Background
A certain airplane adopts an embedded cabin which is mainly used for loading and unloading on the ground and throwing in the air, the length of a left cabin door and a right cabin door is 4m, the left cabin door and the right cabin door are of an upper leaf and lower leaf split structure, and a cabin door operating mechanism adopts a hydraulic actuating cylinder to drive a hub to rotate to open and close the cabin doors. The hatch has three states: closed state, air-throwing state, ground loading/unloading state. The hatch can be opened to a throwing state or a loading/unloading state on the ground, and can be opened to a throwing state only in the air. When the cabin door is in a closed state and in a throwing state, the hub needs to rotate outwards by an angle of 85 degrees, and the ground is in a loading/unloading state after the cabin door is manually rotated outwards by 55 degrees.

The left cabin door and the right cabin door of a certain airplane are both composed of an upper cabin door and a lower cabin door, are of multipoint hinge type hinges and split type structures, are influenced by various factors such as cabin door sealing, space limitation of a multi-stage operating mechanism, vibration, deformation and the like, and cannot be provided with micro switches in a hydraulic actuating cylinder and at a door frame, namely, the design idea of an electrical signal conversion device of other small-sized cabin doors cannot be directly used for reference. Therefore, for a double-opening and large-size cabin door with a secondary door opening function, the cabin door electrical signal conversion device needs to be redesigned.

The invention overcomes the defects of the existing single-opening and small-size cabin door electric signal conversion device, provides the double-opening cabin door position signal conversion device with simple structure, good manufacturability, convenient assembly and disassembly and high reliability, realizes the function of repeatedly actuating the cabin door opening-in-place or closing-in-place signal conversion device by a single actuating piece, and meets the cabin door electric control requirements and the ground loading, unloading and throwing requirements.
Technical scheme

The boss on the hub is contacted with the roller 3 along with the rotation of the hub, and the connecting piece 2 is driven to be contacted with the micro switch ejector rod.
When the cabin door is opened in place, the microswitch is pressed through the connecting piece 2, and the central line of the microswitch, the center of the roller 3 and the center of the hub are on the same straight line.
The micro switch is an adjustable structure, a locking nut is arranged on the micro switch,
the support 5 and the micro switch are installed in a coordinated mode according to the position of the protrusion on the hub.
The front and the back of the single-side cabin door are respectively provided with an opening-to-position signal conversion device and a cabin door closing-to-position signal conversion device.
The connecting piece 2 and the roller 3 are made of metal materials.
The width of the projection is greater than the width of the roller 3.
The shape of the support 5 is determined according to the installation environment in the cabin, and the connection mode is unchanged.

The cabin door position signal mechanism is simple in structure, the working stroke of the microswitch is adjustable, rolling friction is formed between the boss on the hub and the roller, the contact area between the roller and the boss is large, the signal mechanism has strong capability of resisting deformation of a machine body and vibration and impact of the cabin door (the radial thickness is 12mm, and the length and the width of the contact area are 30mm and 12mm), and the technical problem of double-opening-degree cabin door signal conversion is solved.

The cabin door state signals are taken from 4 cabin doors arranged on the left side and the right side of the front end frame, and 4 closing in-place micro switches (1 opening micro switch and 1 closing in-place micro switch are respectively arranged on the left side, the right side, the front side and the rear side) are arranged on the left side and the right side of the rear end frame. And when the cabin door is opened or closed in place, the corresponding micro switch is triggered, and a cabin door opening in place or closing in place signal is sent. Two 'in-place' or 'in-place' micro switches at the front end frame and the rear end frame of the same side cabin door are connected in series, and when the two 'in-place' or 'in-place' micro switches are simultaneously pressed, the cabin door signal control circuit can be switched on, and a cabin door in-place or in-place opening signal is sent to other systems on the airplane. When the cabin door moves to a position close to the opening position or the closing position, the roller (shown in 3 in figure 1) on the cabin door position signal mechanism is contacted with the boss on the structural hub; when the center of the wheel hub, the highest point on the boss, the center of the roller and the axis of the ejector rod of the microswitch are in a straight line (the straight line is the normal line passing through the curved surface of the boss at the center of the wheel hub), at the moment, the cabin door is in an open position or a close position, the position signal mechanism is in a dead point position and reaches a self-locking state, the ejector rod on the microswitch is ejected and pressed by a connecting piece (shown as 2 in figure 1) through the lever action, a cabin door open position or close position signal circuit is switched on, a cabin door open position or close position signal is provided for other systems on the airplane, and at the moment, an operator of the cabin door on the airplane can switch off.
