According to the management system for the potential safety hazard of the user equipment, provided by the embodiment of the invention, after an inspection site and a user sign the potential safety hazard notice, the potential safety hazard notice can be directly scanned into a picture, the site picture and the scanned potential safety hazard notice are led into the single line diagram through the editing menu, so that the power element or equipment in the single line diagram is associated with the relevant information of the potential safety hazard of the user equipment, and the management information of the potential safety hazard of the user equipment is generated, the management system for the potential safety hazard of the user equipment automatically sends reminding information to a manager and the user according to the management information of the potential safety hazard of the user equipment, and the processing progress of the potential safety hazard of each user equipment can be followed in time. A large amount of manpower is not needed to follow up the processing progress of the potential safety hazard of each user equipment, so that the manpower is saved; and multiple administrators can be informed at the same time, and the phenomenon that the management of specific personnel is easy to cause errors in the prior art can be effectively avoided. And all the electric power potential safety hazard notices and related files are stored and managed by a management system of the potential safety hazard of the user equipment, so that the files can be prevented from being lost, and meanwhile, a user equipment potential safety hazard management table containing user equipment potential safety hazard management information can be exported to serve as a management standing book (such as a potential safety hazard black spot standing book) to provide a real and reliable basic data source for distribution network management.

Claims (10)

1. A method for managing potential safety hazard of user equipment is characterized by comprising the following steps:
obtaining a distribution network single line diagram of a target power supply area;
generating user equipment potential safety hazard management information according to the single line diagram and the user equipment potential safety hazard related information which is imported and associated to the elements in the single line diagram;
and determining that the potential safety hazard of the user equipment is not eliminated according to the potential safety hazard management information of the user equipment, and sending reminding information to the current personnel.
2. The method for managing the potential safety hazard of the user equipment according to claim 1, wherein the information related to the potential safety hazard of the user equipment comprises an electric power potential safety hazard informing book; the generating of the user equipment potential safety hazard management information according to the single line diagram and the user equipment potential safety hazard related information imported and associated to the element in the single line diagram includes:
setting an editing menu aiming at the wires, the cables, the towers, the switches, the disconnecting links, the cable tapping boxes and the transformers in each single line diagram, wherein the editing menu is used for editing the information related to the potential safety hazards of the user equipment;
and establishing information association between the wires, the cables, the towers, the switches, the disconnecting links, the cable tapping boxes, the transformers and the power potential safety hazard informing books according to the operation of the editing menu, and generating potential safety hazard management information of the user equipment.
3. The method for managing the potential safety hazard of the user equipment as claimed in claim 2, wherein the editing menu comprises an adding option, a deleting option, a transferring option and a naming option;
wherein the adding option is used for adding the user equipment potential safety hazard related information in a power potential safety hazard notice to an element in the single line diagram;
the deletion option is used for deleting the added potential safety hazard management information of the user equipment;
the transfer option is used for transferring the user equipment potential safety hazard management information added in the single line diagram before updating to the updated single line diagram;
and the naming option is used for setting the name of the table where the user equipment potential safety hazard management information is located.

The method for managing the potential safety hazard of the user equipment according to claim 2, wherein before setting an editing menu for the wires, the cables, the towers, the switches, the disconnecting links, the cable distribution boxes and the transformers in each single line diagram, the method further comprises the following steps of:
and carrying out classification management on the single line diagram after the menu is set and edited according to the substation name-line name to form a single line diagram library of potential safety hazards of the user equipment.

The method for managing the potential safety hazard of the user equipment according to claim 1, wherein the user equipment potential safety hazard information is set in a user equipment potential safety hazard information table, and the user equipment potential safety hazard information comprises: the label of the user equipment potential safety hazard information, the names of the transformer substation and the line, the potential safety hazard positions, the information importing time and the processing time limit.
6. The method for managing the hidden safety hazard of the user equipment according to claim 5, wherein the information of the hidden safety hazard of the user equipment further comprises: and (4) brief description of hidden danger, and whether the user contact and the hidden danger are processed.

The method for managing the potential safety hazard of the user equipment according to claim 5, wherein the step of sending a reminding message to the current personnel if the potential safety hazard of the user equipment is determined not to be eliminated according to the management information of the potential safety hazard of the user equipment comprises the following steps:

10. A system for managing a security risk of a ue, configured to perform the method for managing a security risk of a ue according to any one of claims 1 to 9, the method comprising:
the single line diagram acquisition module is used for acquiring a distribution network single line diagram of a target power supply area;
the user equipment potential safety hazard management information generating module is used for generating user equipment potential safety hazard management information according to the single line diagram and user equipment potential safety hazard related information which is led in and associated with the element in the single line diagram;
and the information sending module is used for sending reminding information to the current personnel if the potential safety hazard of the user equipment is determined not to be eliminated according to the potential safety hazard management information of the user equipment.
