Detailed Description
Embodiments of a suspended roller coaster tire press and a pressure adjustment method thereof according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. Those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that the described embodiments can be modified in various different ways, or combinations thereof, without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Accordingly, the drawings and description are illustrative in nature and not intended to limit the scope of the claims. Furthermore, in the present description, the drawings are not to scale and like reference numerals refer to like parts.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. As shown in fig. 1, the suspension roller coaster tire pressing device of the present embodiment includes a linear driving mechanism, a spring assembly 41, a pressure sensor 42, and a guide bracket 40. Wherein, the driving motor 10 is installed on the driving motor support 50, the output shaft of the driving motor 10 drives the tire 20 to rotate, the driving motor 10 drives the tire 20 to roll along the rail 60, the driving carriage 30 is slidably installed on the rail 60, the driving carriage 30 moves along the rail 60 along with the rolling of the tire 20, and other accessories such as a seat can be installed on the driving carriage 30. The driving motor support 50 is hinged with the driving frame 30 through a first connecting pin 31.
The linear drive mechanism includes a cylinder 43 and a telescoping rod 44 extending outwardly from the cylinder. The rear end of the cylinder 43 is hinged to the driving frame 30, and the end of the telescopic rod 44 of the linear driving mechanism is hinged to the guide bracket 40.
The structure of the guide bracket 40 will be described in detail below. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the guide bracket 40 includes two support plates 401 vertically spaced apart from each other, and a connecting plate 402 connected between the bottoms of the two support plates 401. The upper parts of the two supporting plates 401 are hinged with the end of the telescopic rod 44 through a horizontal second connecting pin 403. Specifically, the second connecting pin 403 penetrates the telescopic bar 44 and the support plates 401 on both sides to hinge the telescopic bar 44 and the support plates 401 on both sides. A mounting rod 404 extends upwards from the upper end surface of the connecting plate 402, and the pressure sensor 42 and the spring assembly 41 are sequentially sleeved on the mounting rod 404 from bottom to top. The pressure sensor 42 is a feed-through pressure sensor. The driving motor support 50 horizontally extends in the direction of the guide bracket 40 to form a bearing plate 51. The bearing plate extends up to above the spring block 41 so that the upper end of the spring block 41 abuts against the lower surface of the bearing plate 51. The mounting rod 404 penetrates upward through the upper surface of the bearing plate 51 and is fastened by a fastener 407.
The extension rod 44 of the linear driving mechanism extends and retracts to drive the guide bracket 40 to move, so that the pressure sensor 42 and the spring assembly 41 are pushed by the connecting plate 402.
With the above structure, the pressure of the tire 20 against the rail 60 can be adjusted by the linear driving mechanism. For example, the linear driving mechanism reduces the stroke, the telescopic rod 44 retracts upwards, so that the supporting plate 401 and the connecting plate 402 move upwards, and the connecting plate 402 presses the spring set 41 and the pressure sensor 42 upwards. The spring assembly 41 presses the bearing plate 51, so that the driving motor holder 50 swings clockwise about the first coupling pin 31, thereby pressing the tire 20 driven by the driving motor upward against the rail 60. The pressure sensor 42 feeds back pressure to the master control unit and when the pressure reaches a preset value, the linear drive mechanism stops moving, thus ensuring that the positive pressure of the tire 20 between different operating phases and the rail 60 reaches a desired state.
The above is merely an example and a feed-through pressure sensor may not be used. The mounting rod 404 does not extend upward from the connecting plate 402, the lower end of the mounting rod 404 is provided with a horizontal outer shoulder 47 for receiving the spring assembly 41, the spring assembly 41 is sleeved on the mounting rod 404, the mounting rod 404 is arranged above the pressure sensor 42, and the lower surface of the outer shoulder is attached to the upper surface of the pressure sensor 42. The mounting bar 404 passes upwardly through the bearing plate 51 and is fastened by fasteners 407. And the lower portion of the pressure sensor 42 is disposed on the connection plate 402, and by the upward pressing of the connection plate 402, the pressure sensor 42 and the spring assembly 41 are pressed to move the pressure bearing plate 51 upward, thereby adjusting the pressure between the tire and the rail 60.
In both ways, the pressure between the tire and the rail is adjusted by the pressure sensor and the spring assembly 41. The tire is always pressed against the rail so the spring pack 41 is always in compression. The compression amount of the spring set is adjusted by the extension and contraction of the telescopic rod, so that the positive pressure of the tire 20 between different running stages and the rail 60 is ensured to reach an ideal state. For example, when climbing a slope, a large pressing force needs to be maintained between the tire and the rail, and the telescopic rod of the linear driving mechanism is contracted. When the slope goes downhill, a small pressing force needs to be kept between the tire and the rail, and then the telescopic rod of the linear driving mechanism extends out.
The pressure sensor 42 may be integrated into the linear driving mechanism (i.e. a linear driving mechanism with a pressure sensor is used), or the pressure sensor may be eliminated, and the stroke of the linear driving mechanism is controlled to adjust the deformation amount of the spring assembly 41, and the stroke of the linear driving mechanism has a certain corresponding relationship with the deformation amount of the elastic element, so that the positive pressure between the tire 20 and the rail 60 can be indirectly controlled by controlling the stroke of the linear driving mechanism.
In an alternative embodiment, the linear drive mechanism may be one of an electric cylinder, a hydraulic cylinder, an air cylinder, a push rod, and an elevator.
In an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, a guide unit 406 is further included for guiding the pressure bearing plate 51 to reliably move up and down. The guide unit 406 may take various forms. Such as guide keys, guide posts, etc.
In an alternative embodiment, the spring assembly 41 includes a plurality of disc springs stacked in an upright direction, however, this embodiment is not limited to the configuration of the spring assembly 41, and the spring assembly 41 may also be selected from other elastic elements, such as an elastic rubber pad.
In an alternative embodiment, the end face of the telescoping rod 44 is a predetermined distance from the end of the mounting rod extending out of the fastener 407 to prevent the bearing plate 51 from rising beyond a defined distance.
In an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the track 60 is a triangular truss structure including a main support pipe 300, a driving track 100, and hanging tracks 200 at both sides of the driving track 100. The tire 20 presses upward on the lower surface of the driving rail 100.
In an alternative embodiment, the drive carriage 30 is suspended from the suspension rail 200 by means of an inverted gear train 6 arranged on the suspension rail 200. An inverted gear train is arranged corresponding to each suspension rail. As shown in fig. 5: each inverted gear train 6 comprises a wheel frame 17, and a vertical shaft 12, a bearing wheel 13, a side guide wheel 14, an inverted wheel 15 and a horizontal pin shaft 16 which are arranged on the wheel frame 17. The vertical shaft 12 on the wheel frame 17 is vertical, the horizontal pin shaft 16 passes through the wheel frame 17 and the vertical shaft 12, the wheel frame 17 is fixed on the vertical shaft 12, so that the wheel frame 17 can rotate along with the vertical shaft 12, and the inverted gear train 6 can rotate freely. Drive carriage 30 is rotatably connected to upright shaft 12. The bearing wheels 13 and the inverted hanging wheels 15 have horizontal axes and are vertical to the track direction, and the side guide wheels 14 have vertical axes. The bearing wheels 13 are located above the hanging rail 200, the inverted wheels 15 are located below the hanging rail 200, and the side guide wheels 14 are located at the horizontal outer side of the hanging rail 200, so that a space surrounding the hanging rail 200 is formed by the lower edges of the bearing wheels 13, the upper edges of the inverted wheels 15 and the inner side edges of the side guide wheels 14, thereby surrounding the rail in three directions, and ensuring that the driving carriage 30 runs along the rail without derailing during running. To better enclose the suspension rail 200, the lower edges of the load-bearing wheels 13, the upper edges of the inverted wheels 15 and the inner edges of the side guide wheels 14 may be contoured to match the outer circumferential contour of the suspension rail 200 to better enclose the suspension rail. The wheel frame 17 is provided with lugs, bearings and the like for mounting the bearing wheels 13, the inverted wheels 15 and the side guide wheels 14, which will not be described in detail.
More preferably, on the wheel frame 17, the bearing wheels 13, the reverse hanging wheels and the side guide wheels 14 are all arranged in pairs along the length direction of the track, so that the suspension is more stable.
The invention also provides a method for adjusting the pressure between the tire and the track by using the suspended roller coaster tire pressing device, the deformation of the spring set 41 is adjusted by controlling the stroke of the linear driving mechanism, and the stroke of the linear driving mechanism and the deformation of the elastic element have a certain corresponding relation, so that the positive pressure between the tire 20 and the track 60 can be indirectly controlled by controlling the stroke of the linear driving mechanism.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
