技术领域
本发明涉及服装面料技术领域,尤其涉及一种具有抗静电防辐射功能的衣服面料。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,科技的不断进步,人们穿着的服装也不仅仅要求舒适与美观,面料时组成服装的重要组成部分,面料就是用来制作服装的材料。作为服装三要素之一,面料不仅可以诠释服装的风格和特性,而且直接左右着服装的色彩、造型的表现效果,面料的多种性能直接影响到了服装的特殊性能,现在人们更加注重一些具有特殊功能的服装,例如,防风保暖、吸湿排汗、防静电等性能。经检索,申请号为201510600058.4的中国专利公开了一种具有抗静电防辐射功能的衣服面料,包括由经线和纬线交织而成的毛纺层,毛纺层的下面设有阻燃层,经线为羊毛纤维,纬线为涤纶纤维,羊毛纤维和涤纶纤维中添加有抗静电整理剂和防辐射助剂,抗静电整理剂和防辐射剂的添加比例为1:1;该设计在羊毛纤维和涤纶纤维中添加有抗静电整理剂和防辐射助剂,从而使衣服面料具有一定的抗静电防辐射效果。
但是目前市场上的面料往往不具备防水效果,面料本身保温、抗菌效果一般,使用寿命短,手感差,无法满足人们的使用需求,因此我们提出了一种具有抗静电防辐射功能的衣服面料用于解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术的缺点,而提出的一种具有抗静电防辐射功能的衣服面料。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种具有抗静电防辐射功能的衣服面料,包括基层,所述基层的顶侧交织连接有防辐射层的底侧,所述基层的底侧交织连接有保温层的顶侧,所述防辐射层的顶侧交织连接有防水层的底侧,所述保温层的底侧交织连接有抗静电层的顶侧,所述抗静电层的底侧交织连接有抗菌层,所述防水层的顶侧交织连接有外衬层,所述抗菌层的底侧交织连接有内衬层。
优选的,所述外衬层和内衬层均包括绒毛亲肤层和耐磨层,且两个耐磨层远离的一侧分别交织连接于两个绒毛亲肤层相互靠近的一侧,所述防水层的顶侧和抗菌层的底侧分别交织连接于两个耐磨层相互靠近的一侧。
优选的,所述防水层包括材料为丙纶的密度单向层和疏度单向层,密度单向层的底侧交织连接于疏度单向层的顶侧,密度单向层的顶侧交织连接于外衬层中的耐磨层的底侧,疏度单向层的底侧交织连接于防辐射层的顶侧。
优选的,所述疏度单向层的密度为(65~80)*(70~85),所述密度单向层的密度为(90~105)*(95~110)。
优选的,所述密度单向层和疏度单向层的内部均编制设置有三角节点,且密度单向层内的三角节点和疏度单向层内的三角节点均为正三角。
优选的,所述保温层的内部编制设置有孔隙,且孔隙的孔径为0.1~0.15毫米。
优选的,所述防辐射层由金属丝线与棉纺纱编制而成,金属丝线的端面直径为45~55微米,且金属丝线选用金、银、铜、钛中的一种。
优选的,所述抗静电层由纳米碳纤维编制而成,且纳米碳纤维的端面直径为120~140纳米。
优选的,所述抗菌层由熔喷无纺布构成,且抗菌层的厚度为0.23~0.25毫米。
与现有技术相比,本发明中提供了一种具有抗静电防辐射功能的衣服面料,具备以下有益效果:
(1)通过将外衬层和内衬层设置在布料内外侧,绒毛亲肤层设置在最外层,提高面料的手感和触感,将耐磨层设置在绒毛亲肤层的内侧部位,对绒毛亲肤层起到固定作用,增加面料耐磨性能,提高使用寿命;
(2)防水层内部是丙纶材质的密度单向层和疏度单向层,在密度单向层和疏度单向层的内部均编制设置有正三角的三角节点,面料形成一个单向过水的效果,外界雨水不易由外至内的通过,再结合保温层内设置的孔隙,可达到良好的保温性能;
(3)防辐射层内部有金属丝线,抗静电层由纳米碳纤维制成,两者均可形成屏蔽网,起到吸收静电隔离辐射的效果,且防辐射层若由银丝制成,再配合由熔喷无纺布构成的抗菌层,有效提高该面料的抗菌性能;
本发明设计的衣服面料具备良好的防水防风、抗静电、防辐射的特点,且具有优良的保温性能,触感极佳,使用寿命长。

本实施例中,外衬层7和内衬层8均包括绒毛亲肤层9和耐磨层10,且两个耐磨层10远离的一侧分别交织连接于两个绒毛亲肤层9相互靠近的一侧,防水层4的顶侧和抗菌层6的底侧分别交织连接于两个耐磨层10相互靠近的一侧。
本实施例中,防水层4包括材料为丙纶的密度单向层11和疏度单向层12,密度单向层11的底侧交织连接于疏度单向层12的顶侧,密度单向层11的顶侧交织连接于外衬层7中的耐磨层10的底侧,疏度单向层12的底侧交织连接于防辐射层2的顶侧;疏度单向层12的密度为(65~80)*(70~85),密度单向层11的密度为(90~105)*(95~110)。
本实施例中,密度单向层11和疏度单向层12的内部均编制设置有三角节点,且密度单向层11内的三角节点和疏度单向层12内的三角节点均为正三角;保温层3的内部编制设置有孔隙13,且孔隙13的孔径为0.1~0.15毫米。
本实施例中,防辐射层2由金属丝线与棉纺纱编制而成,金属丝线的端面直径为45~55微米,且金属丝线选用金、银、铜、钛中的一种,抗静电层5由纳米碳纤维编制而成,且纳米碳纤维的端面直径为120~140纳米,抗菌层6由熔喷无纺布构成,且抗菌层6的厚度为0.23~0.25毫米。
本实施例中,外衬层7和内衬层8分别设置在该布料的内外侧,其中的绒毛亲肤层9在最外层,有效提高了该面料的手感和触感,而将耐磨层10设置在绒毛亲肤层9的内侧部位,对绒毛亲肤层9起到固定作用,且增加该面料的耐磨性能,提高使用寿命,防水层4内部是丙纶材质的密度单向层11和疏度单向层12,而且在密度单向层11和疏度单向层12的内部均编制设置有正三角的三角节点,使得面料形成一个单向过水的效果,外界雨水不易由外至内的通过,同样起到防水和防风效果,且保温层3内设置有孔隙13,再结合防水层4的单向透气透水效果,可达到良好的保温性能,防辐射层2由金属丝线与棉纺纱制成,抗静电层5由纳米碳纤维制成,两者均可形成屏蔽网,起到吸收静电隔离辐射的效果,且防辐射层2若由银丝制成,银离子可具备一定的抗菌抑菌效果,再配合由熔喷无纺布构成的抗菌层6,可有效提高该面料的抗菌性能。

1.一种具有抗静电防辐射功能的衣服面料,包括基层(1),其特征在于,所述基层(1)的顶侧交织连接有防辐射层(2)的底侧,所述基层(1)的底侧交织连接有保温层(3)的顶侧,所述防辐射层(2)的顶侧交织连接有防水层(4)的底侧,所述保温层(3)的底侧交织连接有抗静电层(5)的顶侧,所述抗静电层(5)的底侧交织连接有抗菌层(6),所述防水层(4)的顶侧交织连接有外衬层(7),所述抗菌层(6)的底侧交织连接有内衬层(8);所述外衬层(7)和内衬层(8)均包括绒毛亲肤层(9)和耐磨层(10),且两个耐磨层(10)远离的一侧分别交织连接于两个绒毛亲肤层(9)相互靠近的一侧,所述防水层(4)的顶侧和抗菌层(6)的底侧分别交织连接于两个耐磨层(10)相互靠近的一侧;所述防水层(4)包括材料为丙纶的密度单向层(11)和疏度单向层(12),密度单向层(11)的底侧交织连接于疏度单向层(12)的顶侧,密度单向层(11)的顶侧交织连接于外衬层(7)中的耐磨层(10)的底侧,疏度单向层(12)的底侧交织连接于防辐射层(2)的顶侧;所述疏度单向层(12)的密度为(65~80)*(70~85),所述密度单向层(11)的密度为(90~105)*(95~110);所述密度单向层(11)和疏度单向层(12)的内部均编制设置有三角节点,且密度单向层(11)内的三角节点和疏度单向层(12)内的三角节点均为正三角;所述保温层(3)的内部编制设置有孔隙(13),且孔隙(13)的孔径为0.1~0.15毫米;所述防辐射层(2)由金属丝线与棉纺纱编制而成,金属丝线的端面直径为45~55微米,且金属丝线选用金、银、铜、钛中的一种;所述抗静电层(5)由纳米碳纤维编制而成,且纳米碳纤维的端面直径为120~140纳米;所述抗菌层(6)由熔喷无纺布构成,且抗菌层(6)的厚度为0.23~0.25毫米。
