Abstract

本发明属于智能制造技术领域,涉及一种复材蜂窝消声帽的复合植入装置。通过芯轴拉伸变形体开合,使该植入装置具有缩涨功能,解决了消声帽胚料与复材蜂窝内壁紧密压实问题;变形体末端设计成上大下小的六边形椎体,使其膨胀时尽可能与复材蜂窝六边形内壁接触更多面积;芯轴除了可以拉伸变形体缩涨之外,其内部贯通与真空发生器连通,其底部气孔可以抽真空吸取胚料;变形体上面安装有加热圈,可以给该植入装置加热,用于加热固化胶层;将吸料、植入、压实胚料、加热固化胶层等多功能复合为一体,极大地精简了装置,提高了生产效率和产品质量,实现复材蜂窝消声帽的自动化植入。

一种复材蜂窝消声帽的复合植入装置
技术领域
本发明属于智能制造技术领域,涉及一种复材蜂窝消声帽的复合植入装置。
背景技术
复材蜂窝为蜂窝状的复合材料型材,因其突出的力学性能稳定性、耐腐蚀性、阻燃性、耐环境性和透波性,在航空航天领域的应用最为广泛。复材蜂窝在航空制造领域主要用于吸声、降噪和吸波,其加工过程中需要在蜂窝孔的指定深度涂胶处植入胚料,使胚料紧贴内壁,紧密、规整,形成复材蜂窝消声帽,胚料植入的好坏直接决定复材蜂窝的吸声降噪效果。
因此能否做好复材蜂窝内腔的胚料植入工作是复材蜂窝消声帽加工过程中的关键技术之一。目前解决这一问题的方法是:人工操作,首先加热金属棒至合适温度,然后手动拾取胚料放置于复材蜂窝孔上,用已加热金属棒将胚料植入已经涂胶的复材蜂窝孔内,进行人工压实,该操作过程繁琐且温度和深度均不可准确控制。这种方式严重依赖操作人员的经验和技术水平,造成生产效率低下,人工成本高昂,且一致性差。
因此亟待开展植入过程的自动化生产研究,提高生产效率,对提高我国航空工业复材蜂窝的整体制备水平有着重要的意义。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,解决的技术问题为:
压实胚料在复材蜂窝内壁上;吸取胚料、植入胚料、压实胚料、以及加热固化胶层等多功能复合为一体;实现自动化制备,提高了生产效率和产品质量。
本发明提供一种复材蜂窝消声帽的复合植入装置解决上述问题,具体为:
一种复材蜂窝消声帽的复合植入装置,包括,安装板;真空发生器;三联件;拉伸装置,拉伸装置固定在安装板上;变形体,变形体具有轴向贯通孔,由伞状结构组成,可以张开膨胀;
芯轴,所述芯轴内部设有轴向贯通的气孔,芯轴的贯通气孔在芯轴与变形体的接触端均匀分为数路,用于均匀吸取胚料;芯轴一端通过三联件与拉伸装置及真空发生器相连,另一端置于变形体的轴向贯通孔内;加热圈,加热圈套在变形体上;所述芯轴贯通气孔通过三联件与真空发生器连通,当真空发生器工作时,使得芯轴气孔可以抽真空吸取胚料;所述拉伸装置可以拉动芯轴,使得芯轴可以在变形体轴向贯通孔内上下滑动,用于开合变形体,使得变形体膨胀时挤压胚料与胶层贴合,所述加热圈通过变形体的热传导给胶层加热。
还包括加热圈锁紧螺母,所述加热圈锁紧螺母将加热圈固定在变形体上。还包括,隔热圈,所述隔热圈将加热圈与安装板隔离。还包括,变形体锁紧螺母,所述变形体锁紧螺母将变形体固定在安装板上。
变形体的伞状结构为锥台状,分离为六瓣;与变形体配合的芯轴端部为圆台状,可以与伞状结构的通孔内壁滑动配合,用于芯轴拉动时变形体的开合,所述拉伸装置为气缸或者电磁铁。
本发明通过芯轴拉伸变形体,使该植入装置具有缩涨功能,解决了消声帽胚料与复材蜂窝内壁紧密压实问题;变形体末端设计成上大下小的六边形椎体,使其膨胀时尽可能与复材蜂窝六边形内壁接触更多面积;芯轴除了可以拉伸膨胀变形体之外,其内部具备轴向贯通的吸气孔,可以吸取胚料;变形体上面安装有加热圈,可以给胶层加热固化,该胶层属于环氧胶,通常采用加热固化方式。将吸料、植入、压实胚料、加热固化胶层等多功能复合为一体,极大地精简了装置,提高了生产效率和产品质量,实现复材蜂窝消声帽的自动化植入。
本发明的有益效果:
1.本发明通过芯轴拉伸,变形体开合,使该植入装置具有缩涨功能;同时变形体为锥台,膨胀时可以与复材蜂窝的六边形内壁很好的贴合,解决了胚料11与复材蜂窝内壁压实贴合的问题;本发明亦能通过芯轴内设的贯通气孔,实现吸取胚料功能,且芯轴末端通孔的分路解决了胚料受力不均,易皱易脱落的难题;
2.本发明将吸料、植入、压实、加热固化胶层等多功能复合为一体,极大地精简了装置和生产工艺过程;
3.实现自动化制备,提高了生产效率和产品质量。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细论述。
根据图1,本发明提供了一种复材蜂窝消声帽的复合植入装置,包括,安装板;三联件,连接拉伸装置、芯轴及真空发生器;拉伸装置,拉伸装置固定在安装板上;变形体,变形体由伞状结构组成,可以张开膨胀;芯轴,所述芯轴设有贯通的吸气口,芯轴一端通过三联件与拉伸装置相连,另一端安装变形体;加热圈,加热圈套在变形体上,通过变形体的热传导给胶层加热;变形体锁紧螺母,变形体通过所述变形体锁紧螺母固定在安装板;芯轴内部的气孔通过三联件与真空发生器连通,当真空发生器工作时,使得芯轴的轴向贯通气孔可以抽真空吸取胚料;所述拉伸装置可以拉动芯轴,使得芯轴可以在变形体中间上下滑动,用于开合变形体。拉伸装置不局限于微型气缸,采用功能相近的电磁铁等拉伸装置均可。
其详细结构如图2所示:包括芯轴1、变形体2、加热圈3、加热圈锁紧螺母4、隔热圈5、变形体锁紧螺母6、三联件7、拉伸装置8、安装板9及真空发生器10;
芯轴1位于变形体2贯通气孔内,芯轴1又通过三联件7与拉伸装置8相连,拉伸装置8可以拉动芯轴1,使得芯轴1可以在变形体2中间上下滑动;芯轴1内部气孔通过三联件7与真空发生器10连通,使得芯轴1轴向贯通气孔可以抽真空吸取胚料;变形体2通过变形体锁紧螺母6固定在安装板9,变形体2与安装板9之间设置有一个隔热圈5;加热圈3套在变形体2上,通过加热圈锁紧螺母4固定;拉伸装置8固定在安装板9上;
如图3所示,优选的,芯轴1轴向有贯通的气孔,端部分路为七个通孔,芯轴1通过这七个通孔在吸取胚料11的同时,保证胚料11受力均匀、整体平整、不易掉落。
如图3、4所示,优选地,变形体2末端为上大下小的正六边形锥台,均分为六瓣,六个切割线末端有一个圆孔,膨胀时可以与复材蜂窝的六边形内壁很好的贴合。
如图5所示,该植入装置带动吸附着的胚料11植入复材蜂窝,胚料11卷边与复材蜂窝内壁胶层接触;
如图6所示,当该植入装置带动吸附的胚料11植入复材蜂窝后,拉伸装置8通过三联件7拉伸芯轴1,伞状变形体2的六瓣分裂张开膨胀,将胚料11压实贴合在复材蜂窝内壁上;
如图6所示,接着,加热圈3开始工作,通过变形体2的热传导给胶层加热,胶层固化后胚料11与复材蜂窝内壁通过胶层紧密结合为一体,形成复材蜂窝消声帽;拉伸装置8带动芯轴1返回原位,变形体2缩回与复材蜂窝消声帽脱离;整个植入装置从复材蜂窝孔抽出返回原位。

Claims (5)

1.一种复材蜂窝消声帽的复合植入装置,包括,
—安装板;
—真空发生器;
—三联件;
—拉伸装置,拉伸装置固定在安装板上;
—变形体,变形体具有轴向贯通孔,由伞状结构组成,可以张开膨胀;
—芯轴,所述芯轴内部设有轴向贯通的气孔,芯轴的贯通气孔在芯轴与变形体的接触端均匀分为数路,用于均匀吸取胚料;
芯轴一端通过三联件与拉伸装置及真空发生器相连,另一端置于变形体的轴向贯通孔内;
—加热圈,加热圈套在变形体上;
其特征在于,
所述芯轴贯通气孔通过三联件与真空发生器连通,当真空发生器工作时,使得芯轴气孔可以抽真空吸取胚料;
所述拉伸装置可以拉动芯轴,使得芯轴可以在变形体轴向贯通孔内上下滑动,用于开合变形体,使得变形体膨胀时挤压胚料与胶层贴合,所述加热圈通过变形体的热传导给胶层加热;
其中,变形体的伞状结构为锥台状,分离为六瓣;与变形体配合的芯轴端部为圆台状,与伞状结构的通孔内壁滑动配合,用于芯轴拉动时变形体的开合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复材蜂窝消声帽的复合植入装置,其特征在于,还包括,加热圈锁紧螺母,所述加热圈锁紧螺母将加热圈固定在变形体上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复材蜂窝消声帽的复合植入装置,其特征在于,还包括,隔热圈,所述隔热圈将加热圈与安装板隔离。
4.根据权利要求1所述的复材蜂窝消声帽的复合植入装置,其特征在于,还包括,变形体锁紧螺母,所述变形体锁紧螺母将变形体固定在安装板上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的复材蜂窝消声帽的复合植入装置,其特征在于,所述拉伸装置为气缸或者电磁铁。
