step 3, the server (2) generates chart adjusting configuration list information according to the new configuration file information, and the chart adjusting configuration list information is issued to the broadcasting machine (3) where each running train is located through the network;
step 4, the broadcaster (3) matches the train number with the corresponding train number in the chart configuration list, and after the matching is successful, the broadcaster (3) downloads corresponding new configuration file information and new voice information from the server (2) according to the configuration list information, and stores the new configuration file information and the new voice information in a memory of a train where the broadcaster (3) is located;
step 5, the broadcasting machine (3) compares the current date with the chart operation date in the new configuration file information, and when the current date is consistent with the chart operation date of the new configuration file information, prompt information for updating the new configuration file information and the new voice information is generated;
and 6, the broadcasting machine (3) updates the new configuration file information and the new voice information according to the prompt information, the new configuration file information and the new voice information, and also updates the content of the broadcasting program by using the new configuration file information and the new voice information.
2. The method for publishing a passenger train broadcast operation profile according to claim 1, wherein the step 2 further comprises the steps of:
the control platform (1) performs pre-listening examination on the new voice information, also performs operation simulation experiment examination on the new configuration file information, and adds a chart adjusting operation date label to the new configuration file information and the new voice information after confirming that the pre-listening examination and the operation simulation experiment examination are correct; and uploading the new configuration file information and the new voice information to the server (2) after adding the chart operation date label.

the step 6 further comprises the following steps: the control platform (1) generates first control information according to the platform new voice information and transmits the first control information to the broadcasting machine (3) through the network and the server (2), and the broadcasting machine (3) updates the new configuration file information and the new voice information according to the first control information;
