the cooling water pipeline comprises a spray water pipe extending into the space above the steel slag pool, a cooling water inlet pipe and a cooling water outlet pipe, wherein the cooling water inlet pipe and the cooling water outlet pipe are communicated with a bearing seat and a crushing tooth roller, cooling water is sprayed through the spray water pipe to cool steel slag, the water inlet pipe on the right shaft of the crushing tooth roller is communicated with the cooling water inlet pipe, the outer end of the water return space on the right shaft of the crushing tooth roller is communicated with the cooling water outlet pipe, cooling water enters the inside of the crushing tooth roller through the cooling water inlet pipe and then is discharged through the cooling water outlet pipe, the cooling water inlet pipe is communicated with the inner spaces of the bearing seats at two ends of the central rotating shaft through the pipeline, and the cooling water outlet pipe is discharged through the cooling water outlet pipe after entering the inner spaces of the bearing seats through the cooling water inlet pipe. Cooling water circulates in the crushing tooth roller and the bearing seat, so that the crushing tooth roller is prevented from being overhigh in temperature and influencing the normal work of the crushing tooth roller;
the bearing frame comprises bases with I-shaped structures at two ends and an arched cross beam connected with the two bases, the arched cross beam comprises two bases which are respectively fixed at the front end and the rear end of the bases, and bearing seats at two ends of the crushing tooth roller are respectively fixed on the bases at the corresponding ends. The design of the arched cross beam reduces the dead weight of the crushing trolley and avoids the stress concentration of the connecting cross beam.
And anti-collision cleaners corresponding to the rails are fixed at two ends of each base.

The tilting or derailing of the crushing trolley in the crushing process is prevented, and the safety of the steel slag crushing process is ensured.
The two ends of the crushing toothed roller are fixed with side-standing slag-stopping heat-insulating plates, the slag-stopping heat-insulating plates are positioned between the two arched beams, the lower ends of the slag-stopping heat-insulating plates downwards extend into the upper edge of the steel slag pool, and the supporting roller body is positioned between the two slag-stopping heat-insulating plates. The slag-stopping heat-insulating plate prevents steel slag from splashing, has a certain heat-insulating effect, reduces potential safety hazards and avoids transmission failure caused by overheating.
The crushing teeth are fixed on the outer circumferential surface of the supporting roller body through the tooth holders, and the inner ends of the crushing teeth are sleeved on the tooth holders and fixed through bolts. Is convenient for maintenance and replacement.
The working process of the invention is as follows:
the driving motor drives the walking rollers to enable the whole crushing trolley to move on the track, and the travelling position of the crushing trolley is detected through the anti-collision cleaners at the two ends of the bearing frame, so that the track is ensured to be clean; the crushing motor drives the crushing toothed roller to rotate through the reduction gearbox, the crushing toothed roller drives the crushing teeth arranged on the circumferential surface of the crushing toothed roller to continuously work in the steel slag pool, crushing of the steel slag is achieved, meanwhile, cooling water enters the crushing toothed roller and the inside of the bearing seat through the cooling water inlet pipe to circulate, the crushing toothed roller and the bearing seat are cooled and cooled, the trolley is prevented from being affected by overhigh temperature, cooling water is sprayed by the spray water pipe to cool the steel slag, slag blocking heat insulation plates at two ends of the crushing toothed roller can prevent the steel slag from being forcedly splashed onto the base in the crushing and paving process, and moving parts of the crushing trolley are prevented from being affected by splashing of the steel slag and high-temperature factors of; the bases at the two ends of the bearing frame are respectively provided with a pressure wheel set, so that the crushing trolley is prevented from tilting and even derailing in the crushing process; the supporting roller body and the central rotating shaft in the crushing tooth roller are both in a splicing welding mode, so that the manufacturing cost is reduced, the supporting roller body and the central rotating shaft are both in a hollow structure, circulating cooling water circulates inside the supporting roller body and the central rotating shaft, the crushing tooth roller is prevented from being heated at high temperature, and the cooling water inlet and the cooling water outlet are both arranged on the same side, so that the installation is facilitated; the circumference surface of the crushing tooth roller is provided with detachable conical crushing teeth which are arranged in a staggered symmetrical mode, so that the energy consumption of crushing steel slag is reduced, the number of teeth participating in crushing each time is 2 or 3, and the stress balance of each rolling position on the circumference surface of the supporting roller body is ensured; the crushing tooth adopts detachable construction's conical tooth group, and the wearing and tearing of the broken tooth top of this structure are more even, are favorable to prolonging broken tooth life. Therefore, the invention has stable structure, safe and stable use and can continuously work for a long time in a high-temperature environment.

the power device comprises a reduction gearbox and a crushing motor, the reduction gearbox and the crushing motor are both fixed at the same end of the bearing frame, an output shaft of the crushing motor is coaxially fixed with an input shaft of the reduction gearbox, and an output shaft of the reduction gearbox is coaxially fixed with a left shaft of the central rotating shaft;
the cooling water pipeline including stretching into the spray header in slag bath top space, the cooling water of intercommunication bearing frame and broken fluted roller advances pipe and cooling water exit tube, the epaxial inlet tube in broken fluted roller right side advances the pipe switch-on with the cooling water, the outer end and the cooling water exit tube switch-on in the epaxial return water space in broken fluted roller right side, make the cooling water advance the inside back rethread cooling water exit tube that the pipe got into broken fluted roller through the cooling water and discharge, the cooling water advances the inside space intercommunication of the bearing frame of pipe and central pivot both ends respectively, the cooling water exit tube is respectively through the inside space intercommunication of the bearing frame at pipeline and central pivot both ends, make the cooling water advance the inside space back rethread cooling water exit tube that the pipe got into the bearing frame through the cooling water and discharge.
