Abstract
本发明提供了一种用于宠物的杀菌除臭剂,属于除臭剂技术领域。本发明所提供的杀菌除臭剂的制备原料为30‑40份刺蒺藜,15‑20份山椒子叶,5‑10份芦荟,5‑10份文冠果壳,5‑10份刺五加和5‑10份薄荷。本发明所提供的杀菌除臭剂能够显著的抑制大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的生长,并且可以有效的去除空气中的H2S和NH3。其次,本发明所提供的杀菌除臭剂对于宠物皮肤和眼睛无刺激作用。

技术领域
本发明属于除臭剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种新型生物杀菌除臭剂及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
随着经济发展和人民生活水平的提高,宠物已经变成人们日常生活中一部分,越来越多的家庭开始饲养猫,狗等宠物。虽然宠物为人们的日常生活增加了很多的乐趣,但是,宠物排泄物所产生的恶臭也给每个宠物爱好者产生了很多的烦心事。宠物的排泄物会滋生大量的细菌并且微生物分解宠物排泄物会产生氨气和硫化氢等有害气体,从而危害宠物和宠物主人的健康。
目前,市面上流通的除臭剂主要是化学除臭剂,其通过化学试剂进行杀菌和除臭,虽然可以实现有效的杀菌除臭,但是会对宠物产生刺激性,并且可能会导致宠物中毒。因此,目前急需发明一种杀菌和除臭效果好并且对宠物无刺激性的新型宠物杀菌除臭剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种杀菌除臭效果好且对宠物无刺激性的新型杀菌除臭剂。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种新型生物杀菌除臭剂,其特征在于,所述生物除臭剂的制备原料为:刺蒺藜、山椒子叶、芦荟、文冠果壳、刺五加和薄荷。
优选地,所述生物除臭剂的制备原料为30-40份 刺蒺藜,15-20份山椒子叶,5-10份芦荟,5-10份文冠果壳,5-10份刺五加和5-10份薄荷。
优选地,所述生物除臭剂的制备原料为35份刺蒺藜,20份山椒子叶,10份芦荟,10份文冠果壳,5份刺五加和5份薄荷。
此外,本发明提供了一种新型生物杀菌除臭剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按照质量份数称取刺蒺藜、山椒子叶、芦荟、文冠果壳、刺五加和薄荷使用粉碎机粉碎为0.5-1cm的碎片;
(2)室温下,按照料液比加入乙醇进行浸提;
(3)抽滤,离心,去除沉淀,上清旋转蒸发;
(4)真空冷冻干燥机中冷冻干燥,得到新型生物杀菌除臭剂。
优选地,所述料液比为1:20-30。
优选地,所述乙醇为70-95%乙醇。
优选地,所述浸提的时间为24-48h。
优选地,所述离心的速度为4000-5000r/min,所述离心的时间为20-30min。
除此之外,本发明提供了一种新型生物杀菌除臭剂,所述生物除臭剂的制备原料为30-40份 刺蒺藜,15-20份山椒子叶,5-10份芦荟,5-10份文冠果壳,5-10份刺五加和5-10份薄荷;
所述生物除臭剂的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)按照质量份数称取刺蒺藜、山椒子叶、芦荟、文冠果壳、刺五加和薄荷使用粉碎机粉碎为1-2cm的碎片;
(2)室温下,按照1:20-30料液比加入70-95%乙醇进行24-48h浸提;
(3)抽滤,4000-5000r/min 离心20-30分钟,去除沉淀,上清旋转蒸发;
(4)真空冷冻干燥机中冷冻干燥,得到新型生物杀菌除臭剂。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明提供了一种具有优异杀菌和除臭效果的生物除臭剂,本发明所述提供的杀菌除臭剂对于大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌具有有益的抑制效果,且本发明所提供的杀菌除臭剂可以在较短的时间内有效的消除臭气中的H2S和NH3。
其次,本发明所提供的杀菌除臭剂对于宠物皮肤和眼睛无明显刺激作用。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行进一步的解释说明,需要注意的是,本发明实施例仅用于解释本发明,而不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
(1)称取30份刺蒺藜,20份山椒子叶,5份芦荟,5份文冠果壳,5份刺五加和5份薄荷,使用粉碎机粉碎为0.5-1cm的碎片;
(2)室温下,按照1:30料液比加入95%乙醇进行24h浸提;
(3)抽滤,4000r/min 离心20分钟,去除沉淀,上清旋转蒸发;
(4)真空冷冻干燥机中冷冻干燥,得到新型生物杀菌除臭剂A。
实施例2
(1)称取40份刺蒺藜,15份山椒子叶,10份芦荟,5份文冠果壳,5份刺五加和10份薄荷,使用粉碎机粉碎为0.5-1cm的碎片;
(2)室温下,按照1:20料液比加入70%乙醇进行48h浸提;
(3)抽滤,5000r/min 离心30分钟,去除沉淀,上清旋转蒸发;
(4)真空冷冻干燥机中冷冻干燥,得到新型生物杀菌除臭剂B。
实施例3
(1)称取35份刺蒺藜,20份山椒子叶,10份芦荟,10份文冠果壳,5份刺五加和5份薄荷,使用粉碎机粉碎为0.5-1cm的碎片;
(2)室温下,按照1:20料液比加入85%乙醇进行48h浸提;
(3)抽滤,5000r/min 离心30分钟,去除沉淀,上清旋转蒸发;
(4)真空冷冻干燥机中冷冻干燥,得到新型生物杀菌除臭剂C。
实施例4
(1)称取40份刺蒺藜,20份山椒子叶,10份芦荟,5份文冠果壳,10份刺五加和10份薄荷,使用粉碎机粉碎为0.5-1cm的碎片;
(2)室温下,按照1:20料液比加入95%乙醇进行24h浸提;
(3)抽滤, 5000r/min 离心20分钟,去除沉淀,上清旋转蒸发;
(4)真空冷冻干燥机中冷冻干燥,得到新型生物杀菌除臭剂D。
实施例5
(1)称取30份刺蒺藜,15份山椒子叶,5份芦荟,10份文冠果壳,10份刺五加和5份薄荷,使用粉碎机粉碎为0.5-1cm的碎片;
(2)室温下,按照1:25料液比加入85%乙醇进行36h浸提;
(3)抽滤, 5000r/min 离心30分钟,去除沉淀,上清旋转蒸发;
(4)真空冷冻干燥机中冷冻干燥,得到新型生物杀菌除臭剂E。
实验方法
1.抑菌实验
(1)将活化后的大肠杆菌菌种和金黄色葡萄球菌菌种用无菌生理盐水稀释,配置成106CFU/mL的菌液;
(2)将配置好的牛肉膏蛋白胨培养基经121℃高压蒸汽灭菌后,冷却至50℃左右时倒平板;
(3)将50μL菌液涂布于平板上,将实施例1-5所制备得到的杀菌除臭剂配置成100mg/mL的溶液;
(4)之后将灭菌后的滤纸片置于杀菌除臭剂溶液中,浸泡20min;
(5)使用无菌镊子将滤纸平铺在琼脂培养基上(每组设置3个重复), 37℃条件下培养16h,使用游标卡尺测定抑菌圈直径,计算其平均值
从结果可以看出,本发明所提供的生物杀菌除臭剂对于大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌具有优异的抑菌效果,且不同的植物提取物搭配间具有显著的协同效果,其中实施例3所制备的生物杀菌除臭剂具有最优的杀菌效果。
2.除臭效果检测
实验在70×45×50cm的有机玻璃箱中进行。分别将100mg/m3的H2S和NH3充入到操作箱中,通过操作口将除臭剂均匀向箱内喷雾,10min后测定除臭后的臭气浓度,每组重复3次。
消除率=消除前臭气浓度-消除后臭气浓度/消除前臭气浓度×100%

通过实验结果可以看出,本发明所提供的杀菌除臭剂对于消除H2S和NH3具有优异除臭效果,与抑菌实验相同实施例3具有最佳的除臭效果,10min时,实施例3的H2S消除率为95.58±0.28,NH3的消除率为99.27±0.31,效果十分优异。
3.皮肤毒性试验
(1) 实验前剪短豚鼠背部长毛,涂上脱毛剂,5-7min后刮毛,冲洗后观察24h,选用无明显红肿和皮肤损伤的豚鼠进行实验;
(2)按照豚鼠背部正中线为界,两侧分别涂100mg/ml杀菌除臭剂C和蒸馏水,每日涂抹一次,连续涂抹5天,观察表皮是否存在红肿斑点。
实验结果
涂药5天后,实验组和对照组豚鼠均未出现任何明显的刺激症状和红肿或斑点等损伤。
4.动物眼结合膜刺激实验
轻轻拉开豚鼠一侧的下眼睑,将0.1ml 100mg/ml杀菌除臭剂C滴入,另一侧滴入蒸馏水,观察豚鼠眼结膜有无充血和流泪情况。
实验结果
实验后,未见豚鼠眼结膜出现明显充血和流泪情况。

1.一种生物杀菌除臭剂,其特征在于,所述生物杀菌除臭剂的制备原料为35份刺蒺藜,20份山椒子叶,10份芦荟,10份文冠果壳,5份刺五加和5份薄荷;
所述生物杀菌除臭剂的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)称取35份刺蒺藜,20份山椒子叶,10份芦荟,10份文冠果壳,5份刺五加和5份薄荷,使用粉碎机粉碎为0.5-1cm的碎片;
(2)室温下,按照1:20料液比加入85%乙醇进行48h浸提;
(3)抽滤,5000r/min 离心30分钟,去除沉淀,上清旋转蒸发;
(4)真空冷冻干燥机中冷冻干燥,得到生物杀菌除臭剂。
2.一种生物杀菌除臭剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)称取35份刺蒺藜,20份山椒子叶,10份芦荟,10份文冠果壳,5份刺五加和5份薄荷,使用粉碎机粉碎为0.5-1cm的碎片;
(2)室温下,按照1:20料液比加入85%乙醇进行48h浸提;
(3)抽滤,5000r/min 离心30分钟,去除沉淀,上清旋转蒸发;
(4)真空冷冻干燥机中冷冻干燥,得到生物杀菌除臭剂。
