本发明公开了一种页岩环保吸音板及其制备方法,页岩环保吸音板包括吸音板本体;所述吸音板本体包括外框,外框中部内嵌套有页岩层,页岩层两侧设有树脂层,树脂层为蜂窝状结构的树脂板;所述页岩层和树脂层之间设有金属网板,金属网板通过螺栓固定的方式与外框内壁固定连接。通过设有内层为发泡状材料的页岩层外层为蜂窝状的树脂层的三层吸音结构,使得音波在不同介质中传播,具有较好的吸音效果同时具有较好的稳定性和抗冲击性能;通过单独制作页岩层和树脂层,以及实用树脂原料灌注树脂层与外框的间隙,使得树脂层较好的密封页岩层,保证结构的稳定性,制作简单,具有教好的吸音效果和结构稳定性。

本发明涉及建筑板材领域,具体是一种页岩环保吸音板及其制备方法。
背景技术
吸音板是建筑材料中用来隔音的材料,传统的吸音板,结构简单采用单一材料制备,结构脆弱,抗冲击性差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种页岩环保吸音板,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种页岩环保吸音板,包括吸音板本体;所述吸音板本体包括外框,外框中部内嵌套有页岩层,页岩层两侧设有树脂层,树脂层为蜂窝状结构的树脂板;所述页岩层和树脂层之间设有金属网板,金属网板通过螺栓固定的方式与外框内壁固定连接。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述外框为环形金属框。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述页岩层为包含有页岩粉的多孔发泡板。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述树脂层设有均匀分布的蜂窝孔。
一种页岩环保吸音板的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
A、制作页岩层,
(1)、配料:配制质量份数如下的原料:60-70份的页岩粉、20-30份的陶土粉、5-10份交联剂、10-15份发泡剂;(2)将步骤(1)中的原料投入反应釜,开启搅拌,转速控制在700-800转/分钟,搅拌30分钟,得到膏状物;(3)将步骤(2)中膏状物倒入矩形模具槽中,后将模具送入烘干箱中,烘干1小时,得到页岩层板。(4)将页岩层板切割后装载在外框模具内,并将金属网板固定在页岩层外侧。
B、制作树脂层,
(1)将环氧树脂颗粒和固化剂投入加热搅拌罐中,维持温度90-100度搅拌30分钟;(2)将搅拌后的原料注入蜂窝模具内,待冷却后进行脱模得到树脂板。
C、合并压制
将树脂板裁剪后放入到外框内,使得树脂板与外框之间存在10-20厘米的间隙,将树脂原料注入间隙中,使得树脂原料灌满间隙,上方放置压板,静置冷却1小时;将外框翻转,在另一侧重复上述步骤,灌注另一侧的树脂层。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:通过设有内层为发泡状材料的页岩层外层为蜂窝状的树脂层的三层吸音结构,使得音波在不同介质中传播,具有较好的吸音效果同时具有较好的稳定性和抗冲击性能;通过单独制作页岩层和树脂层,以及实用树脂原料灌注树脂层与外框的间隙,使得树脂层较好的密封页岩层,保证结构的稳定性,制作简单,具有教好的吸音效果和结构稳定性。

请参阅图1-3,本发明实施例中,一种页岩环保吸音板,包括吸音板本体;所述吸音板本体包括外框1,外框1为环形金属框,外框1中部内嵌套有页岩层4,页岩层4为包含有页岩粉的多孔发泡板,页岩层4两侧设有树脂层3,树脂层3为蜂窝状结构的树脂板,树脂层3设有均匀分布的蜂窝孔,音波在不同介质的材料的树脂层3和页岩层4的通孔的内传播,被更好的吸收,同时树脂层3具有较好的弹性和抗冲击性,提高吸音板的使用寿命;所述页岩层4和树脂层3之间设有金属网板2,金属网板2通过螺栓固定的方式与外框1内壁固定连接,金属网板4对页岩层4进行限位固定,提高整个吸音板的整体强度。
如上所述的页岩环保吸音板的制作包括如下步骤:
A、制作页岩层,

(3)将环氧树脂颗粒和固化剂投入加热搅拌罐中,维持温度100度搅拌30分钟;(2)将搅拌后的原料注入蜂窝模具内,待冷却后进行脱模得到树脂板。
C、合并压制
将树脂板裁剪后放入到外框内,使得树脂板与外框之间存在20厘米的间隙,将树脂原料注入间隙中,使得树脂原料灌满间隙,上方放置压板,静置冷却1小时;将外框翻转,在另一侧重复上述步骤,灌注另一侧的树脂层。

A、制作页岩层,
(1)、配料:配制质量份数如下的原料:60-70份的页岩粉、20-30份的陶土粉、5-10份交联剂、10-15份发泡剂;(2)将步骤(1)中的原料投入反应釜,开启搅拌,转速控制在700-800转/分钟,搅拌30分钟,得到膏状物;(3)将步骤(2)中膏状物倒入矩形模具槽中,后将模具送入烘干箱中,烘干1小时,得到页岩层板。(4)将页岩层板切割后装载在外框模具内,并将金属网板固定在页岩层外侧。
B、制作树脂层,
(1)将环氧树脂颗粒和固化剂投入加热搅拌罐中,维持温度90-100度搅拌30分钟;
(2)将搅拌后的原料注入蜂窝模具内,待冷却后进行脱模得到树脂板。
C、合并压制
