Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below, the embodiments described with reference to the drawings being illustrative, and the embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below.
A neck massager 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to fig. 1 to 10.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a neck massager 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes an elastic support 1 and a plurality of electrode pads 2. In the description of the present invention, "a plurality" means two or more.
Specifically, referring to fig. 8 and 9, a plurality of electrode pads 2 are provided on the inner side surface of the elastic support 1 at intervals, the surface of one side of each electrode pad 2 away from the elastic support 1 is a massage face 21, the massage face 21 is formed to be concave, and the distance between the line connecting the two ends of the massage face 21 and the midpoint of the massage face 21 in the longitudinal direction of the elastic support 1 is d, d satisfies: d is less than or equal to 1.5 mm. Here, the direction "inner" refers to a direction toward the neck of the human body when the neck massager 100 is used, and the opposite direction is defined as "outer", i.e., a direction away from the neck of the human body.
For example, eight electrode sheets 2 are shown in the example of fig. 1 to 4, eight electrode sheets 2 being provided on the inner side surface of the elastic support 1, and eight electrode sheets 2 being provided at intervals. When in use, the surface of each electrode plate 2 contacting with the neck of a human body is a massage surface 21, and the massage surface 21 of each electrode plate 2 is a concave surface. Referring to fig. 9, the front view of each electrode sheet 2 is approximately a section of minor arc, the chord length of the minor arc is d, that is, the distance between the connecting line at the two ends of the minor arc and the midpoint of the minor arc is d, wherein d is less than or equal to 1.5 mm. Since the neck shape of a human body is not an absolute cylinder, there is a certain undulation or depression. When d is greater than 1.5mm, in the length direction of the elastic support 1, the distance between the connecting line of the two ends of the massage surface 21 and the midpoint of the massage surface 21 is too large, and only the two ends of the electrode sheet 2 may contact with the neck skin of the human body, while the middle part of the electrode sheet 2 is hollow and cannot effectively contact with the neck skin of the human body, so that the contact area between the massage surface 21 and the neck skin of the human body is small, and the pricking feeling is easy to occur. From this, through making distance d be less than or equal to 1.5mm, electrode slice 2's massage face 21 can fully contact with human neck skin, can avoid appearing the unsettled condition in middle part of electrode slice 2, has increased the area of contact of electrode slice 2 with human neck skin, can effectively avoid appearing stinging, can improve user's use travelling comfort, promotes neck massager 100's massage effect. Moreover, because electrode slice 2 is a plurality of, compare with traditional electrode slice, every electrode slice 2's size is less, and every electrode slice 2 all can produce corresponding displacement along with elastic support 1's deformation to can adapt to the shape of human neck better, can greatly promote user experience.
Eight electrode plates 2 are shown in fig. 1-4 for illustrative purposes, but it is obvious to those skilled in the art after reading the technical solution of the present application that the solution can be applied to other electrode plates 2, which also falls within the protection scope of the present invention.
According to the neck massager 100 of the embodiment of the invention, the electrode plates 2 which are spaced from each other are arranged on the inner side surface of the elastic support 1, the distance d between the connecting line of the two ends of the massage surface 21 and the midpoint of the massage surface 21 in the length direction of the elastic support 1 is smaller than or equal to 1.5mm, the size of each electrode plate 2 is smaller, and each electrode plate 2 can generate corresponding displacement along with the deformation of the elastic support 1, so that the shape of the neck of a human body can be better adapted. Moreover, the massage surface 21 of the electrode plate 2 can be fully contacted with the neck skin of a human body, the suspension condition of the middle part of the electrode plate 2 can be avoided, the contact area between the electrode plate 2 and the neck skin of the human body is increased, the occurrence of stabbing pain can be effectively avoided, the use comfort of a user can be improved, and the massage effect of the neck massage instrument 100 is improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 1 to 4, the number of the electrode pads 2 is at least three, and the at least three electrode pads 2 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the elastic support 1. For example, the at least three electrode pads 2 may correspond to the Dazhui acupoint, the newly-established acupoint, and the Jingbailao acupoint of the neck of the human body, respectively. The at least three electrode plates 2 comprise at least one positive electrode plate 2 and at least one negative electrode plate 2, so that the electrode plates 2 can form a loop with a human body, neurons can be stimulated, and a massage effect is achieved. Thus, by the above arrangement, the neck massager 100 can massage a plurality of acupuncture points at the same time, thereby further improving the massage effect.
Further, referring to fig. 5 to 8, the elastic holder 1 is formed with a plurality of mounting openings 11 and a plurality of annular grooves 12 on the inner surface thereof, the plurality of electrode tabs 2 are respectively mounted in the plurality of mounting openings 11, and each annular groove 12 is surrounded on the outer peripheral side of the corresponding mounting opening 11. For example, in the example of fig. 5 to 8, a plurality of mounting openings 11 are formed on the above-described inner side surface of the elastic holder 1, and a plurality of electrode tabs 2 are in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of mounting openings 11, each electrode tab 2 being mounted in a corresponding mounting opening 11, respectively. The outer peripheral side of each mounting opening 11 is surrounded by an annular groove 12, and the annular groove 12 is also formed on the above-mentioned inner side surface of the elastic holder 1. When the user wears neck massager 100, the extrusion force can be exerted to electrode slice 2 after user's neck and electrode slice 2 contact, from this, through setting up annular groove 12, electrode slice 2 can produce certain displacement under the effect of extrusion force to can realize free posture adjustment in order to laminate with the neck. Moreover, the annular groove 12 can compensate deformation when the elastic support 1 is opened, so as to prevent the elastic support 1 from generating a gap with the clamping arms due to tension in the opening process, thereby ensuring the structural stability of the neck massager 100.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 2, 3 and 5, a support 22 is provided on a surface of one side of each electrode sheet 2 facing away from the massage face 21, and the electrode sheet 2 is mounted in the mounting opening 11 through the support 22. Thus, by providing the support member 22, the electrode sheet 2 can be securely attached to the mounting hole 11, and the attachment and detachment are facilitated, thereby further improving the structural stability of the neck massager 100.
Further, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, a plurality of flanges 23 are provided on a surface of one side of each electrode plate 2 facing away from the massage face 21, the plurality of flanges 23 are provided on an outer circumferential side of the support 22 at intervals, and the plurality of flanges 23 fix the support 22 to the electrode plate 2. For example, the supporting member 22 may be provided with a plurality of through holes opposite to the plurality of flanges 23, and the supporting member 22 may be connected to the electrode plate 2 by allowing the plurality of flanges 23 to pass through the plurality of through holes and being locked. Therefore, the supporting piece 22 can be firmly fixed on the electrode plate 2 by arranging the plurality of flanges 23, and the structure is simple and the installation is convenient.
In some alternative embodiments of the invention, each electrode pad 2 is a metal electrode pad. Thus, the cost of the electrode sheet 2 is reduced by making the electrode sheet 2 a metal electrode sheet. Moreover, the metal electrode plate has high strength and is not easy to damage.
Of course, the invention is not limited thereto, and in other alternative embodiments of the invention, each electrode pad 2 is a piece of conductive silicone. So set up, electrode slice 2's close skin nature is better, and deformability is stronger, can be better with human neck skin laminating, promotes user's use travelling comfort.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the elastic bracket 1 may include an outer shell 13 and an inner shell 14, the inner shell 14 is disposed inside the outer shell 13, and the inner shell 14 may be a silicone bracket. Wherein, the mounting opening 11 and the annular groove 12 can be formed on the inner side surface of the silicone rubber support. When each electrode plate 2 is a conductive silica gel piece, the electrode plates 2 can be directly integrated with the silica gel support; when each electrode tab 2 is a metal electrode tab, then the electrode tab 2 needs to be mounted in the mounting opening 11 by the support 22. Specifically, when the electrode sheet 2 is a metal electrode sheet, the support member 22 may be a plastic member, and the support member 22 may be integrally formed with the silicone rubber holder.
In some embodiments of the invention, referring to figure 9 in combination with figure 10, the peripheral edge of each electrode pad 2 has a bead 24 folded over towards the side facing away from the massage face 21. Therefore, by arranging the overlapped edges 24, the outer peripheral edge of the electrode plate 2 is smoother, the sharp edge and the sharp corner of the electrode plate 2 can be prevented from scratching the neck skin of a human body, and the use comfort of a user is further improved.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 5, the massage face 21 protrudes from the inner side surface of the elastic holder 1. So set up, when the user wore neck massager 100, electrode slice 2 can at first with user's neck skin contact and adjustment gesture to can guarantee user's neck skin all the time with electrode slice 2 contact, guaranteed massage effect. Moreover, electrode slice 2 that so sets up makes can have certain clearance between user's neck skin and the above-mentioned inboard surface of elastic support 1, makes things convenient for skin ventilative, guarantees user's use travelling comfort.
In some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 4, in the length direction of the elastic support 1, the maximum central angle between the two outermost electrode sheets 2 is α, and α satisfies: alpha is more than or equal to 60 degrees and less than or equal to 110 degrees. Note that the "maximum central angle between the outermost two electrode tabs 2" may be understood as a central angle between outermost edges of the outermost two electrode tabs 2. For example, in the example of fig. 4, α is a central angle between the left edge of the leftmost electrode pad 2 and the right edge of the rightmost electrode pad 2. When the alpha is less than 60 degrees, the maximum central angle between the two electrode plates 2 at the outermost side is smaller, the electrode plates 2 can only be contacted with the back side of the neck of a human body but not contacted with the side edge part of the neck, and the massage effect is poor; when the angle alpha is larger than 110 degrees, the maximum central angle between the two outermost electrode plates 2 is too large, which may cause the outermost electrode plates 2 to hang in the air, and cause unnecessary waste. From this, through making 60 ≤ alpha ≤ 110 °, the biggest central angle between two electrode slices 2 of the outside is comparatively reasonable, makes neck massager 100 can massage human neck rear side and side part simultaneously, when increase massage area, makes a plurality of electrode slices 2 all can with human neck skin contact, prevents that the electrode slice 2 in the outside is unsettled.
Alternatively, in combination with fig. 3 and 7, the areas of the plurality of electrode sheets 2 are gradually reduced from the middle of the elastic support 1 toward both ends. For example, in the examples of fig. 3 and 7, the areas of the plurality of electrode tabs 2 are sequentially reduced from the middle to both ends, and accordingly, the width of the elastic holder 1 is sequentially reduced from the middle to both ends. Because the bar-shaped object with the same shape and material has the bending resistance in direct proportion to the width, when the neck massager 100 is worn by a human body, the elasticity of the elastic support 1 is gradually reduced from the middle to the two ends, and the two ends of the elastic support 1 are respectively connected with the clamping arms, so that the clamping force of the clamping arms is smaller. So, promote reinforcing user experience, avoid the arm lock centre gripping tension. Moreover, the electrode plate 2 positioned in the middle of the elastic support 1 is opposite to the cervical vertebra of the human body, which is the part of the neck of the human body needing massage, so that the effect of dredging the channels and relieving fatigue can be achieved by massaging the cervical vertebra. Through the arrangement, the electrode plate 2 with larger area corresponds to the cervical vertebra of the human body, and the contact area of the electrode plate 2 and the cervical vertebra can be increased, so that the massage effect of the neck massager 100 can be greatly improved.
Other configurations of the neck massager 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention, such as clamping arms, etc., and operations thereof, are known to those of ordinary skill in the art and will not be described in detail herein.
