealed to the bag body 10 at the fold 15, in this way, after the user tears the sealing unit 20 to form the opening 14 of the bag 10 at the position of the bag 10 corresponding to the guide portion 13, the sealing unit 20 is not separated from the bag 10, in this way, the sealing unit 20 can be prevented from being collected into the collection trash can 400 along with the garbage 300 discharged from the bag body 10 through the opening 14 of the bag body 10, and the garbage bag 100 and the garbage 300 can be reliably separated.
Alternatively, fig. 9 and 10 show a modified example of the disposal bag 100 according to the above preferred embodiment of the present invention, different from the disposal bag 100 shown in fig. 1 to 6D, in the preferred example of the disposal bag 100 shown in fig. 9 and 10, the guide portion 13 of the bag body 10 is a guide slit, for example, if the guide portion 13 is formed on the first bag layer 1011 of the bag body 10, the guide portion 13 penetrates through the first bag layer 1011, and if the guide portion 13 is formed on the second bag layer 1012 of the bag body 10, the guide portion 13 penetrates through the second bag layer 1012, so that after the bonding layer 22 of the sealing unit 20 and the bag body 10 are separated to expose the guide portion 13 of the bag body 10, the remaining waste 300 contained in the containing space 11 of the bag body 10 can easily form the opening 14 at the position of the bag body 10 corresponding to the guide portion 13 . Alternatively, the guide portion 13 of the bag 10 is a row of guide slits, and after the bonding layer 22 of the sealing unit 20 and the bag 10 are separated to expose the guide portion 13 of the bag 10, the kitchen waste 300 contained in the containing space 11 of the bag 10 can easily form the opening 14 at a position of the bag 10 corresponding to the guide portion 13.
It will be appreciated by persons skilled in the art that the above embodiments are only examples, wherein features of different embodiments may be combined with each other to obtain embodiments which are easily conceivable in accordance with the disclosure of the invention, but which are not explicitly indicated in the drawings.
It will be appreciated by persons skilled in the art that the embodiments of the invention described above and shown in the drawings are given by way of example only and are not limiting of the invention. The objects of the invention have been fully and effectively accomplished. The functional and structural principles of the present invention have been shown and described in the examples, and any variations or modifications of the embodiments of the present invention may be made without departing from the principles.
