the power device comprises a reduction gearbox and a crushing motor, the reduction gearbox and the crushing motor are both fixed at the same end of the bearing frame, an output shaft of the crushing motor is coaxially fixed with an input shaft of the reduction gearbox, and an output shaft of the reduction gearbox is coaxially fixed with a left shaft of the central rotating shaft;
the cooling water pipeline including stretching into the spray header in slag bath top space, the cooling water of intercommunication bearing frame and broken fluted roller advances pipe and cooling water exit tube, the epaxial inlet tube in broken fluted roller right side advances the pipe switch-on with the cooling water, the outer end and the cooling water exit tube switch-on in the epaxial return water space in broken fluted roller right side, make the cooling water advance the inside back rethread cooling water exit tube that the pipe got into broken fluted roller through the cooling water and discharge, the cooling water advances the inside space intercommunication of the bearing frame of pipe and central pivot both ends respectively, the cooling water exit tube is respectively through the inside space intercommunication of the bearing frame at pipeline and central pivot both ends, make the cooling water advance the inside space back rethread cooling water exit tube that the pipe got into the bearing frame through the cooling water and discharge.
