90 parts of lithium-based lubricating grease, wherein the mass ratio of base oil of the lithium-based lubricating grease is 7: 3, mixing the mixture of PAO20 and HVI II 8, 0.1 part of ethylene-propylene copolymer, 0.5 part of diphenylamine, 1 part of calcium petroleum sulfonate, 3 parts of potassium borate and 3 parts of molybdenum disulfide serving as a solid lubricant to obtain the steering ball lubricating grease for the commercial vehicle.
Example 2
85 parts of lithium-based lubricating grease, wherein the mass ratio of base oil of the lithium-based lubricating grease is 5: 5, mixing the mixture of PAO40 and HVI II 6, 3 parts of polymethyl methacrylate, 0.1 part of diisopropylphenyl diphenylamine, 3 parts of barium dinonylnaphthalene sulfonate, 1 part of sulfurized isobutylene and 1 part of molybdenum disulfide serving as a solid lubricant to obtain the commercial vehicle steering ball lubricating grease.
Example 3
80 parts of lithium-based lubricating grease, wherein the mass ratio of base oil of the lithium-based lubricating grease is 4: 6, mixing the mixture of PAO40 and HVI II 10, 5 parts of ethylene-propylene copolymer, 1 part of IRGANOX L101, 3 parts of barium dinonylnaphthalene sulfonate, 5 parts of sulfurized isobutylene and 5 parts of molybdenum disulfide serving as a solid lubricant to obtain the commercial vehicle steering ball lubricating grease.
Comparative example 1
90 parts of lithium-based lubricating grease, wherein the mass ratio of base oil of the lithium-based lubricating grease is 7: 3, mixing the mixture of PAO20 and HVI II 8, 0.1 part of ethylene-propylene copolymer, 0.5 part of diphenylamine, 1 part of calcium petroleum sulfonate, 3 parts of potassium borate and 3 parts of solid lubricant light calcium carbonate to obtain the commercial vehicle steering ball head lubricating grease.
The performance of the commercial vehicle steering ball lubricating grease is tested according to the method of the technical scheme, and the result is shown in the table 1:

The embodiment shows that the invention provides the commercial vehicle steering ball lubricating grease which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 80-90 parts of lithium-based lubricating grease, 0.1-5 parts of tackifier, 0.1-1 part of antioxidant, 0.1-1 part of antirust agent, 1-5 parts of extreme pressure antiwear agent and 1-5 parts of molybdenum disulfide; the base oil in the lithium-based lubricating grease is selected from hydrogenated oil and/or synthetic oil; the tackifier is selected from one or more of polymethyl methacrylate, polyisobutylene and ethylene-propylene copolymer; the antioxidant is selected from amine antioxidant and/or phenol antioxidant; the rust inhibitor is selected from metal sulfonate and/or alkyl succinic acid derivative; the extreme pressure anti-wear agent is selected from one or more of borate, a sulfur-containing extreme pressure anti-wear agent and a phosphorus-containing extreme pressure anti-wear agent. The steering ball head lubricating grease provided by the invention meets the use conditions of-40 ℃ and 120 ℃ under the combined action of the components, and has excellent high and low temperature performance; the high-performance extreme pressure wear-resistant steel-steel friction pair has excellent extreme pressure wear-resistant performance and is suitable for the surface of a steel-steel friction pair of a steering ball head of a commercial vehicle. The experimental results show that: at minus 40 ℃, the starting torque is 0.266-0.432 N.m, and the running torque is 0.017-0.041 N.m after 10 min; the dropping point is 208-209 ℃; the four-ball method is carried out at normal temperature and 1500rpm, the maximum non-seizing load is 932-1442N, and the sintering load is 1962-4905N; the diameter of the grinding crack is 0.39-0.48 mm.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (8)

1. A commercial vehicle steering ball lubricating grease comprises the following components in parts by weight:
80-90 parts of lithium-based lubricating grease, 0.1-5 parts of tackifier, 0.1-1 part of antioxidant, 1-5 parts of antirust agent, 1-5 parts of extreme pressure antiwear agent and 1-5 parts of molybdenum disulfide;
the base oil in the lithium-based lubricating grease is selected from hydrogenated oil and/or synthetic oil;
the tackifier is selected from one or more of polymethyl methacrylate, polyisobutylene and ethylene-propylene copolymer;
the antioxidant is selected from amine antioxidant and/or phenol antioxidant;
the rust inhibitor is selected from metal sulfonate and/or alkyl succinic acid derivative;
the extreme pressure anti-wear agent is selected from one or more of borate, a sulfur-containing extreme pressure anti-wear agent and a phosphorus-containing extreme pressure anti-wear agent.
2. The commercial vehicle steering ball grease of claim 1, wherein the hydrogenated oil is one or more types selected from the group consisting of HVI II 4, HVI II 6, HVI II 8 and HVI II 10;
the type of the synthetic oil is selected from one or more of PAO4, PAO 8, PAO 10, PAO20 and PAO 40.
3. The commercial vehicle steering ball grease of claim 1 wherein the amine-type antioxidant is selected from one or more of diphenylamine, diisopropylphenyl diphenylamine and diisooctyl diphenylamine;
the phenolic antioxidant is selected from one or more of 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol, IRGANOX L101, IRGANOX L115 and Vanlube 81.
4. The commercial vehicle steering ball grease of claim 1, wherein the metal sulfonate is selected from barium dinonylnaphthalene sulfonate and/or calcium petroleum sulfonate.
5. The commercial vehicle steering ball grease of claim 1 wherein the extreme pressure antiwear agent is selected from one or more of potassium borate, tricresyl phosphate, sulfurized isobutylene, triphenyl thiophosphate, and zinc dialkyl dithiophosphate.
6. The commercial vehicle steering ball grease of claim 1, wherein the base oil in the lithium grease is a mixture of PAO20 and HVI II 8, a mixture of PAO40 and HVI II 6; or a mixture of PAO40 and HVI II 10.
7. The commercial vehicle steering ball head lubricating grease of claim 1, wherein the kinematic viscosity of the base oil in the lithium-based lubricating grease at 100 ℃ is 10-30 mm2/s。
8. Use of the commercial vehicle steering ball grease according to any one of claims 1 to 7 on the surface of a steel-steel friction pair of a steering ball of a commercial vehicle.
