The invention discloses a manual and electric integrated external unlocking device and an operation method thereof, the device comprises an external operation bracket, the end part of the external operation bracket is detachably inserted with a lock cylinder, the upper end of the external operation bracket is provided with a collision bead or a stop hook, the external operation bracket is internally provided with a micro switch, the lock cylinder is connected with an anchor plate, the anchor plate is provided with a positioning groove matched with the collision bead or the stop hook, a switch collision block is arranged between the anchor plate and the micro switch, a long waist hole is arranged on the switch collision block, and a cylindrical pin matched with the long waist hole is arranged on the anchor plate, wherein the lock cylinder rotates to drive the anchor plate to rotate, the anchor plate rotates to drive the switch collision block to rotate, and the switch collision block rotates to trigger the micro switch. The invention integrates the functions of the external emergency unlocking device and the electric key switch component, only uses one lock cylinder to simultaneously have the functions of manually opening the door and electrically opening and closing the door, has compact structure and reduces the occupation of the vehicle body space.

The outer mode of opening the door of present railcar project electrically operated gate system divide into electric switch door and the manual two kinds of modes of opening the door: one is that when the door system is electrified, the door is electrically opened and closed by operating the electric key switch assembly, which is the most common door opening and closing mode for the electric door; one is to manually open the door after mechanical unlocking by an external emergency unlocking device, which is generally used only in emergency situations or when the door system is not powered.
When the requirement possesses the electric switch door simultaneously and opens the door the function with manual outside the car, generally there are two kinds of compound modes: one is that two mounting holes are arranged outside the vehicle body, and an electric key switch component and an external emergency unlocking device are respectively arranged and are not connected; or the outer side of the vehicle body is provided with a mounting hole, the electric key switch assembly and the outer emergency unlocking device are simultaneously mounted on a panel, and the electric key switch assembly is connected with the outer emergency unlocking device through the panel. The conventional vehicle exterior door opening device mainly has the following defects: the occupied space is large, two lock cylinders exist in both the first combination mode and the second combination mode, and the structure of the two lock cylinders needs to occupy a larger space of the vehicle body; the production cost is high, and no matter be the first combination mode or the second combination mode, electric key switch subassembly and outer emergency unlocking device are two independent parts, and its production cost is higher.

The purpose of the invention is as follows: the invention aims to provide a manual and electric integrated external unlocking device and an operation method thereof, and solves the problems of independent function parts, complex structure and space occupation of the conventional device.
The technical scheme is as follows: the manual and electric integrated external unlocking device comprises an external operating support, a lock cylinder is detachably inserted at the end part of the external operating support, a collision bead is arranged at the upper end of the external operating support, a microswitch is arranged in the external operating support, the lock cylinder is connected with an anchor plate, the anchor plate is provided with a positioning groove matched with the sprayed bead, a switch collision block is arranged between the anchor plate and the microswitch, a long waist hole is arranged on the switch collision block, and a cylindrical pin matched with the long waist hole is arranged on the anchor plate, wherein the lock cylinder rotates to drive the anchor plate to rotate, the anchor plate rotates to drive the switch collision block to rotate, and the switch collision block rotates to trigger the microswitch.
The lock core is characterized in that a lock core sleeve and a sliding end cover are arranged at the end part of the lock core, and a compression spring is arranged between the lock core and the sliding end cover.
A connecting sleeve is arranged between the lock cylinder and the outer operating bracket, a shaft sleeve is mounted on the outer operating bracket, and the shaft sleeve is connected with the lock cylinder.

(c) after the key is loosened, the switch collision block, the wire drawing disc and the lock cylinder automatically reset under the action of the reset torsion spring, and finally the wire drawing disc rotates to the positioning groove to clamp the collision bead and returns to the initial position.
The invention relates to a method for operating a manual door opening and closing of a manual and electric integrated external unlocking device, which comprises the following steps:

Detailed Description
The invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1-2, the manual and electric integrated external unlocking device is connected with other parts through an external operating bracket 4, and a sliding end cover 2, a lock cylinder sleeve 3 and a connecting sleeve 15 are arranged at the front end of a lock cylinder 1. Install compression spring 12 between slip end cover 2 and lock core 1, compression spring 12 guarantees that slip end cover 2 flushes with lock core 1, and when using the key to insert lock core 1, slip end cover 2 is pushed down, and the key rotates with lock core 1 synchronization. The backing plate 20 is installed between the lock cylinder 1 and the switch striking block 8. The end part of the lock core 1 is provided with a large gasket 17, a butterfly gasket 18 and a hexagon nut 19, which play a role in fixing the whole device.
As shown in fig. 3, the lock cylinder 1 is connected, and the wire grip 7 always rotates synchronously with the lock cylinder 1. The switch striking block 8 is internally provided with a reset torsion spring 16. The cylindrical pin 21 is fixed with the guy plate 7, and the part of the cylindrical pin 21 extending out of the guy plate 7 is inserted into the long waist hole of the switch collision block 8. Since the cylindrical pin 21 is in contact with the upper edge of the long waist hole of the switch striking block 8 in the initial position. If the lock cylinder 1 rotates anticlockwise, the lock cylinder 1 drives the wire drawing disc 7 to rotate anticlockwise, and the cylindrical pin 21 rotates anticlockwise to drive the switch collision block 8 to rotate anticlockwise. If the lock core 1 rotates clockwise, the lock core 1 drives the anchor plate 7 to rotate clockwise, the cylindrical pin 21 slides in the long waist hole of the switch collision block 8, and the switch collision block 8 is static at the moment.
As shown in fig. 4, when the door is electrically opened and closed by adopting the invention, the key is used for rotating the lock cylinder 1 in the counterclockwise direction, the lock cylinder 1 drives the wire drawing disc 7 and the switch collision block 8 to rotate counterclockwise, at the moment, the collision ball 6 is separated from the first positioning groove, and after the rotation to a certain angle, the switch collision block 8 can trigger the microswitch 9. After the micro switch 9 is triggered, a door opening and closing signal is given to the door controller, and if the door system is closed at the moment, the door opening action is triggered; if the door system is opened at this moment, the door closing action can be triggered, and the electric door opening and closing of the door system is realized. After the microswitch 9 is triggered, if the lock cylinder 1 drives the switch collision block 8 to continue to rotate anticlockwise, the surface A of the switch collision block 8 touches the surface B of the outer operating support 4, so that the position limitation of the lock cylinder 1 during anticlockwise rotation is realized, after a key is loosened, the switch collision block 8, the anchor plate 7 and the lock cylinder 1 are automatically reset under the action of the reset torsion spring 16, and finally the anchor plate 7 is positioned by the collision bead 6 after rotating to the first positioning groove 22 and is restored to the initial position.
As shown in figure 5, when the door is manually opened and closed by adopting the invention, the key is used for rotating the lock core 1 clockwise, the lock core 1 drives the wire drawing disc 7 to rotate clockwise, the switch collision block 8 keeps static, and the collision bead 6 is separated from the positioning groove. When the anchor plate 7 rotates clockwise, the steel wire rope is tensioned, so that the door system is unlocked, and manual opening of the door can be realized. The anchor plate 7 rotates clockwise, when the cylindrical pin 21 rotates clockwise to the edge of the lower part of the long waist hole of the switch collision block 8, the surface C of the switch collision block 8 touches the surface D of the outer operating support 4, the lock core 1 rotates clockwise, the position is limited, and after the key is loosened, the anchor plate 7 rotates to the second positioning groove 23 under the action of the tension force of the steel wire rope and is positioned by the collision bead 6. The anchor 7 can not reset to the initial position automatically, must use the key to rotate lock core 1 and carry out manual reset, and final anchor 7 is fixed a position by bumping ball 6 after rotating to first constant head tank, resumes to the initial position.

The manual and electric integrated external unlocking device is characterized by comprising an external operation support (4), wherein a lock cylinder (1) is detachably inserted at the end part of the external operation support (4), a collision bead (6) or a stop hook is arranged at the upper end of the external operation support (4), a microswitch (9) is arranged in the external operation support (4), the lock cylinder (1) is connected with an anchor plate (7), the anchor plate (7) is provided with a positioning groove matched with the collision bead (6) or the stop hook, a switch collision block (8) is arranged between the anchor plate (7) and the microswitch (9), a long waist hole is arranged on the switch collision block (8), a cylindrical pin (21) matched with the long waist hole is arranged on the anchor plate (7), wherein the lock cylinder (1) rotates to drive the anchor plate (7) to rotate, the anchor plate (7) rotates to drive the switch collision block (8) to rotate, the switch collision block (8) rotates to trigger the microswitch (9).
